      I went five weeks ago to the store in Nanuet NY.I will NEVER go in that store again and I hope whomever reads this will go somewhere else.I bought a recliner in the clearance part of the store .It was in perfect condition so I thought.The salesman was polite friendly but lied to husbands and mine face !!! My husband asked Twice if this was covered in case it needed repair.Twice he said of course ,no problem we stand behind our products ...Five weeks later there is something wrong with the chair it feels like it's leaning to one side.I called to have the chair serviced ,to be told "this chair was bought in clearance we do not service anything bought in that dept." Excuse me !!!! That's not what I was told.If I knew that I would have never bought this chair!!!Basically I was told it's not our problem...Now I have a recliner chair that's five weeks old in my house that is not correct !!! My husband and I were lied to just to make a sale...Beware of this!!! Again, they will NEVER see me again ...

      We made order 2 months ago future was not delivered because weak excuse if incompetent staff. Then fast forward to now delivery was scheduled SUNDAY MORNING 8-11 . GUESS WHAT NO DELIVERY AND THEY MAKE HARD TO REACH CORPORATE. THIS COMPANY SUCKS

      I ordered a dresser from here and when I opened it, it was broken right through the screws of the right side. Keep in mind this comes assembled so it was clear it broke at the time of assembly… The drawer last left side drawer did not fit properly as it was also broke on that side. I requested a return and a refund because I was very disappointed with the dresser, the material is not durable. It cost me $455 and is not worth it at all. They did not want to refund me stating they do not have a return policy in place because they offer exchanges and repair… if it was a good quality material there would be no need for exchanges and repair. They gave me no choice but to keep an item I dont want. I got another one delivered and although is not broke. It scratch at the top and the paint is chipping off…. Now imagine buying something that you had to save money for little by little and for it to be nothing like you expected. This company is unethical. They know it came broken from warehouse. When I got the “exchange” their own delivery crew said this is the third dresser because when they order the second one to bring to me it was also broken so they had to get it back to them and get a nee one before delivering it to me. Now tell me if thats fair?. I think not. I will for sure never buy anything from there again. But I want to warn people so they dont experience this same situation. You are better off going to a small furniture business. I have photos and videos of everything but I noticed I cant attach it here.

      My husband and I recently purchased our first home and bought a power reclining sofa and loveseat set from Raymour & Flanigan.
      The items were delivered and set up as promised; however, the sofa and loveseat were not fitting in our space as anticipated. The delivery guys arranged the pieces a couple different ways before they left but it did not seem like the items were going to fit in the space as anticipated so we asked if they could just leave the furniture as is so we could move the pieces around after they left to see how we could make them work in the space. At that point, they took a picture of the furniture and had us sign, for what we thought was just to confirm delivery but apparently, by signing, we were committing to the pieces without any option to return/replace without assuming hefty restocking fees. This was not explained to us before signing but, apparently, this is in the fine print of the paperwork we received in the store (as we were told by our salesman after contacting him the same day when he asked why we signed).
      We don't want a refund, just the opportunity to replace the items with furniture that fits in our space. We were hoping that Raymour & Flanigan would work with us by waiving the restocking fees if we were to replace the items AND purchase the remaining pieces we need to furnish the other rooms in our new home. We have been back and forth with the salesman for weeks but the communications are not getting anywhere. I keep having to reach out but can't seem to get a straight answer on anything. I've also asked for an upper management contact to speak with directly but have not been provided with that information either.
      Meanwhile, the sofa and loveseat are being stored in a finished lower level room in our home, not being used. Beautiful brand-new furniture, thousands of dollars, just sitting there and taking up space.

      We had an issue with them with their financing. They say 0% but when you set up with their account they default to minimum payments and did not send any statements. The interest rate switched from 0% to almost 30% without any statements or warnings.
      When we called they told us it was the terms we signed and we had no recourse. The situation felt predatory. Please be very aware when using their financing.

      Think twice before purchasing the Platinum Protection Plan. I purchased a sectional in December 2020. Since then I moved off o Long Island to Pennsylvania. I have had 2 issues with the sectional. the first issue we needed to have the control panel replaced. Since I am no longer in a service area, they were able to send me the part and we fixed it ourselves, they waived the ***** cost to ship it to me, which was only right since I saved them $$$ not having a repair tech come out to fix. I had an issue with the heating unit and called to place another claim, It has taken me 2 1/2 months to get a response and a part and now they want me to pay the ***** shipping to receive the part, which we have to install ourselves. Even though the cost was only $15.90 to ship, I find this unacceptable as I am still saving them money if a Tech had to come to my location if I was in the service area. What happened to good customer service! Very sad.

      I ordered a pair of sofas paid cash at the store the delivery took more than 3 days then when I received my sofas one of them had a broken arm rest I called ask for a replacement I was told I could receive the sofa not the upcoming Saturday but the next Saturday. So we waited when the secound one arrived the driver informed my wife that that one had wrinkles and it could be broken in that area. We refused the sofa and called the store spoke to the manager she informed us that she would call the warehouse and they will call us back. We never received a call.Today on the 16th we had to call back and we was again told we can't get any thing for this weekend it will have to be for Monday or another day on that same week. How could a company like raymour & Flanigan put out such bad products and have people wait so long for a replacement. My family and myself would never purchase from this company again and if I could let other people know of the poor quality of the furniture from raymour I will do so.

      I complained 2 weeks after receiving the furniture furniture started syncing pillows started sagging. They sent the gentleman to my house he was very mean very Unapologetic. I paid cash for my furniture did not have to do financing even bought the extra insurance and got treated very disrespectfully. I've bought in furniture over five sets from them in the past never have this problem. Especially when someone comes to your house and treat you so unimportant. Especially about your living room set

      FALSE ADVERTISING ON OLD MATTRESS PICKUP. Don't be duped. They will not take your old mattress, no matter how good the condition. I even spent $100 getting it professional steam cleaned the day before, as a courtesy to the delivery guys, even though the worst thing that had happened to it is a spilled glass of wine. Then they came up with some other excuse about having another delivery after and not being able to fit it in the truck. Blah Blah, **. They are just trying to suck customers in with a bogus promise they have intention of upholding. And BTW, when I complained to customer service, the phone rep very rudely told me, "Lady you are the millionth person to complain about this, and everyone gets the same answer, so too bad." To which I asked him why they have continued to advertise something that has confused a million other people before me, at which point he hung up on me. RUN RUN RUN. ****** has mattresses way cheaper and will deliver faster. Don't bother giving this clown show a chance. You will just end up wasting your time and money, and be left feeling aggravated by their customer service reps' utter lack of bedside manners!!!

      This has been the worst experience of my life. The regional manager for this area should be fired. I’ve been having problems with this company for 3 1/2 years and now no one will respond to me and I am stuck with defective furniture again I will not stop or rest until these people are held accountable. I just want my money back because we’ve tried too many exchanges and it doesn’t work And now no one will contact me so I will file as many complaints as I can if anyone else would like to know their story, please let me know. I have documented everything.
