      Back in October, we flew with Turkish Airlines. When we got to our destination, Turkish Airlines gave us back our luggage, and one of the suitcases was completely damaged. Not usable. We filed for a refund through their site and they sent us a long list of documents to provide. We provided them with everything they asked for, but six months later, still no payment! Their customer service is not slow, it's impossible! The lack of communication is to make complainers either forget or give up. This lack of action on their part is-- and should be-- considered ILLEGAL! Will never fly with them again. Hope this serves as a warning to those who are considering flying with Turkish.

      I flew on Turkish airlines on February 21, 2023 from *** to ***. (Flight number ****** ******) by the time I arrived to *** my luggage was damaged. I filed and provided proof of damage and they would not provide financial compensation even though my bag is no longer usable. My complaint file number is **********

      Due to Covid reasons I had to cancel a plane flight that was scheduled for August 2022 . Turkish Airlines allowed me to have an open ended ticket, to rebook any flight with Turkish Airlines within the next 12 months using most of the funds with a slight fee for the accommodation.When I contacted turkish airlines early February 2023 to rebook a ticket they said all the flights had to be identical. They would not let me use the the funds held. My 2022 ticket was from ************* to ******** (confirmation attached) then to ****** and return. This time I was trying to book from ************* to ******** and return. They would not let me apply any of the funds, unless I also was to go to ******. This was a disappointment because the initial representative when I had to postpone the flight, told me I could use the funds to fly anywhere. Turkish Airlines flies.Eight weeks later the flights have doubled in price so even if I could get the funds applied, I'd still have to pay them $1500-$1800 more to make the flight.

      Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a complaint against Turkish Airlines regarding their mishandling of my baggage during a flight from ****** to ******** (TK **** and from ******** to *********** (TK 9) on February 1st, Upon my arrival at *********************************, I discovered that my luggage had not made the journey with me. I immediately reported the issue to the Turkish Airlines customer service desk and was assured that they would locate my bag and have it delivered to me as soon as possible. We also filed a property irregularity report at that time. After a few days since our arrival, they sent us a wrong baggage which we refused to accept it. We then started to make several attempts to talk to their customer agents and then filed an online irregularity report (Tracking Number:********** File Reference Number**** **********) and had been waiting for the case to be resolved. It has been two months since the incident and we haven't received a meaningful update from the airline yet. They have only informed ** that documentation have been completed in their system, and our file has been forwarded to their compensation department. Although we provided the list of items in our missing baggage, we have not received any updates or compensation for the inconvenience caused.I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that Turkish Airlines is held accountable for their negligence and failure to provide adequate customer service.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,***************************** Address: ***************************************************************************

      I travelled with ***************************** broke my luggages. I filed a claim at airport & was given claim numbers as ********** & ***** for 2 ******, however when I reached out I saw 3rd bag was horribly damaged too. I was told to email them with claim **************** which I did & I also emailed them about 3rd bag damage. I kept following up almost everyday, they never returned my calls. Finally after 6-7 days I received their email response to collect the bags from airport rather than they shipping it. I had to ask my friend in ******* to go & pick the bags & when we ask for 3rd baggage they told us to file a separate claim which I did. After 2 days they responded sayings it's beyond 7 days. I again emailed them it's not my mistake as I already sent email the next day after arrival but they never responded to that. Since then I have sent them multiple emails but they never cared to respond or acknowledge. I just don't understand how such airlines still exists without providing zero customer service after breaking customer's bags

      I used both the app and the website to modify my tickets. Both times I purchased Flexible Ticket Upgrades and paid for S Class Flexible Tickets.Turkish Airlines did not deliver the product selected and paid for and gave me Q Class, semi flexible despite the *** and Website clearly showing I was purchasing S Class.Please give me the tickets I paid for.Screenshots attached.

      On 24 March 2023, I checked 1 piece of baggage into Turkish Airlines at ****** **************, for which I was charged 338 PLN. On my receipt it states that my my baggage weighed 24KG. I have weighed my baggage myself and it weighs less than 11 KG. Since Turkish Airlines baggage fee scale is per Kilogram, I was overcharged. The person with whom I dealt is the baggage agent that checked my baggage and issued my paper ticket at or around. 6:40AM ****** Time.

      We just came back from ******** to *** on 3/9/23 at 4:45pm. When arrived at home, we realized one of the 3 suitcases was damaged to the point of can't be used. Luckily no items (expensive) weren't damaged inside the suitcase. I tried calling the airlines multiple times, but no one picks up the phone. Their website is not helpful either.

      On January 4, 2022, I took an outbound flight from ****** to ********* (reservation number ******). In order to return from ********* to ******, on February 28, 2022, I went to Turkish Airlines counter at the ******************************* in ********* and showed them my ticket. Turkish Airlines could not find my ticket in the system. They asked me to buy a new ticket and pay $1,008.77 for the return flights that I had already paid for. They also suggested that I request for a refund with the United Airlines. I bought a new ticket and arrived in ****** on March 1, 2022.After arriving in ******, I requested a refund from United Airlines in April of last year. I was told by the United Airlines that they have sent my refund request (with all the necessary documents) to the Turkish Airlines for consideration. The request id (and ticket information) is given below:PASSENGER: ******** TICKET(S): ************* REQUEST ID: ******************************** *** ****************** ***************** ** I have asked (multiple times) about the status of my refund request by sending emails to:***************** I have not heard anything from the Turkish Airlines. I need help in resolving this issue.Thanks in advance.

      Last may i bought aticket to fly with turkish airlines booking ******* my flight date was may26. UNFORTUNATELY the week before i contracted covid and called the airline and cancelled my ticket . They were polite and told me i could use the value of the ticket with the airline for a flight before may 26 2023. > the turkish airline states that an unused ticket can be used within a year from the flight date of the cancelled ticket . I called to rebook my flight , 2 times the here is system failure and i cant book my flight . The 3rd time i call they tell me i have to fly by march 30 otherwise i loose my ticket. i asked why there is a change of rules , and the agent transferred me to the help desk where they aggred with me bud had to file a complaint under "feedback "where again i go the same anser that i had to complete my flight till march 30 2023 and not may 26 2023. Why tourkis airlines does not follow the rules they have on their website . Why everybody agrees with me but ***** cannot isuue my ticket for may 22 2023 and have to use arbotrarily till march 2023.
