      If I could rate Turkish Airlines at zero stars I would. I have exhausted myself with Turkish Airlines customer representatives, I had bought a ticket that clearly states I would receive a full refund upon cancellation, however, Turkish Airlines does not want to give me my money back. I started the process a month in advance and had only bought the ticket due to the representatives suggestion. I paid $400 more just for the flexible option so that if I had to cancel I would receive a full refund. The representative misled me and anytime I reach out to customer service, they just say to make another complaint or its just the same automated message through email. I have called, went in person, and emailed so much.. nothing has worked. They are a scam, do not buy a ticket from them, save yourself a headache and money.

      Date of Travel: March 1st, 2024 Route: ******** to *********** Rating: ????? (1/5)My recent travel experience with Turkish Airlines was notably disappointing due to severe mishandling of my baggage and a highly unsatisfactory response from their customer service.Upon landing in *********** from ********, I discovered that none of my three checked bags had arrived. Although they were delivered to my home the following day, the condition of the luggage was appalling. Each suitcase had been cut from one end to the other, and the handles were broken, clearly indicating mishandling at some point during transit. Promptly, I filed a complaint with Turkish Airlines. A subsequent inspection of my bags revealed that several items were missing, and upon a more thorough check over the next few days, I realized that many more items had been stolen. I communicated these findings to the airline through multiple emails and provided pictures, receipts for the missing and stolen items, along with proof of the damaged luggage.After 2 months, the airline's response was to offer a mere $280 compensation, which falls short of damages and stolen items, but has also, to this date, not been received. Moreover, the whole process has been frustratingly tedious, with the airline proving difficult to communicate effectively with and resolving the issue in a manner that acknowledges the sev erity of the situation.Turkish Airlines' handling of this incident showcases a significant lapse in both their baggage handling protocol and customer service responsiveness. It is disheartening to see such negligence and lack of accountability from an airline that is otherwise known for its high standards of service.In conclusion, I have no trust and confidence in their services. For future travelers, I would advise keeping valuable belongings in your carry-on and being prepared for potential complications and stolen personal properties with checked luggage when flying with Turkish Airlines.

      Your airline is probably the worst I have ever experienced. My significant other is a ******* citizen with a valid ******* **** for travel. She has a return ticket, hotel reservations and full itinerary for ****** and you denied her access to the flight due to "migration". You would not even explain what on earth this policy was? She has a valid **** and for no reason you denied her as well as several others.I am disputing this charge immediately. Your airline is a scam.

      They want to keep charging more fees and scamming you into paying extra on your flight rescheduling, and will do anything in their power to avoid resolving your issue so you can keep losing money. The absolute worst customer service especially at **************. Hiring monsters as customer service reps.

      Turkish airlines should not be allowed to continue their theft and scamming practices when they issue you a voucher (that you are lawfully required to get) when they over book your flight and you end up not flying that day because of overbooked seats! They will issue you the mandatory 600 EURO vouchers but good luck getting that money given to you. LIES after LIES after LIES and multiple excuses over months to try to get you to get tired and give up! The **** of airlines!

      Best quality and price range for international travelers.They didnt charge extra for ground assistance and ****** for minors.Easly no charge service for elders and disable passengers..Unlimited cabin hospitality with 5 star food quality.Highly recommended for people who wants to get the best based on their purchase!

      This airline sold one seat to different passengers and when you couldnt sit on the seat you paid extra money for it, they donf pay your money back. Some of the workers were not respectful. Manager in the airplane made promises that never took care of them by the airline.

      I purchased a ticket directly from Turkish Airlines website 2 months before my trip. Two hours before my scheduled departure, I received an email from Turkish Airlines informing me that my flight had been "Suspended" and advising me to contact my financial institution. Confused, I checked my bank statements, finding no indication of a reversal of my ticket. So, I contacted Turkish Airlines customer service, and they assured me that there were no issues with my ticket, and I could proceed with check-in.However, at the airport check-in counter, I encountered the same agent, *************************, that sent me the email saying my flight is "suspended". **** gave me no reason that she suspended my flight, only "We suggest that you contact your financial institution to sort this out."Despite presenting evidence from my bank statement proving the successful transaction and offering to purchase a new ticket, **** claimed the flight was full and refused assistance. While my wife, on the same flight, checked in without any issues, I was left stranded! Adding to the confusion, I received a call from a Turkish Airlines agent stating they were holding the plane for me after I had already left the airport. Wait, WHAT?? How can they be holding a flight for a passenger that they refused to board. Additionally, how do they expect me to go through security if I don't have a boarding pass? Either the operations of this Airlines is non-existent or they have discriminated against me specifically. Both are equally as bad.

      I recently experienced significant challenges with Turkish Airways during my journey from ************* to ********, with a connecting flight in ********. Unfortunately, the airline closed the gate due to overbooking, leaving me stranded without accommodation or assistance. Despite reaching out to their *** call center for support, I was redirected to airport staff who displayed a lack of cooperation and professionalism. Regrettably, the situation escalated to the point where I had to purchase new tickets. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I would caution others against choosing Turkish Airways for their travels.

      I would give them no star if I could. worst airline in the world with lying and deceitful employees in every level from the gate/ ticketing all the way to higher management with a Alibaba philosophy of cheating people and steal from them without fear of retribution since they operate from outside the US.after losing my luggage and cancelling flights and delays of over 3.5 hours, and fling a claim (feedback as they call it), was told to chose between 600 euros in refund or 750 euros in money orders only good for travel with them, I chose the cash option and after a month they still didn't pay. time to file suite in federal court and have them pay for their stupidity, incompetence, and numerous lies in writing. they have no business in airline industry for their incompetency, and why FFA allows them over US skies is a mystery to me with so many complaints and bad reviews and negative feedbacks.
