      regarding an account in our office.  On
      February 23, 2023, we left a message to obtain or confirm location information
      since we did not hear from the consumer.  Our office never had the opportunity to speak with the consumer.  We received the BBB complaint on February 25,
      2023, and immediately ceased all communication.  At Orion Capital Solutions, LLC we
      adhere to the FDCPA and take pride in consumer satisfaction, we will continue
      our efforts to train our staff to make every consumer experience a more

      Orion Capital Solutions called myself, family members, and friends looking for "location information" but did not announce who they were or provide any other pertinent information. There is no reason to be calling and bothering acquaintances and extended family I haven't seen in decades. Cease phone communication attempts immediately.       These people are refusing to work with me via email, as I work as an Independent contractor from 4 am until about 8-9 pm CST. I cannot take time to call in, wait on hold for an agent while I am typing up medical reports. I've explained that to them. A "Jon" or "Mike" has reached out to my husband several times looking for me, yet has never once called me directly to try and resolve this. I am not sure what happened or why I never received any notifications, but point being I am not and have not recieved anything stating my account has been moved to Orion or this ********** place. I'm not even sure where to send payments or who to set up or what website would need to be set up as I never got anything in writting stating my account got moved. The lack of communication is astounding yet they are demanding I get swift payment, yet I have no clue where I need to send--To me, sounds nothing short of a scam. Lack of documentation, a hurry and send payment, multiple "third parties" involved for 1 debtor, and refusing to work with me via an email after my information was verified. Not sure why I still need to call in and re-verify everything, when they haven't even sent me one piece of mail in the first place.

      reviewed the account and all calls regarding the consumer. On February 10, 2023, we sent a notice
      to the consumer regarding an account in our office.  Between February 10, 2023 and February 14,
      2023 we were communicating with the consumer via email.  We received a BBB complaint on 2/14/2023, at
      that point all calls and communications are ceased until we review the
      account.  Orion Capital Solutions is a
      third party debt collection agency. We are attempting to collect a debt, the
      Original creditor on the account is ***** ***** with an outstanding balance of
      $7348.98.  If the consumer has any

      Working with an attorney now and will be forwarding him all the threatening voicemails that was left to members of
      Family, long distant family as well as friends. This is a violation of FCRA. I’m pursuing charges for damages this company has caused me, leaked my personal information and violation of my privacy and as well as threatening and the harassment and intimidation practices against me and my friends and family. This company has violated every one of these statutes and I’ll be going forward with lawsuit against this company for the damages I’ve suffered and the harassment of me and my family and violating my privacy.

      A debt collector may not engage in any conduct the natural consequence of which is to harass, oppress, or abuse any person in connection with the collection of a debt. Without limiting the general application of the foregoing, the following conduct is a violation of this section:
      (1) The use or threat of use of violence or other criminal means to harm the physical person, reputation, or property of any person.
      (2) The use of obscene or profane language or language the natural consequence of which is to abuse the hearer or reader.
      (3) The publication of a list of consumers who allegedly refuse to pay debts, except to a consumer reporting agency or to persons meeting the requirements of section 1681a(f) or 1681b(3)?[1] of this title.
      (4) The advertisement for sale of any debt to coerce payment of the debt.
      (5) Causing a telephone to ring or engaging any person in telephone conversation repeatedly or continuously with intent to annoy, abuse, or harass any person at the called number.
      (6) Except as provided in section 1692b of this title, the placement of telephone calls without meaningful disclosure of the caller’s identity.

      I received a call from number ###-###-#### on 1/27/23 asking for location confirmation but never stated the reason or who they are and I would like to ceased all calls from this company to my self and family and known associates immediately as they are not professional at all the voicemail asked to call back to ###-###-#### I tried calling to the number they called from with no answer please ceased all harassment

      Was left a very threatening voicemail, to obtain my location. That I must contact by the end of day today. Employer, and family members also received calls. THIS IS NOT OK! I tried to call back to extension provided and it continued to drop my call.

      I keep getting harassed and voicemails trying to find my location and you can’t call my friends or family without permission which is illegal. You don’t need my location and you have to say who you are with if not it’s illegal

      Without stating the purpose. Then proceed to tell me they were going ahead with some file and hung up on me when I expressed my concern about giving personal information over the phone not know to who or why.

Therefore, Orion Capital Solutions, LLC regrets hearing otherwise and takes these matters very seriously.Upon notification of the complaint, we reviewed the account and all calls regarding the consumer. On January 9, 2023, we sent a notice to the consumer regarding an account in our office.  Since we did not hear back from the consumer, we attempted to reach out via telephone.  When the consumer did call into the office we attempted to verify that we were speaking to the correct person, which we are required to do before disclosing any information.  The consumer was not comfortable with the verification process, at that point we were unable provide any other information to the consumer.   We received the BBB complaint on 1/24/2023, and immediately ceased all communications.  At Orion Capital Solutions, LLC we adhere to the FDCPA and take pride in consumer satisfaction, we will continue our efforts to train our staff to make every consumer experience a more positive one. Should you have any further questions please contact our office.        Both accounts were paid off through an Escrow fund issued by my mortgage company. I have verified both checks were cashed with the companies the checks were issued too.

      Orion Capital Solutions is demanding money on an account that I am not responsible for. This company does not have a signed contract bearing my signature. I have no legal obligation to this company. ***** ******* is a common name. This company needs to correct the information as this account does not belong to me and Orion Capital has been notified and failed to produce any documentation this is my account.

      Upon notification of the complaint, we reviewed the account and all calls regarding the consumer. 
      On 11/4, 2023, we sent a notice to the consumer regarding an account in our office.  Since we did not hear back from the consumer, we attempted to reach out to the consumer.  Our office never had the opportunity to speak with the consumer.  On November 22, 2022, we sent the consumer the validation of debt and ceased all communications at that time. We received the BBB complaint on 1/11/2023, the account was already closed in our office.
