I purchased a ****** Black X-Class ultra plush mattress in July of 2020. The retailer sold us a protection plan for 5 years worry free and ****** offers a 10 year best sleep warranty. PLEASE be careful because when you try to put a claim in because your mattress is caving in, they will NOT help you. The retailer sent someone out and they used a metal stick to see how much its caving. Mind you this is a memory foam ultra plush so without a little weight you cannot feel the cave-in. Because the cave-in is not more than a inch and a half they will not back their product. the retailer is Raymour and Flanigan and for `18 days they never got back to us on the claim if I did not call them i would never know the status of my claim. Be careful we paid almost 3k and now we need to buy a new one and it will not be from either of these 2 companies.

Horrible company, no customer service, defective merchandise. I have spent over $3,000 to get a mattress that I can sleep on including overpriced mattress pad and warranty. First mattress was awful was lucky enough to hit the 15-day window I had to decide if I liked it or not and had to pay additional money to get the second mattress both details were not disclosed by salesman. I ended up purchasing a Beautyrest Black floor sample. I was assured there was nothing wrong with this mattress it was in perfect condition they just wanted it out. I was told it was a final sale. A few months later this mattress is in such poor condition that it slopes down so that you roll off of it while you're sleeping. You can visibly see the tufting on the top of it spreading apart and not like the rest of it. I am not hundreds of pounds and I have barely slept on this. The company will do nothing other than I can pay to have a technician come out and look at it and if it needs to be fixed I can pay him to fix it. This was a mattress that was priced over $6,000. It should last more than a few months. This company should stand behind their merchandise if it is defective. I understand final sale if I don't like it if it's uncomfortable whatever the situation but this mattress is defective!!! They are sneaky, they do not give you all the details when you purchase warranties. You're forced to get a mattress pad so you can have a 15-day window to decide if you like a mattress or not and still have to pay to get the replacement delivered. They tried to leave off the protection plan for the adjustable base which I clearly needed as it regularly get stuck in an upward down position. They're complete lack of concern or care tafter spending over $3,000 for a mattress that I can't sleep on is reprehensible. I have dealt with Cardi's my whole life and they've always stood behind their products. I don't understand how this company can sell defective merchandise and get away with it.

Terrible quality products! Purchased all new furniture for home- sectional lasted 1 year, thankful we had protection plan, but our replacement sectional is even worse! One seat has collapsed, ripping at the seams. Two sectionals in 3 years. I’ve sent multiple emails about quality with no response. Will never shop there or refer people to that store!

Raymour and Flannigan have the cheapest of cheap furniture. Bought the Mckinley set in Navy around August/September 2022. Worse sofa set I have ever had. Not comfortable at all, cushions move all over the place, get lumpy or flatten out. It’s literally horrible. Picks up EVERY bit of lint, dust, anything from your clothing and WILL NOT come off unless you vacuum it constantly. Absolutely hate this set. I bought the insurance but would rather just return it! DO NOT PURCHASE, BUYER BEWARE! Wish I had stayed with ******* Furniture.

I purchased a sectional with warranty 2/10/2022. I was ensured it was a good quality piece of furniture with great warranty. First service call was within 4 months as cushions were sinking down. Service call was completed leaving furniture is worse condition. Section of furniture was replaced. Couple months later I had the same problem. Another service call that was rescheduled multiple times. Service did do a good job repairing the piece at this time. Couple months later and I notice same thing starting to happen again. Material is pilling, couch is lumpy and sagging. Sent two e-mails and a phone call to service with no return call. Called again and they told me I’m only eligible to have someone at my house again and every time I have a problem. I want them to take this junk furniture and replace with something not so cheap as I was told when purchased they would do as they stand by their furniture. I have spoken to multiple customer service and a manager with no resolution. I will NEVER purchase another item from any Raymiur & Flanniagn! This furniture belongs and will soon be at the curb. Huge waste of my hard earned money!!!

Worst company policies! gave us a price on 2 couches, the display couch wouldn't move so they said they needed a new cord, after calling for 2 weeks they said they got it in but then wouldn't honor the store opening price?? They said the sale was over! Also they said it was free if we picked it up from store but there was a 10% delivery fee to have them sent from the warehouse in the Richmond Va. area. We went back in a few weeks later & they said they would come from the Harrisburg area but it would still be a 10% delivery & assembly fee. They can't seem to get their stories straight while the manager was sitting at a kitchen display laughing & joking with friends. Been there 3 times trying to buy couches & chair for $5000.00 & walked out frustrated each time. We are done! never going back again!!! they are shady at best!

I went into Raymour & Flanigan on 2/19/23 to purchase a mattress the sales person and manager that assisted me George T******** also showed me the adjustable base i spent over an hour in the store trying to make the best selection for me, I was told multiple times that I have 30 days and I would be able to return the merchandise if i was unhappy I was very much on the fence about the base because i was not sure how it would fit with my bed , but was reassured I can try it and return it within the 30 day time frame without an issue. I left the store spending $3600 for a mattress and an adjustable base. Delivery was the very next day, the base is horrible and does not fit well with my bed. I called 5 times before i was able to speak to George ( MGR) who stated he nor his sales associate told me the furniture was returnable because they have a no refund policy.!
That should be communicated clearly in person when they are trying to get a sale I am now stuck with a base that cost $900 that I cannot use and no one takes accountability because the fine print on the receipt says no refunds, although I was told multiple times I can return the furniture if I did not like it . Horrible business practice and I will not be doing any more purchases at this store. In addition the customer services is horrible and the sales associates and managers say whatever needs to be said to get a sale .

Terrible, Fraudulent and a complete Scam
On September 2022, I was shopping around for new furnitures. I went to Raymour and Flanigan and found a living set. It was low quality and super expensive. The same day I purchased a candle holder and paid it with cash.
I walked out with the candle holder and financed the living room set.
A few days later, I found an affordable, high quality living set elsewhere and purchased it. I called Raymour and Flanigan and cancelled the living room set.
As of today, February 1st, 2023, I received a call from the respected bank stating that I have an outstanding balance from Raymour and Flanigan. I called the store and they explained that the outstanding balance was for the candle holder that, keep in mind, I paid at the store. Unfortunately, I do not have the receipt to show that I paid for it in full.
Run away from Raymour and Flanigan. They are not honest and will charge you extra for overly expensive furnitures. Honestly, high quality and affordable furnitures could be found elsewhere and not Raymour and Flanigan.
Also, I called the store, at Waterbury CT and spoke with a staff that was highly unprofessional.
Never again will I nor my family members and friends shop at Raymour and Flanigan

Credit card 0% interest is a scam. I paid well over the amount due each month to ensure I wouldn’t get hit with interest when the 12 months interest free is up. Then paid the extra amount my card showed that I owed toward the account to ensure the amount owed was satisfied to yet again ensure I did t get hit with interest. The money went toward my other account that I have 3 years on. The website didn’t allow for me to dictate where I wanted my extra money to go. This is all in place to ensure I got stuck with interest. I called to dispute the interest and they gave me the run around and wouldn’t drop the interest.
