      This company calls family members and says they are looking to obtain my whereabouts. They have been asked to stop calling and provide all contact via mail, but nothing come and the calls starts up again.

      This Orion Capital Solutions is calling my extended family on my husbands side his father to be exact, telling him we had him down as a contact. That they needed to speak to ****** ***** and to have her call them. We have no clue who they are and why they are calling and wish for them to stop harassing us and our family.

      I was notified that this company is attempting to locate me regarding a debt. However, I have never received any written communication from Orion Capital Solutions. Additionally, family members have informed me that they were contacted and asked to confirm personal information about me through voicemail messages. They did not return the calls due to concerns that this could be a scam.

      I have also been the victim of identity theft in the past, and I will not disclose any personal information without a valid and verified reason. I demand that written verification of any alleged debt be mailed to my last known address immediately.

      I am alarmed by your practice of contacting close and extended family members as well as previous employers regarding this matter. Such actions are illegal, and they must cease immediately.

      I insist on a cease and desist order regarding any contact via phone or email. All future correspondence must be conducted through mail only. I will not hesitate to pursue every legal remedy available to me for each and every violation of the law committed by your company.

      I am filing a complaint against Orion Capital Solutions for illegal practices that violate the Fair Credit Act. Orion Capital Solutions has harassed me regarding a debt that is not mine and that I have no knowledge of. I have never received any written communication (e-mail or otherwise) from Orion Capital Solutions. They call me, family, and friends at all hours, as documented. This practice is illegal and must cease. I did not authorize anyone to sell any debt that may or may not be owed. This is an illegal practice of a debt collection agency acquiring a debt illegally. I request a cease and desist order and to not be contacted via phone or email. I will take all necessary legal action against this company for violating the law for every offense they have committed. Due to the fact they violating debt collection law the debt should be considered null and void.

      This business began contacting me on 11/06/2024 seeking personal information. The woman who left a message did not speak her name clear enough for me to understand it (Sarah something) and the phone number she provided was missing digits; also, the number she called me from was a local number of ###-###-####, which does not appear associated with this company. This company is also calling anyone they feel might be associated with me and leaving details beyond what they should be on voicemails. I do not know who they are or why they are calling me, as I've never received any communication from Orion Capital Solutions. I want this company to stop calling my family members and anyone else they are trying to contact regarding my personal information. If there is some debt they are trying to collect from me, I have no idea of what it might be and would need a debt verification letter with all details mailed to me.

      This is the second complaint that I have filed with BBB regarding Orion Capital Solutions, LLC. My previous complaint (********) has not been answered by this company. I received yet another call from them today, as well as my husband from this person (Sarah G******?) who called from ###-###-#### which is not a real number to my knowledge. I have never heard of this company or know what they are trying to obtain from me as I've received nothing from them but harassment. I want them to stop calling me and my family/friends seeking personal information. If they claim a debt is owed, they need to provide documentation in writing that that is the case, as I'm unaware of owing this company anything.

      On 10-30-24 these people called my ex husband and my son to try and get in touch with me about a debt. They told me son they were looking for my location and it involved federal charges. When he asked what it was about they refused to tell him. Then called my ex husband and we have been divorced for many years. This is not right. Then I called them, the lady Nicole told me they would remove their numbers from the account and that they only call from what's on the screen. Then I was told it's her first time trying to call me, if that's the case then leave a message and I'll call back. Calling my family is wrong.
