Tire Choice Store # 1259 has been giving us the run around. My husband has been there 5 times to get his car fixed. We originally took his 2008 ***** ** in for a new muffler system because it was loud. Bob at Tire Choice in Northport looked at the car and said he will order the parts and gave us an estimate of $2016. He called when the parts came in. My husband went there a 2nd time. Bob called and said on top of the muffler system, We need 2 new shocks for an additional $325.00. We approved that work because we thought he was being truthful. When we picked up the truck for a 3rd time we noticed the truck was louder than when we brought it in. We returned the car and Bob said he only replaced a couple of pipes and not the muffler because he thought it looked good although it was a 16 year old muffler and we brought it in for a replacement. So he ordered a NEW MUFFLER. We brought the car there a 4th time and he told us he got the muffler but didn't realize he needed an additional pipe. He then ordered a new pipe and called us when it was in. The new shock he installed was hanging off because they did not put the remaining bolt in. They did repair that. We again brought the car back hoping he would fix it. When the car was done Bob called us to pick it up and informed us the car sounded the same and there was nothing he could do. And also charged us an additional $235.41. Out of total frustration we brought the car to *** Auto repair and was told that the job that was done by Tire Choice looked like he pieced it together. He called ***** to get the original parts for the car and the whole thing has to be replaced. I tried to call the customer service of the company that owns Tire choice (Monro) and left a message but no one has gotten back to us. There is something wrong with the way these do business. I have no choice but to call my credit card company and report them.

Zero stars. They put new tires on my husband's car and within 5 miles of driving his car the tire they just put on came completely off the rim while he was driving. They refuse to replace the rim that was damaged because the tire they just put on wasn't put on correctly and that's just so wrong. My husband was lucky he was only going 15 miles an hour when it happened, he could have been killed if he got on the interstate.

My rear brakes were making noise, so I went to Monro to have them fixed. They quoted me a bit under$1,500 to repair them, but said they had a promotional deal going on which would drop the price to just over $1,000. I thought that that was a steep price.
So I went to *** **** in Northampton. The price to repair the brakes was a bit over $500. I was told at Monro that my calipers were faulty, thus increasing the price. My calipers are fine.
Another time I was told that my engine block was faulty. According to other repair shops, it is fine. That repair would have cost me $800.

I had the WORST!!!!!! experience. My car was brought in for a pine wheel / inner outer tie rods and ABS was changed because the manager said they can do the job. We brought the vehicle in with everything working and the car had breaks. I did not receive a call back until 5:15pm and was told they was going to pick my husband up and the car is ready. when he got there the car had no breaks. The manager told him I wanted to tell you face to face. So there wont be no paper trail nor voice recordings. We had to pay for the cost of the work in order to get our keys. We paid this company for that job $1700.00 in repair and cost that had nothing to do with the HCU! My husband was advised that he had to move the car off the property or he would be charged a storage fee so my husband paid to get the keys. We asked the manager if he knew any tow trucks and said no he did not. all in all we spent over $2100.00 in total for damages they caused. The next day we brought it to ford to get a deeper diagnostic test. and found out the HCU was stripped and ripped off the car. DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY. The manager is a liar and sir you risk many lives with doing this god have mercy on you!!!! I called the corporate office and was told I will get a response with in 1-2 business days.

Horrible auto place if you value your car and have sentimental value do not bring your car to this place. I brought my ****** 2009 *** to this place for grinding on my back breaks, was told my caliper failed and had to be replaced. Fine job was done only for a week later grinding came back. Went back and all of a sudden they tell me my brake hose failed. A week later the grinding came back. Now out of 1300 hundred dollars I ended up trading car in for a new one.
Second situation I bring my wives 2018 ***** ******* in for a routine oil change, routine right? Months later bring to ******** and they told me as I watched them do change that Monro who last did the oil change tighten the housing to the filter to tight most likely with a power tool that it is strip and cannot be removed. Now at dealer and thankfully car is under warranty so cost is minimal. Never ever will I go to monro again. If you value your car seems the mechanics there do what they can to keep you going back and spend money. How do you botch a brake job and a simple oil change? Makes no sense.

I have had my brakes serviced twice in two years. Once on 4/6/2023 and another time on 7/15/2024 I had to convince the mechanic at the 1401 Airline Blvd Portsmouth, VA 23707 location that I needed my brakes done. Reluctantly, they were changed(not correctly.
On 9/22/24 I called the store to inform of my issues. Told me to come in next day. Next day I get a call saying no mechanic.
It is now 9/27/20, and I was refused a refund so I can get my brakes done at another business at 10:12 am. I was told to come back Sunday to get the issue resolved. But why am I still being encouraged to drive in faulty brakes.
I would like a full refund before I sure to company for putting me in harms way, especially during hurricane season.

I took my vehicle to the location in Alexandria, LA to get my brakes replaced. During the process I was advised that my brakes and rotors were fine. I told the front desk rep to please replace all brakes as I knew they needed to be replaced. My vehicle would squeak when in reverse. 2 hours later I received a call that my vehicle was ready for pick up. The lady mentioned that my vehicle is still making the squeak noise because my rotors have glaze on them due to the heat. I noticed each day after getting my vehicle, there was a squealing noise coming from the front rear tire and then started making rattling noises and felt like my car wanted to fall apart. I returned my vehicle to have them fix it since I did not have any of these issues prior to taking my vehicle there. I was informed that a pin was loose and had too much lube. A week later the squeaking noise was just to much to stand so I decided to take my vehicle somewhere else have my rotors resurfaced. The mechanic advised me that my brakes needed to be replaced. I was confused because I just got them replaced at Tire Choice. The mechanic told me my brakes have definitely not been replaced. I took my vehicle BACK to Tire Choice and showed the manager pictures that were taken and told him to fix my brakes that I PAID for!!! He confirmed shady stuff has been happening at this location and that is why he is there to fix things. I got all brakes replaced and left. Never again will I give my business to this place. THIEVES!!!!!!

On August 9, 2024, I brought my 2007 ****** ** ******* towed to Tire Choice Auto Service Center (#1371) in St. Petersburg, FL, for alternator replacement, managed by Michael N****. The agreed cost for the repair was $663.40. I prepaid the amount in cash before picking up his vehicle after hours.
Upon collecting the vehicle on August 10, I immediately noticed a high-pitched squealing noise and shaking when idling. Later, he discovered his signature had been forged on the service invoice. Concerned about the quality of work, I contacted N****, who advised me to bring the vehicle back for further inspection.
On August 12, after returning the vehicle, N**** attributed the noise to another pulley and quoted additional costs for repairs. When confronted about the forgery, N**** denied it, became hostile, and warned me against pursuing the matter. When I suggested checking the security footage, N****’s tone shifted, and he offered to fix the alternator issue at no extra charge.
On August 14, I retrieved the vehicle but still heard the noise. During a subsequent test drive, N**** dismissed the noise as unrelated to the original repair. I reluctantly signed another invoice under duress. Later, a different mechanic discovered that the tires had been dangerously overinflated to 45 PSI.
This ordeal caused significant damage to my vehicle, as well as emotional distress due to the unprofessional and fraudulent actions of Michael N****, including forgery of my signature.
My vehicle is inoperable due to service provided by Tire Choice Auto under Michael N****'s management.

I went to the Monro on **** Niagara falls blvd where Chris is the manager. I had just gotten A ticket for expired inspection and was leaving for out of town in a few days. Chris got me right in and did the inspection and oil change in a very reasonable time! Chris and the tech were professional, friendly and understanding. I will go there again!

-10/10 stars. I took my vehicle in to get the brakes inspected. I needed new pads, and rotors. I was fine with that. Apperently they then decided I also needed new wheel barrings. They special ordered the parts, charged me $2500, and I took my vehicle home a few days later. Over the weekend the car was still squeaking and now grinding very loudly. I made another appointment. Took the car back, they replaced all of the new parts, said they were faulty. They took my car for a test drive and now there were lights on the dash lit up. Once again they kept it over night. Tell me I needed to purchase a sensor, another $60. Pick up my car again and the car is out of allignment. Needless to say I won't be taking it back, and now I get to go pay someone else to fix all of Mr. Tires mistakes. I am so glad I spend most of my savings on my car for it still not to be fixed.
