      Wish I never shopped there.. bought a sectional “Barry” line. Brought it home, was not like the one we tried in store. We complained due to its uncomfortable design. They said it’s not a manufacturing problem rather a design flaw. Therefore if we wanted to return it (we bought the extended warranty) would be a 25% restocking fee plus another $150 to have it picked up and replaced by another we chose. We were told we were lucky they were allowing us to return it… we told them we understood about the restocking fee but could they lower it.. after all the sofa was $3000… do the Math.. we’d be out $900 and there’s no guarantee that we would find another that could also be flawed… Very disappointing. BUYER BEWARE… STAY AWAY. They will go out of business soon… treat customers poorly after they steal your money.

      Worst delivery experience ever. The delivery team out of the Brookfield, CT location broke the frame of a $300 panting during delivery and even though they took responsibility for the damage, after more than 2 months and multiple phone calls that were initiated by us just trying to get someone to help us, we were never compensated for the damage. We only got the runaround and empty promises that "someone will give us a call" and that they we will be reimbursed, which clearly they don't have the intention of doing. Scam artists at best that only want your money. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS!!

      Horrible quality of of
      Furniture. Have a love seat and a couch that ripped at all the seams. The ripping started less than a year of owning both pieces.

      Don't go near these people! I ordered a sleighbed and rocker glider the sleighbed was put together the rocker wasn't!
      I had paid over 300.00 for this piece of **** rocker and then found it for $139- $179 different stores This place is run by incompetence! Second travesty to add insult to injury I ordered a box spring put it on my sisters credit card with delivery date 12/31 I then received a message saying information required > my sisters driving license to correlate to the credit card charged so product can be released! My sister did respond Pronto and never hearing back on 12/31 I called Mike the person that was handling this total mess up. I told Mike when will the box string mattress to be delivered he said it won't be I need to send my license under ****** *******!!! Meanwhile they charged my sisters credit card! When was he going to get back to me? Most probably never!
      I explained the situation of purchasing 2 prior items a sleighbed and a piece of crap rocker glider! Still after having my sister show her license they still did not release it! I'm still waiting on them to see my driver's license after saying they needed the driver's license associated with the debit card. I am irate over these two matters! Next time I'm going to a store straight up never again EVER!!! Now I just get a message back saying they are reviewing my sent email with photo of my driver's license it! REVIEWING WHAT ???? They already recieved my sister's driver's license that they said they needed because the box spring was charged to her credit card!!! Please for sanity purposes do not buy online from these legit crooks!!!

      Purchased a loveseat in July 2023. The furniture fabric is of poor quality and has not reclined since October. 5 visits from the service center and it's still not fixed. We are getting the runaround from customer service. They will not replace the piece and we paid for the platinum service. Terrible experience

      Ad experience that led to extreme disappointment. Unfortunately we will not be recommending this company to anyone but telling everyone about our horrible experiences. The sales people care more about making the sale to get paid rather than providing excellent service to the customers. We purchased an item only for it to be sold right out from under us. Had to go to the store to get a full refund.

      We bought a bed at the Cropsey Ave Raymour and Flanagan and delivery and bed removal was included. I paid $3373.00 and was told bed removal was included. When they came, they refused to remove the bed because it was "worn or stained" and they said it is at their discretion . I was told, and it was marked on the sales slip, that they would remove the bed and frame. Now I have to pay a junk hauler to take the bed and frame from the second floor of my house. I Never would have bought this bed if I knew I had to haul away the old bed. When I called to complain, I spoke to Brenda J******, at Raymour and Flanagan and was told that my salesman, Harry T*****, should have told me, because it is a policy that is not written down anywhere, but he was on vacation and couldn't talk. I want to be reimbursed for the junk removal

      My husband and I walked into the store to see a bedroom set that we wanted to purchase for our future home in a different state. We knew that we were moving, however we still didn’t know when or where. We were met by Hendrik, our salesman, who encouraged us to put money down on the set, and he would hold it for us for however long it took. It sounded like a good deal since it would lock in the price and moving cost for us. Periodically, Hendrik would call us to keep this furniture on the hold list, as the computer will remove it after a certain time. Well, we kept this furniture on hold for 2 years, and Hendrik was true to his word about the price! Everything was delivered in perfect shape, and Hendrik helped us pick out the mattress and other pieces as well. I cannot say enough about this guy, and the way we were treated at Raymour and flanigan. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for home furnishings!

      Purchased a couch and the price I was told that I would pay in the store is different than what was financed through TD bank. They told me it was in the fine print, hidden on user agreements that are buried. Given the opportunity to fix it, the district manager opted to basically tell me too bad because it would essentially affect his monthly numbers. I will be going through ******, ******* and where I can to tell my story

      After looking at a couch in their showroom I ordered and paid for it but when it was delivered it was NOT the same quality as their sample and they said they will replace it but that was two months ago and after multiple calls to them they now say it will come in two more months !
