    I have found out that this business "Find a Top Doc" has my profile (Dr. ******************** on their website which includes outdated information (I no longer live or practice in ********) and used my photo without my permission. I have emailed their customer service multiple times requesting to remove my profile but have not heard back. I want them to remove my profile and photo from their website as soon as possible.

    This site has my personal information listed including my home address, home phone number, and nursing license number. They have also listed me as a CRNA, which is a nurse practitioner, while my license is for nursing.I did not authorize my private and business information being listed on this site, I have attempted to remove this information to no avail. I want my information completely removed.

    Find a doc *** charged a monthly fee of $36 dollars to my credit card with my consent for years since 2019, claiming I did sign up for their Gold Package and received many airline vouchers: I never signed for or authorized their monthly deductions, did not sign up for a Gold package, as they claim and the 1 ***************************************************************************** the unauthorized monthly deductions.. I requested reimbursement for the monthly payments I never did sign up for since 2019. They declined to do so.

    Someone from find a top doc contacted me as a new dermatologist in the area and convinced me to buy a personalized plaque after being named a Top dermatologist and would provide a digital copy for $369.00. I realized after giving my information that something wasnt right. They sent me an email with a digital document that had errors and an inappropriate photo for a dermatologist. I tried to block the charge with Amex which was more than they said at $381.81 but they cannot refund scams. I requested and received a new credit card but am frustrated and concerned this has been happening to other doctors for a while.Then, I got an email prompting me to login to a website I never registered for and to treat patient Ive never hear of via telemedicine. This is completely illegal and in appropriate.Thank you.

    My name is *************************** and I have found that my parent's home address and personal phone number are listed on ****************! I did NOT authorize this information to be displayed on the internet. This website created a profile for me under the impression that I have created an account with them, going so far as to post my personal phone number and my parent's home address with included business hours! This company also lists services that they believe me to provide. I want my information removed from this website immediately.

    I am a psychologist and have been trying to CANCEL my subscription to Find A Top Doc. It is supposed to be a referral source for patients and I have never received any referrals and do not need the service. However, despite my efforts to call, email, etc. both multiple times, I NEVER hear back or anyone answers. They continue to collect $93 a month from me and there seems to be no way of me CANCELING this "membership." This "business" seems to be a complete scam for health care providers. I have been a licensed psychologist since 2011 and have never dealt with anything like this.

    Hello I am a physician and was sought out by Find a Top Doc regarding the opportunity to be a top doc in psychiatry think that the entire process was misleading and not well explained to me from the start.First they made it sound as if it was a form of recognition ie I get a plaque and a news release I got the plaque but the news release was never published. They would call and tell me that they were doing x which I thought was part of the package but never informed of the amount In the mean time they charged me 92 dollars for ongoing appearance on their list of docs which made sense. Looking back at the charges they were a lot and spaced intermittently and idfficult to keep track ** but in the end added up to a lot.I called the business they told me that ****** by rep must have told me about the amount of each charge and honestly I do not remember him doing so. the woman told me she would not charge me for something I never said okay to and forgave 6 months of the 92 dollar but I have to sign a paper that states that it is all resolved and I am satisfied.So unsure if I should sign the paper or complain I figured that I would complain. Is there any thing that you can d to help or should I just forget it *******************
