      Raymour & Flanagan your stuff are weak and fragile. They cause a lot of money and when they broken down its very to get in touch with the warranty department. I call for service and it's been 3 months and no response even though I have warranty they are refusing to repair the damage refurbished chairs that they sell me I pay 99 dollars for warranty. Please refund me for these refurbished broken down chairs that are barely 1yr. And stop selling refurbished furniture for new.

      NEVER EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS King of Prussia store!!! I feel trapped by their so called financing program. No one explained to me it is actually an interest-deferred program, not interest free for a year. I was charged for the full-year's interest because I had some balance left.
      BTW, the ***** **** bedroom furniture we bought still releases unbearable odor after more than a year although I opened windows and the door for a few hours everyday. I made a review on Raymour&Flanigan's website, but my review is not shown.

      I am an interior designer and my Raymour & Flanigan sales agent was very nice and helped me find a $1,350 table including shipping. Upon delivery, it didn't fit my client's room due to size. I immediate contacted the store to return the unopened, undamaged, desk in its original box but was met with refusal. The manager's disrespectful response insisted we should have known their no-refund policy, which was never communicated to us during purchase. I politely explained our situation. The manager claimed only the store owner had return or "refund" authority but he wasn't "available". After 45 minutes, he reluctantly agreed to take it back, with a hefty 45% restocking fee. Regrettably, I had no choice but to spend over $450 for them to accept it. The manager's unprofessionalism, disrespect, and lack of accommodation warrant negative feedback. AVOID THIS PLACE! The manager clearly needs customer service training. We wouldn't been long term customers of this place but not any more!

      Horrible company, the manager said buy a mattress protector and they will be able to swap it for another mattress. I didn’t like any other mattress after trying 6 times to find a replacement. I got the run around and while sleeping on a mattress that hurt my back and not getting any sleep. I want to take them to the Better Business Bureau and smalls claims court to get my money back! I will never buy anything from them again. The worst experience ever!

      I have made purchases from Raymour & Flanigan in the past and was satisfied with my purchases, until recently.
      In February 2023 I purchased a ********* 5-pc. Microfiber Power Reclining Sectional Sofa. The chair was used for about a month when one of the recliners became stuck in the reclining position and would not adjust. I visited the Raymour & Flanigan store where the purchase was made and was told that I did not purchase their warranty for the chair, but that the manufacturer's warranty was valid for a year. I was given a number to contact Raymour's repair department to get the in-home repair, but I have made so many calls and left many messages with no response. No one ever answers the phone. I am so disgusted and disappointed. Not shopping at Raymour anymore.

      DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ANY OF THEIR LOCATIONS!!!
      They literally scammed us. Our salesperson was not able to lower the price on our >$4000 purchase so he and the manager said that we will be mailed a $200 gift card. It turns out that this "gift card" was 1) never mailed and B) wasn't even going to work. I called them multiple times and they said it was an "error" on the salesperson's part who now does not even work there.
      Read all reviews. They are full of lies and deceitful practices. Can't believe they get away with this.

      They don’t deserve even one star because I paid double the cost of my dining set. That’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with a payment plan.

      Order : *********** This is my sincere request to everyone to stay away from this fraud brand. I bought bed/mattress and mattress cover from this fraud store and I was promised by the sales associate that my purchase price will be credited if there is any slight dip in the height of mattress or any other issue with the mattress. Height of mattress reduced by more than half inch with in 10 days of the delivery of this product. After raising the service request, I got the message from there service department that they don't take responsibility of what the sales person communicated to me during the sale of product in the store and nothing will be done. I have to live with whatever I have got. Please save your money and stay away from this fraud brand. If you really want to throw your money then go to this store and struggle like I am struggling.

      I purchased a "Queen sized" platform bed from Raymour and Flanningan for which NO QUEEN sized mattress will fit. There is a 5-6 inch gap on the side of the bed and a 3-4 inch gap at the foot of the bed for which I was told, after making a complaint, "the gap was built into the design of the frame for a quilt". What?! In contacting the store I was told this is the bedframe's design and because I signed for the platform bed that there is nothing that could be done. I was told that the fine print on the delivery receipt states this and there is no recourse. Essentially I'm stuck! This is just BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE! I am not trying to run a scam. I just want a bed that fits and is not a hazard! Selling items that clearly are incompatible with anything else and blaming the consumer for not being aware the materials are shody is just unethical. Shame on Raymour and Flannigan. They have lost a consumer for life.
