      My family is being harnessed by Orion capital solutions I ask that they do not contact anyone in my family or friends asking about me when I haven’t even received anything from them by mail and that is the only way you can reach me but do not contact anyone but me again.

      I am filing a complaint against Orion Capital Solutions for illegal practices that violate the Fair Credit Act. Orion Capital Solutions has harassed me regarding a debt that is not mine and that I have no knowledge of. I have never received any written communication (e-mail or otherwise) from Orion Capital Solutions. They call me,family, and friends at all hours, as documented. This practice is illegal and must cease. I did not authorize anyone to sell any debt that may or may not be owed. This is an illegal practice of a debt collection agency acquiring a debt illegally. I request a cease and desist order and to not be contacted via phone or email. Only contact me through the mail. I will take all necessary legal action against this company for violating the law for every offense they have committed.Due to the fact they violating debt collection law the debt should be considered null and void.

      raised by the consumer.
      Complaint Summary:
      The consumer claims that Orion Capital Solutions has been contacting them, their family, and friends
      regarding a debt they do not owe or have knowledge of. The consumer also states that no written
      communication was received from us and has requested a cease and desist order, asking for all future
      communications to be conducted via mail. They dispute the validity of the debt and its acquisition.
      Orion Capital Solutions’ Response:
      1. Timeline of Communications:
      o Initial Notice: Orion Capital Solutions sent an initial written notice to the consumer on
      September 27, 2024, in compliance with FDCPA guidelines, which included the
      necessary information regarding the debt and how to dispute it.
      o Location Information: On October 7, 2024, we attempted to confirm the consumer’s
      location by calling the consumer and a third party. No details of the debt were disclosed
      to the third party, as this outreach was solely for location verification.
      o Cease and Desist Request: On October 8, 2024, we received an email from the consumer
      requesting validation of debt (VOD) and a cease and desist on phone and email
      communications.
      o Response: That same day, October 8, 2024, Orion Capital Solutions mailed the VOD and
      dispute notice to the consumer, along with information on how to file a dispute, as
      requested. We immediately ceased all phone and email communications in compliance
      with their cease and desist request.
      2. Validation of Debt and Dispute Process:
      o We have provided the requested validation of debt in response to the consumer’s
      request, and the consumer has been given the opportunity to file a formal dispute.
      o If the consumer wishes to dispute the debt further, they may follow the instructions
      provided in the notice sent on October 8, 2024. We encourage the consumer to submit
      any relevant documentation to support their claim, and we will work with our client to
      review the case and resolve the matter.
      3. Third-Party Contact:
      o The contacts made with family and friends were strictly limited to obtaining location
      information and did not involve sharing details about the debt, in accordance with 

      FDCPA guidelines. We regret any distress this may have caused and will review our
      procedures to ensure clear communication with all parties involved.
      4. Cease and Desist Request:
      o We have honored the consumer’s request to cease phone and email communications, and
      as of October 8, 2024, all future communications will be conducted through the mail as
      requested.
      Conclusion:
      Orion Capital Solutions has acted in good faith and in full compliance with all debt collection
      regulations. We have taken the necessary steps to validate the debt, respect the consumer’s
      communication preferences, and offer the consumer the opportunity to dispute the debt through the
      appropriate channels. We are committed to working toward a resolution that addresses the consumer’s

      This company continues to harass my family members for what appears to be my debt. After handling one phone call with a man named Dave, I asked them how they received my mother's phone number. Not only did they refuse to explain, they then proceeded to talk about the debt with me. After specifically explaining the circumstances of the debt and what I am financially able to do, I was insulted and hung up by the agency after being threatened that the debt would be sold. I've tried to find a way to customer service to find opportunities to handle the debt but there's no

      I am filing a complaint against Orion Capital Solutions for illegal practices that violate the Fair Credit.
      I have never received any written communication from Orion Capital Solutions. I called them back yesterday 9/25/2024 and was asked to confirm personal information without a valid reason. This could result in identity theft. I’ve never had an issue when asking a company what something was regarding before releasing my personal information. I explained I’m not releasing personal information without a reason.
      I asked them to mail verification of debt to last known address. The representative also hung up on me when trying to ask what it was regarding.
      Now, family members are receiving calls. This practice is illegal and must cease. I did not authorize anyone to sell any debt that may or may not be owed. This is an illegal practice of a debt collection agency acquiring a debt illegally. I request a cease and desist order and to not be contacted via phone or email. Only contact me through the mail. I will take all necessary legal action against this company for violating the law for every offense they have committed.
