      I purchased a ******* bespoke fridge on 5/28/23. I was clearly told in the store that the fridge would be delivered within a couple of weeks. The fridge was delivered late and without the panels. The sale counselor from PC Richards allowed this to make sure that we would not have to wait to much longer given that we did not have a fridge at all during the wait. We are now in July, 07/10/2023 and I still do not have received panels. Every time I call the specific PC Richards Store in ******* **, I am told wait another week, that a shipment is on its way. Today, I was finally told that there are many customers in the same boat and it appears that I will not get the panels before August. I am just very disappointed with this situation. After having my card charged for the items, I saw on the receipt that the delivery of the items is promised within 12 weeksNever would I have ever guessed that a retailer is selling and charging me in full for an item that they actually do not have and do not even know when they would receive it. I am hearing that ******* has serious shortages on these panels so I called ******* today and they are pointing the fingers in the other direction towards PC Richards. One thing is clear to me as a customer: the combination *******/PC *********************** does not meet by expectations to say the list. In the future, I plan on avoiding both at any cost.

      I purchased an air conditioner in 2021, was used occasionally for 2 seasons & stopped working. I called P.C. Richard for some guidance in dealing with ************* in resolving this problem. The salesperson was not only arrogant but extremely condescending. He said they wouldn't help us because we didn't buy an extended warranty & hung up on me. We have purchased many appliances from them over the ************ don't stand behind the products they sell. One star is being generous.

All you would need to do after it is issued is contact your nearest P.C. **************************** store location, and provide them with this invoice number. The showroom personnel will assist you further. The credit is in the amount of the original purchase price, which is $429.97 + tax ($37.08) for a total of $467.05; we will remove the old appliance when we deliver the new one. We hope this helps.

      My Whirlpool dishwasher stopped working April 6, 2023. I immediately called PC Richards Repair and they subcontracted the job out to **************. It is now July 2, 2023 my dishwasher is still not working. ************** are incompetent! Almost 4 months with no dishwasher because G&G misdiagnosed the problem 3 times, then ordered the wrong part when they finally found the problem. Soon to be 4 months with no dishwasher, can they make it 5 months? Let's see....

      I have been without a washer for a month after my landlord dealt with another company that had to come out three times and do repairs that were unsuccessful. Today he called and purchased a washer and ************************* from the ********** store contacted me and worked his magic when I pleaded with him to please try to get me a delivery for tomorrow. He said he would see what he could do but not promises. He called backed in less than a 1/2 hour and told me he was able to do it but that it would be after 5 and seemed almost apologetic and I was over the moon and so impressed that he was able to do this for me. I am so grateful to him!!! He was professional, friendly, courteous and very, very understanding of my situation. Three cheers to you *****!!!!!!

      I purchased ********** appliances from PC Richard and Sons in ******* **, Range, dishwasher, refrigerator and range hood along with Extended 10 Year Warranty for all of the appliances. Since day 1 all we've had with these appliances and Eastern the company that services the appliances has been nightmares. This was a Red Flag and I should have returned all of the appliances when I received them. Every appliance has been serviced not once but multiple times. My range 4 times, dishwasher 3 times, refrigerator 2 times and hood range 1 time that is after exchanging it 3 times when I first purchased the hood range. It came damaged 3 times. The oven on the range is a piece of junk. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. All of these complaints have gone to PC Richard **************** and Eastern, vendor that does the repairs. They claim they will change your appliance if it is not working, supposedly after the 3rd or 4th service call. All lies. Obviously they do not stand by what they preach or better yet the warranty that you pay lots of money for. All you get from the Managers is "Oh you have my word this will be the last time". Not true!!!!! They are just stalling. BEWARE. I am screwed because I am stuck with appliances that sometimes work and other times will stop working. This has been an ongoing dilemma. I have a rap sheet with PC Richard and Eastern. The sad thing about all of this is I am dealing with Management on both sides and they are doing NOTHING but sending technicians every 3 weeks or monthly. What ever happened to customer service, reliability and integrity. That is sad because PC Richard and Sons is a huge company. I wish there was a ZERO STAR

      I am terribly disappointed in PC Richards. I bought a new washer and dryer which was delivered on Saturday, June 17. When I used the dryer on Sunday June 18 the laundry room was heated up as was the dryer hot to the touch I called PC Richards the next day and the repair men came on Thurs. The dryer was not properly vented on installation It was fixed on Thurs. After a weekend of a houseful of company, I started the process of washing tons of towels and sheets only to discover the dryer had no heat. It would spin, but had no heat. I called PC Richards at 10:00 this morning and called twice since. No one had an answer as to when I could expect a repair. I then called the ************ and was told the earliest they could come was July 7. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. I already have a houseful of wet clothes and Im expecting a large crowd for the 4th of July weekend. In my opinion, you are a very poorly run company and your customer service is sub par and atrocious. I truly need your understanding and help *****

      I regretfully purchased from ** Richard a split Air conditioner unit For $10,000. installed June 2018. They have never worked. ** Richard installed a ****** BTU compressor that does not accommodate the units installed 18k, 9k and two 7k. The compressor must be at least ****** or more BTUs to work to manufacturer specifications. They will never work. They installed the wrong units in two bedrooms still have not corrected. I have hundreds of calls to no avail. I wrote to Mr. ** Richard NO RESPONSE. They did send inept **** technicians telling me its cooling and I have to close my windows. REALLY! I had to pay for service not done. If they were **** Technicians they knew the issue and played dumb. Nobody had any answers nor did they try to help. I was forced to get a qualified technician. I find an Excellent **** technician that answered all questions ********* Air Heating and Air Conditioning. The **** tech. did trouble shoot and spoke to a ********* tech. it didn't work because the mother board was not functioning. The board was under warranty but the installation was $1500. Had ** Richards **** techs did the same they would have know the problem. The insulation around the wires has disintegrated needs to be replaced at $2000. The company knew that and installed anyway. One problem after another. My husband has cancer is on disability and I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis extremely painful. Year after year still not working and extreme stress trying to correct. I will never use ** Richard again. I chose ** Richard because you advertise "THE COMPANY YOU CAN TRUST" RICHARD IS RELIABLE. 111 years of HONESTY - INTEGRITY - RELIABILITY. Nothing but lies. The **** tech. is here right now June 26, 2023 still trying to figure out why it's not cooling. Nothing but taking advantage of seniors you are disgusting and should be ashamed. If I was able to I rate a 0 STAR

      I called ahead to ask if **** OLED 48" XBR A90k was in stock. Someone in the store (rte ********************************) said "YES it was". I think drove 20 minutes to the store. And then was told. YES it is in Stock but not in the store. It would take 4 days for it to be delivered to the store. They are stupid and treat customers as though they are the same type of idiots they are. I will never look, drive to, or order ANYTHING from this awful wretched Store. They are playing with fraud, and probably if was "in the store", and not just "in stock", there would have be extra fees.AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS! The brand died years ago. I really don't understand how they stay in business given their awful practices.

      I purchased a washer and dryer combo *** the **** washing machine didn't work after the first wash hours after it was delivered. They sold me a defective machine for $2000. Then they tell me to call the manufacturer for service when I only had it for 8 hours. Take it back and give me the new one i paid for!!!!!!

      Please do not buy any of your appliances here! I have undoubtedly had the worst experiences over the last few years. I am at the moment waiting for a call back from a supervisor, to sort out an issue with my dishwasher, that has been going on since January and the dishwasher is still not working. I haven't even mentioned my refrigerator yet!!!!!!! Still waiting on parts, that have been delayed. This is the feedback I am getting. Its very hard to run a home with 5 kids without a refrigerator. We have spent at least 60K in this store and I will never spend another ***** here. I am beyond frustrated and angry at this stage. I don't want any more excuses.
