      #notplatinumprotection.
      Living room set is defective with manufacturer pulls that can’t be fixed or replaced. The couches are only 9 MONTHS OLD! Offered store credit of 75% of what I paid and I lose the money paid for warranty and have to pay new delivery charge. I did not get to use this warranty at all. I keep getting the run around from customer service.

      I purchased a 3 piece sectional. Was told 1 piece wasn’t in stock but I would have the other two pieces delivered on the date I requested but it may come in prior to my delivery date. I received a phone call that the third piece came in and I was all set for my delivery date. Received an email 3 days prior confirming my delivery date. 2 days prior I received a phone call stating that my order was not in stock and it could not be delivered on the date I requested!! They sold it from under my feet and I paid for it in full!
      They said they can only hold an order for 7 to 10 days in inventory which I was never told but that is ridiculous! I had to make arrangements with my building manager and work, and I was not going to take another day off from work when they said they could deliver it, so I canceled the order.
      This is absolutely poor customer service and I will never purchase anything again from Raymour and Flanigan!! Plus I needed a certificate of insurance for my apt bldg and it was like pulling teeth trying to get it!

      Purchased a sofa, loveseat, and chair a year and a half ago. The lights and charging ports stopped working. I called to request a repair. It took almost 2 months for a person to come out. Then they had to order parts which to an additional 2 months. Then the new parts didn’t work AT ALL. They arranged an exchange after I paid $79 for delivery. When they delivered the new unit they only replaced the seat portion not the back portion. The delivery drivers claimed that they did exchange the entire unit. The back is much dirtier than the seat portion. Now they want to set up another exchange. This company has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR REPAIRS OR DELIVERY.

      We had purchased a new leather power reclining couch and love seat in June of 2022. Best warranty plan was purchased. A year later the couch broke and a tech came and said it was fixed. Couch broke again same place in 2024 made an appointment for technician and was called the morning of. They asked for pics and sent them. Told me they couldn’t repair it no parts available and that it was discontinued. Called Raymour was told they would replace the couch at the purchase price( which has gone up). But if I wanted a matching loveseat I had to pay a 20 percent usage fee. Never went back. Be careful and hope that parts are available if needed. Bought a lot here in the past won’t go back.

      I purchased Platinum protection.
      However. When I called 6 months later because I found a crack in the dresser, yes,they said they would exchange it for a new one.
      They claimed it couldn't be repaired. BUT they expected me to pay $89 to deliver it AND the warranty would not be in effect for the new dresser!
      Some warranty!
      If their product is junk, the customer shouldn't have to pay for the issue to be resolved.

      I purchased a mattress on 4/21/24, for $1960, and my mattress is standing sagging within 7 months, and I’m not a heavy person. I contacted the store multiple times, the last time I called on 1/03/25 and l spoke with Anna, she stated nothing she can do it. It is very dishonest, unprofessional store . They responded to my review on ****** that I should contact the store and they will try to resolve, however, they are just playing games.

      Took over a month to respond to a claim, then said it’s my fault I did not keep the broken bed assembled in the room as is until they took their time to respond to me. Copied in all their Corporate executives, no one cares. Claim # ***********

      My husband and I spent almost $14,000 in the Henrietta NY store. We requested that the furniture be made in the USA, the salesman said everything was. Bought a flex steel couch and loveseat, the garbage fell apart within 2 years. A employee told us about a buy back program and when I asked about it, I was told it didn't exist. Not only are the couches garbage but the queen size mattress is also trash. I'm very disappointed in this Company, Do Better Raymour and Flanigan!!!!

      Worst furniture store ever as far as customer service bought 2 mattresses used 11/2 times so terribly uncomfortable went to store to see our consequences. We did not purchase there mattress covers so no return or exchange but the manager would call me tomorrow
      That never happened ...
      Did a claim thru our credit card was also refused because of there
      NO RETURN POLICY after 2 days that's just unheard of suggest you never buy anything from them
