      This company is a big scam for the consumers. Overpriced and only provides mediocre service. Paid over $100+ for a Mothers Day gift the item received was melted frosted *****ies and a flower arrangement with old roses in it. No special packaging to make your loved one feel special. A flower arrangement directly in a vase was handed off directly to my mom-in-law and the *****ies were delivered in plain ***** enveloped not in temp-controlled packaging. Poor customer service most of the response used by a live agent is automated not caring to read your message unless you tell them to. Initial chatbot is a pain to deal with then ask to be forwarded to a live agent it keeps telling me I had a previous contact about the order and it feels like it doesn't want you to get in touch with somebody to follow up with. This company is such a scam to consumers, giving disappointing gifts to our loved ones. I think the only good thing about my experience is it was delivered on a timely manner. 1800 flowers should take some lessons from companies abroad that deliver flowers and treats with a very aesthetic packaging, good flower arrangements and tasty treats. 1800 flowers is a company that just take your money but doesn't really care about the quality. Do you think that contacting customer service to complain is fun for people. I didnt pay this company to send disappointment to the recipient and the sender. And filtering bad reviews should be illegal. We want transparency. Negative reviews about this company is all over tiktok and Reddit.

      They ruined the delivery of Mothers Day flowers! I paid extra to ensure delivery. The tracker said delivered but they never were. They offered an additional 2 day delivery which is comical. This company is straight trash! No sympathy or remorse for how poorly they handle special days. Save your time and money and choose a different company!

      Selected 1 star because I had to select one, would have preferred 0 stars. The planter (not flowers) I ordered was delivered on time, but it died within about 10 even with following the care instructions carefully. This is the second issue just within the past couple of months. The first issue: flowers not delivered even though a delivery confirmation email was sent. This happened not just once, but three times for the same order. The flowers never were delivered. However, 800 Flowers finally refunded my money (it took about a month to resolve).

      I have been using 1-800-FLOWERS for Mothers Day flowers for years without issue. An order I placed on 4/27 got stuck at ***** just before Mothers Day with no movement at all, forcing me to place another floral order at an outside company so my stepmother could still have flowers, even though they will arrive late. 1-800-FLOWERS customer service ensured me my order was on a delivery truck, then when I mentioned having no visibility to that, they said they would contact the florist for delivery today and I just needed to take it on faith theyd get delivered before 8pm today. They are unwilling to issue me a refund or a credit greater than $15 unless the delivery fails to show up before 8pm, completely disregarding that I am out an additional $60 because of their lack of reliability. So now if the flowers DO get delivered today, Ill be out $105 for these flower instead of my intended $45.

      Ordered on Mother's Day flowers on May 9th. Rec'd an email on May 10 stating an issue with the order and needed a phone call. I called them, after some questions and hold time, they said ignore the email and they will be delivered. They were not delivered, when I called today on Mother's Day, they are now saying could not find a local florist. They are doing a full refund, But I would not buy from here again, if you actually want delivered flowers. They could not find a local florist, but I will be from now on.

      Paid extra money for the flowers to be delivered the day before Mother's Day. I spent ***** for 15 tulips. The condition when delivered yesterday was horrific. All the flowers were dead and it looked like they had took a head of lettuce and put it in there. Corporate tried to have me redelivered but the soonest they can would be May 19th. I declined that offer the next offer was worse ***** tried to tell me that he could give me a half of a refund. That was so insulting to me and I told them I would hire a lawyer just for this bad business with them and then they changed their mind and said I was getting the whole ***** back. Thanks for absolutely nothing and I am willing to share with everyone what they look like I have pictures of it. Never use them ever again I will go to a grocery store and get them for a lot cheaper and definitely nicer looking

      Please stay away from 1 800 Flowers they are a scam. I ordered flowers on 5/9/25 and I picked a delivery date for 5/10/25. The flowers were never delivered. I called customer service and spoke with 4 reps and none of them could give me an answer about my package. I asked to speak two a manager, I got transferred and put on hold and hung up on. Called back and the same thing happened again. This company takes people money and does not deliver your package. Lets see how long it takes to get my money back. Stay far away from this company. Their customer service is horrendous.

      I ordered a Mothers Day bouquet for $70 in the photograph. There was eight roses along with about a dozen other smaller or less expensive flowers.. my mother received a bouquet with two peonies and one rose. I have never felt more scammed by a company in my life. When I contacted them to refund me, they would only offer a 50% refund. I paid $70 and they sent something from a grocery store that cost 15 because Ive seen it at that same grocery store. They are pocketing peoples hard earned money.

      800 ************************** worst company to do Business with. Ordered flowers for mother's Day one week prior to mother's Day. Called and spoke to a customer service agent and told me the ********************** would definitely be there by 5:00 p.m. The day before mother's Day. Nothing was delivered. No phone call. No text, no email. Called and got ignorant and rude customer service agents. Fault with me over and over again. Had to dispute the charge with my bank to get reimbursed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
