Worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with! 2 months ago our microwave stopped working. Since we had the extended warranty we called immediately. We had to wait over a week for a service appointment. When he finally arrived, he said he would have to order parts. O.k., we waited about 10 days for the parts to come in, then of course they had to schedule another appointment to install them in another 10 days. The second tech came out and decided that we needed a whole new door. Again we had to wait for parts, and when it finally arrived we had to wait 2 weeks for another service appointment. We were told that the tech would be here between 8 and 12:30. We waited until 1:00 and when he was still a no-show, we called. We were told that he had called in sick and they had left a message on our machine. (I checked, there was NO message) They are now asking us to wait another week for a re-scheduled appointment! At this point I feel that they should give ** a new microwave immediately! I have bought 2 refrigerators, a stove and a microwave from them, but based on how we have been treated, I will NEVER buy anything from them again!P.C. Richard & Son Inc.

PC Richards is not a reputable company. I placed an order in February 2023 and to date 6/1/2023 have not received all the items. Every week I am told next week. On top of that they split the order for which I sent in both payments, one was applied and the other was lost. Now they have the audacity to report me late to the credit bureau and I have not even received all the merchandise. I have had several issues with them on past orders as well from damaged merchandise to appliances not operative. I am done with PC Richards!P.C. Richard & Son Inc.

An ABSOLUTE horror show with regards to using the purchased extended warranty. Going on 3 weeks with no refrigerator as no one can tell me where the ordered part is. A initial supervisor from PC Richards told me to call the service company to see for myself. Still waiting on 2 additional supervisors to call me back from subsequent follow-up calls. Last I checked I purchased/paid through PC Richards not the service company. A complete waste of money and totally misleading. Now being forced to go out and purchase another fridge. *************** made an appt and never showed up because the part never came in. No call until I inquired as to when the service tech would arrive after confirming the appt the night prior. If this is your business plan as to maintain customers, Id be surprised if you last another month. Keep getting the same run around, that they will look into it and call me back. Almost three weeks, still havent heard a solution or from management on the issues, just keep getting the cookie cutter responses of Sorry for the inconvenience, well look into itP.C. 1 starIll make it short and sweet: if you dont want to get completely screwed with getting an appliance delivered, go elsewhere. This was the worst customer experience Ive had in my life. TLDR: Ive been shopping at P.C. Richard and Son since I was a kid. I recently bought a $2k ** washer and dryer tower at this location. They scheduled the delivery promptly with a white glove service delivery crew. On the date of the delivery, the delivery window of 7:46-10:45 came and went. They called at 4pm saying the unit was damaged and I could still get it delivered if I wanted. Im good on that. They rescheduled the delivery in 2 days and gave me $100 discount for the inconvenience. Awesome. The 2nd delivery date came and I got a call at 8 am from the delivery driver saying they would be there at 9am. Everything was working out. No show. I called P.C. Richard and Son at noon and they apologized and said the owner of the delivery company would personally come to the house in 30 min. At 1pm they finally arrived. The guy apologized. The unit ended up being so big that it had to be taken apart in order to fit into the house. Luckily, my GC was at the house and said he would do it. The ******* video for the unit showed the process (I guess its a thing with this appliance) which was literally 2 minutes long and involved 5 screws. The owner of the delivery company said that although they were 4 hours late, he was busy and would not wait the 5 minutes while the unit was disassembled. He then loaded the unit back on the truck and parked up the block from my house and sat there for 45 minutes, while I was on the phone with P.C. ***************************** getting a refund for the appliance. They processed the return and I had BestBuy deliver it the next day, no issues. Problem solved, but there was a ****** learned; never buy anything from P.C. ***************************** ********************* the manager at the store is a nice guy and apologized that this happened, although he couldnt do anything about it.Review fromBrad W

Horrible!!! Shop anywhere else. They sold me the worst dryer and charged me a premium. We had three repair techs look at the dryer, and they all said this is a poor-quality dryer. I was told I could not exchange it for a better-quality one. I would have paid for the upgrade, and the return was still denied. Horrible customer service and a massive waste of my time.P.C. I own over twenty- five properties in the ******** and ********** area and I buy all of my products at his *********, ********** location. Went to buy a TV and they gave me a price which they allegedly saved in the computer. I went back 2 days later and the price wasnt saved and they then quoted me a price over $200 more than the original price. PC Richard gave me the old BAIT AND SWITCH but I didnt fall for it. For shame PC RichardP.C. Richard & Son Inc.

I had a Frigidaire top freezer refrigerator delivered today. The appliance is dangerously unstable and rocks tremendously if you open the door. I was told by the delivery man that he was unable to level it because if he lowered one side, the door would fall off! He informed that I would need to go out and get a shim to stabilize it myself. When I called to schedule a service appointment, I was given a date that will require me to take a day off from work. It's shameful that an expensive appliance is dropped off in a dangerous state with a directive for the customer to fix it. I wish I had purchased this product through a different company.P.C. Defective models of Frigidaire refrigerators are being sold to customers leaving them Stuck!!! I'm on my second refrigerator in 2 years. The first model was ffSS2315TS a double door 36 wide unit and this model produced a very load noise coming from the freezer side lasting for hours along with a high temperature reading flashing on door. After multiple times being serviced they finally gave me credit for a second unit which was the next model up which was FRSS2623AS. This model lasted about 7 month before it started doing the same thing and it has been serviced about 4-5 times for the same thing, but this time it stopped working completely on 4/16/23 and the day before it was making a very load noise on freezer side also showing high temperature. so I went to pc richards in union ** today for help and the best they could do is offer me a very small refrigerator that my 11 year old could throw in the trunk. This is unacceptable to be treated in this manner being I own a 3 family home and have purchasing multiple appliances from these people for years. Persons who i spoke to at pc Richards in union was supervisor ******* and salesperson ****. The Person spoken to at customer service was ****** who gave me a very hard time before letting me speak to a supervisor. The supervisor was a lady by the name of ***** who for some reason hung up on me and thought things were funny.P.C. Richard & Son Inc.

1 starI would think when you buy something brand new you expected to work unfortunately that was not the case when I bought a Frigidaire dishwasher right out of the box the Appliance did not work I contacted PC Richards immediately only to be told that a technician has to come first before they would even consider replacing the item what's the purpose of paying additional money for extended warranty went out of the box there are issues what I believe should have done is the replacement should have been delivered and the old unit taken back to your Warehouse to repair at your time for this purpose I am now out of a dishwasher for approximately 10 days even as we are heading into the holiday season which is a must-have you need to review your return policy with special exceptions and do a better job in retaining your loyal customers I am not going to pretend I am happy with this situation and would really consider options next time around
