Scammers! I ordered an ** washer/dryer pedestal in April for $376, I never received it. I even have proof of the shipment progress showing that it was never delivered. When I called them, they said theyd open up an investigation. A few days later, I received an email stating they are unable to refund me. They took my money. Please do not buy anything from this company.P.C. Richard & Son Inc.

1 starI purchased a refrigerator in May 2023...Samsung Bespoke 4 door panel refrigerator. I paid for 4 Charcoal glass door panels..I was told when the appliance was going to delivered, the bottom door panel did not arrive with refrigerator, I was asked if they could deliver it without the missing panel..I agreed to a delivery, with a stainless or whatever panel they had available...only if I would eventually get my black panel, I was told it would be here in a week or two....The **************** from this store is the worst I have ever experienced... I have been a customer of PC *********************** years ago...Now it is horrible... I have made telephone calls, written to customer service and my husband went into the store spoke with a manager who checked my order and stated the panel was never ordered, and proceeded to order it, over a month ago...All I want is the Charcoal glass bottom panel, that I paid for. NOT ONE CALL did I receive from them regarding this matter.. In fact one guy named **** that I spoke to said , please hold I am gonna check for you...I was on hold for 8 min when another gentleman named ****, picked up and said, Who are you waiting for, I told him Matt..He advised **** went home!!! He assured me he would have someone call me back..That was over a month ago..I am still waiting..I will now write to the ** Attorney General...I want my glass door bottom panel. I recently bought all new kitchen appliances & delivered from the ************** store on 7/27/23. During delivery they damaged my walls to my home. I was referred to the **************** and have been dealing with a woman named *****. It been a total nightmare!! She refused to accept that they messed up my walls and basically calling me a criminal. At 1st she offered a $100 for the damage, when I refused she offered $200. She then said for her contractor to touch up the damage. I advised that would not bring my walls to pre delivery condition. She then agreed for me to get an estimate. The contractor advised the same as I did due to the sheen and age of the paint on the walls it would stick out & not look like pre delivery condition. I submitted the claim and just today got a call back. ***** advised that estimate too high only by couple of hundred dollars. She insisted on getting her contractor to touch up and her being present. I felt insulted. This woman ***** refuses to acknowledge the delivery guys messed up . I may never deal with P.C. Richards for anything delivered again. I might have to take this to court!!P.C. 1 starAll reviews about PC. Richards techs are true . I am a ex delivery guy for p.c . I would deliver parts to theres techs to service your appliance. These techs are so nasty , there vans are loaded with brand new parts that they come into your house a tell your stuff is broken so they dont have to fix it ! I saw techs vans so nasty inside a their boss never told them anything . Im just letting you know . Dont trust no techs . Make sure they fix your fix a not lie . I can prove all of this !! Waste of time to due with problems. Dont purchase any products in this chain store.I purchased a new wall ** unit on last Oct 2022 for my new renovation apartment. I moved in the apartment in April 2023. And just used my ** for two weeks, on 7/20, I smell burn and unable to turn off the ** either with remote or push button on the display panel. I need to unplug the power to shutdown the ** unit. I reported the issued and scheduled a service appointment on 7/21/23.7/25 two technicians came and checked that control board is out and need to order replacement parts.7/27 4pm, two technicians came and found out display panel was out, scheduled another appointment.7/28 called ******* and PC Richard service center to follow up the appointment.8/1 two technicians came and changed display board and machine not started on. Finally, they found out the display panel and wires were burnt out. They told me they cant repair it and request to take the machine to their office for deep looking. I rejected it. 8/2 called PC Richard and *** services center to follow up the status. **************** representative promised to contact the repair company and will call back.I am very disappointed for this product purchased at PC Richards and ***.P.C. All you would need to do at this time is contact your nearest P.C. **************************** store location, and provide them with this invoice number. The showroom personnel will assist you further. The credit is in the amount of the original purchase price, which is $1199.97 + tax ($106.50) for a total of $1,306.47; we will remove the old appliance when we deliver the new one. The Upper East Side ** location has a terrible salesperson named *****- after ordering a Bertazzoni stove and range hood, we finally gave up on the range hood as 3 times we ordered a recirculation kit, were shipped a new range hood twice (once by accident instead of the recirc kit) and finally in the end the range hood had a dead motor on arrival. After paying our contractor twice for installing the range hood (which was impossible due to missing parts the first time and dead motor the second), PC Richard refused to pick up the defective hood. ****** the sales manager stated that the repair people had to inspect the hood first before picking it up at a later date. This was not possible as we couldnt take anymore time off work. They simply would not pick the defective hood and kit up and ignored us. I had to take the 40lb hood and kit myself one mile away by cab to actually end this nightmare. Let that sink in- it cost me money to actually return a defective item. In the store, ***** insulted me and blamed me stating I should have bought a PC Richard warranty while his manager shook his head in disbelief. Stay away from ***** and this store if you value your sanity and time. Most unprofessional behavior I have ever seen by a salesperson.P.C. Richard & Son Inc.

1 starSuppose to get a $50.00 refund still waiting. Next the installer came to check the A/C unit. He Grab the frame that goes around the unit and broke it. He said that he would inform the store It has been about four weeks now and still no call. Also the unit has been discontinued. I think the part is also discontinued.Review fromJen H

On August 9,, 2021 I purchased a Whirlpool bottom mount freezer from P.C. Richards in ******, **. It was FINALLY delivered on December 15, 2021! (Model#WRB322DMHV)I had to have a P.C. Richards service person come to the house on December 8, 2022 because the freezer was not freezing. I had to throw out a large amount of food. He said it was the compressor. They returned on December 15, 2022 and again on December 30, 2022. The compressor was replaced and all was good.That is until Friday, July 7, 2023 when I noticed my frozen foods had once again thawed! We called P.C. Richards to place a service call and the repairman came on Thursday, July 13, 2023 only to say he had to order parts. The parts came in and a service person from P.C. Richards came on Saturday, July 22, 2023 only to say he did not have the proper tools or the necessary help. He had to order yet ANOTHER COMPRESSOR. We are still waiting for these NEW parts to arrive to have them installed.We do have an extended warranty which we purchased; however, it does not run out for another 3 years. I will not wait for the warranty to run out. As soon as this newer compressor is installed, I will go out and start looking for another refrigerator and IT WILL NOT BE A WHIRLPOOL. This product is a lemon and P.C. Richards has not done anything to replace the entire unit.The first time this happened, we went directly to the store (***************************************************************) to complain to the manager. He said, "It's not my problem". He was quite rude and essentially brushed us off to deal with the service department.To date, the freezer is not registering 0 degrees and we are reluctant to purchase any frozen food products for fear of it not freezing at all.P.C. Bought a new ***** 6 weeks ago, it developed a "pixel line" dead center. Any normal GOOD business would allow an even exchange at the store for replacement of defective item. NOT PC RICHARDS! They'll send someone out in about a week, they'll determine and then approve exchange, which could take another 2 weeks. Even though we purchased an extended warrany rip off!P.C. Richard & Son Inc.
