      Tried to purchase a sofa in your Abington, pa. Store. I was denied credit! Why! Retired, lived in my home, that I own. No mortgage. Over 800 credit score rating. lived in my house 47 plus years. I understand from ph. Calls I have made to r f customer serv. That a lot of retired people are denied credit. ******* who is credit serv. for rf told me I was retired and that’s why I was denied. DISCRIMINATION!

      I purchased a sofa and a loveseat about 2 years ago. Both were replaced 2-3 times before I got a good unit. Since then the units have been serviced at least 4-5 times and yet they keep breaking. I have requested a refund and a replacement but they insist on repairing the same unit over and over again for something to break down with it again in the next few months. Really disappointed with the current management. I had brought his from South Plainfield store in New Jersey and has been a harrowing experience. Since this purchase, I have switched to another retailer for my needs. And would never buy from Raymour.

      Bought the ****** Area Rug in size 8x8….turns out it is only a 7x7. They refused to take accountability and fix the website or the issue. This error happens with a lot of their rugs! Buyer beware.

      Never ever purchase from Raymond & Flanigan. THIS IS THE SIXTH (6th) Time of me making a complain and then coming back to my house without providing the requested service for the same order over four months now. I placed the order in May and we are in August and I still complaining about the same issues. This is the 6th time the delivery guys will stop by to replace the same queen size drawer given to my king size bed, the delivery guy brought a new drawer without the screws again for the 6th time. Which doesn’t make any sense. The delivery people left without fixing the issues. I try speaking to t someone that work there, Latoya from service center and she promised that all the issues will be resolved but it’s still the same. At this point I just wanted a good service and not a refund because I need my complete bed set and make it stop looking like a mess.
      Zero star. Very bad service and customer care, supervisor and manager was not helping as well. And they were very rude without providing any help. This is the 6th time someone is coming from Raymour & Flanigan without solving the issue. Order #*********** This is just very unreasonable and waste of time. Very horrible!!

      We have purchased 1st set bedroom set in 23 years together. We’re senior citizens. We have waited for furniture 7 months and shortly after delivery noticed damage on both bedside tables. We called the store and their rep came and said it’s our fault, this is water damage, it can’t be fixed, needs exchange. Apparently, we were not eligible for exchange because we didn’t buy Platinum plan. Nobody told us about platinum plan and other people said the same. Now we’re stuck with damaged furniture which quite expensive. We do not recommend this business.

      Sales associate messed up and applied for a credit card for their financing program on my behalf TWICE with ** Bank which, rightfully so, was flagged as fraud. Neither customer service from either company can come to a resolution. This completely halted my order and rendered me unable to purchase my furniture through the financing program. Raymour’s resolution was “pay in cash or cancel”. Had I just purchased things online instead of using and incompetent sales associate, I wouldn’t have had this issue. No help. Poor customer service and making a mistake when it involves someone’s credit is absolutely unacceptable.

      If I could leave this at zero I would. Their credit card company is through TD and this is the worst service I have had. I will never get an account through TD. They constantly want to charge you $25 “late” or “insufficient” fees but yet there are additional payments made for that same month of inquiry. Because I had “insufficient” funds according to them, they reduced my limit to LESS than what my balance is. I literally have been paying for ONE year interest free and their bitter that I’m almost done with the balance next month (September). It’s a rip off. Their customer service doesn’t try to understand you and will only be out to get you no matter your payment history being good all throughout.

      I had just moved and needed a whole house of furniture. Went and found the most amazing salesman Danny and before we purchased I asked point blank do you guarantee this furniture! He said yes and I further was clear as my concern with returns and policy for craftsmanship. He promised me there would be no issue!!! Well until there was one, from the very first time I sat on this couch I knew it was subpar and wouldn’t even last for just my husband and I. My heel left an imprint the first night and I refused to sit on it since. I sit in our coffee table. The company will not take it back and it has taken over 2 months just to get a cushion cover replaced. They ordered the wrong cover and now expect me to wait another few months for a cover to a couch that I don’t even want.

      Do not buy from them. Scammers. They make the no interest sound great but read the find print. Ok so here goes this sucker. I have purchased several products from these scammers. I have A1 credit with them however this time after purchasing two entire living room sets, I accidentally overlooked my promotional contract. I was in the middle of a divorce and moving and didn’t pay the amount by the end. Little did I know that in the 18 months I will be responsible foe accrue interest. I ended up with a $2000 interest on my remaining balance. I tried to talk to many supervisors in charge which is TD bank. No deal. I even offer paying entire balance owed with 50% of interest. No deal!! Anyhow I shredded their card. Also be aware of the warranty. Each item is covered only once. So in other words if you have a problem with any of the furniture if possible wait until the warranty is getting ready to expire to call for all the items. That lost a loyal customer forever. Bye!

      I'm still waiting to hear from customer service about a purchase I made upon delivery the chairs that was purchased happened to be uneven
      I haven't spoken to a representative yet and it's been 5 days since my delivery, phone calls and emails I even reached out to the corporate office and still no response
