      On 1/9/2023 at approximately 2:20 PM, a woman named Lexi from Orion Capital contacted me at my place of work. She lied to my employer to get through to me, saying I knew who she was. I know this because she did this to me, not realizing I was who she intended to speak with. She refused to identify herself until I confirmed my name. I replied to her not to contact my place of employment again. I do not know who this company is, nor have I ever heard of them before today.

      On 11/15/2022, we sent a notice to the consumer regarding an account in our office.  Since we did not hear back from the consumer, we attempted to reach out to the consumer and third-party person to confirm location information.  Our office never had the opportunity to speak with the consumer.  We received the BBB complaint on 12/13/2022, and immediately ceased all communications.

      I received multiple calls and so did my family and employer. Their calls and messages indicated they were looking for my location.
      This company calls from different numbers every time and won't provide any information about why they are calling. This is a scam to obtain information.
      All communications with me, my family, my friends and my past and/or present employers needs to stop immediately.

      This company has not only harassed myself but also my nuclear and distant family. This company has called me with threatening voicemails and called my family members to the point of concern for my safety. I demand all contact cease immediately. The threatening voicemails have caused unwarranted duress to mine and my husband's elderly parents. The behavior of this company is deplorable and illegal. Also, sending personal/ secure information through text message and verbally discussing information with an individual other myself should immediately determine this company incompetent and acting against all fair debt collection laws. I will seek further legal action if this continues.

      Orion Capital has been contacting my family about a nonexistent debt owed claiming they are looking for me and need to know my location. They are HARASSING me, friends, and family.

      I do not answer unknown callers, but I received a voicemail stating the caller's name was "Ron" and that he was trying to obtain or confirm my location. My parents have also reported to me that they were contacted. It is very alarming. I assume this is for a debt, but if it was that was not mentioned, nor did they mention where they were calling from. The caller called from ###-###-#### but gave a callback of ###-###-####. I don't have information about when/how often they are contacting family, but I will not call back a number if the message does not give information. I also felt that the tone was meant to be intimidating and I'm extremely uncomfortable with it.

      I am receiving calls to my number and family members demanding my location. I don't have a contract with this company and need the representatives of this company to stop all calls immediately.

      Orion capital reached out to me initially early june and july, july 19th being the first time interacting with a second representative, due to the actions of the first individual.

      The first interaction with Orion capital was a result of immediate and even not-immediate family members calling me concerned for my safety because orion capital was looking for me, my whereabouts, and phishing for information. Personal details of mine were disclosed to both the immediate and not immediate family members as to WHY there were looking for me.
      Upon calling them, I was immediately threatened with a lawsuit. This man not only threatened that I would face a lawsuit if i did not settle with him THAT DAY, but when i disclosed I was not aware of these charges nor in a position to pay these charges, he then suggested MY MOTHER, BY HER MAIDEN NAME, assume my debt, based off her income history! He then continued to list family members of mine after!! AND also began suggesting i sell personal belongings such as my vehicle TO SATISFY THIS DEBT. As i became irate, I informed him that what he was doing is illegal and in violation of various FL STATUTES. He then hung up, and another rep began contacting me.
      I have not heard anything since 8/30 when I disclosed I WILL NOT BE PROVIDING PAYMENT TO INDIVIDUALS WHO THREATENED ME, AND DISCLOSED PERSONAL INFO TO THIRD PARTY INDIVIDUALS.
      Today is 12/1, And I recieved another call suggesting I voluntarily settle, otherwise legalities could be pursued.
      The rep then informed me that the individual who initially threatened and contacted me was no longer with the organization, clearly because of their knowledge he has violated privacy and harrasment acts, never mind broke various laws. For my safety and records I documented each call date & time, and what was discussed.
      MOST IMPORTANTLY - I HAVE HAD MY CREDIT REPORT DISSECTED TO FIND WHERE THIS "DEBT" MAY BE, AND ITS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND!!!

On July 13, 2022, we sent a notice to the consumer regarding an account in our office.  Since we did not hear back from the consumer, we attempted to reach out to the consumer and third-party person to confirm location information. On July 19, 2022, the consumer called in to the office to discuss his account.  At that time, we were unable resolve the account with the consumer.  We provided some options for the consumer to work out a payment plan that would best fit his needs and satisfy our client.  We continued to work with the consumer throughout the month of August to get this account resolved.  We followed-up with the consumer on 12/1/2022, at that time the consumer notified us that he was unable to pay and disconnected the call. We received the BBB complaint on 12/1/2022, and immediately ceased all communications.  This account has been closed with our office and returned to our client.  At Orion Capital Solutions, LLC we adhere to the FDCPA and take pride in consumer satisfaction, we will continue our efforts to train our staff to make every consumer experience a more positive one.       Company keeps calling regarding a debt. Informed them that I am currently in a debt consolidation program, they ignored and began to harass my family. They went down the line calling my immediate family after I let them know I'm in debt consolidation. They still keep calling.

      Orion Capitol Soluntions, LLC keeps calling me and leaving voice-mails. They are up to 5-6 times a day. I have never heard of this company that is "attempting" to collect a debt. They said that they have sent emails with information about the debt but I have never received an emails. I am under the assumption that this is a phishing scam. I do not want them to contact me or anyone associated with me.
