      I had a rarely used sectional that was less than a year old. When I Took off the cushions to clean them, I saw that a spring had popped out and ripped the cushion in multiple places. When I called, they said it was out of warranty and I bought a floor model so that it wasn’t covered. My response was it wasn’t warranty when it happened just when I discovered it and when does having sat on a floor as a floor model affect the quality. Very disappointed.

      Warning to the public: R&F's "Platinum Protection Plan" is a total scam. One of the covers on our sectional incurred a massive rip/tear and we received extremely poor service when making a claim to have it repaired. We made an appointment and right before the tech was supposed to come we were informed our claim was denied because it "didn't meet the standard for damage" while it very clearly did based on what the contract states. Do not purchase this 'warranty' as they retain full control to not fix anything. Y

      Almost impossible to reach customer service representatives. I purchased a product, scheduled a delivery and it was postponed indefinitely without warning. I found out when my scheduled delivery never came. Trying to cancel order but it’s incredibly difficult to do so.

      Not only was the telephone sales women rude and condescending, they sold my information. They operate like car sales people trying to negotiate financing rates according to the amount of money you are going to spend. I was given a $15,000 line of credit from them but I was not interested in a back and forth with her for my purchase. I told her I would not negotiate interest or payments and that I was going to take my business elsewhere. This was 5 days ago. Since then I have been receiving unwanted sales calls from various companies. This is new since my application with these crooks. They are shady at best and extremely dishonest.

      Payed for a almost 4,000 leather Livingroom set and right after deliver I told the set which isn’t fitting together and lumps a leather bumping up which they said it need to settle in and be sat on(ridiculous) and now they schedule a second fix but tech got sich(I’m sorry) however I waited almost the whole day and I want this returned immediately!!!

      Terrible quality . Bought $2K table with 4 chairs a year ago . Legs on the chairs come loose every few month .
      And we don't even use every day.
      Company to fix 3 times now it's out of warranty .
      Never ever buy Raymond and Flanagan

      Terrible service.... neither the salesperson or the store manager pay attention to my calls.
      I have been calling because I first bought a living room set which was defective and I have to wait weeks for the technician to come and see if he can repair it. Second, I bought a bedroom set and the seller sent the wrong one and now they say it's back ordered and I have the mattress on the floor. I have called several times and still no one (managers) has deigned to return my call to give me a solution.

      On September 13 2024 I placed an order for a bed, Mattress and mattress base. On October 5 2024 I paid in full the balance so they could schedule delivery of the items.
      On October 30 2024 they show up to deliver the items. When it was time to assemble the bed they told me it couldn’t be done. Some parts were missing. I immediately called the store and reported the issue. The lady that answered said that since she was alone she couldn’t handle the problem immediately, but she would do her best.
      The next day I called again, still no solution.
      I was told they needed to order the entire bed again since they couldn’t order the missing parts. A week later no solution had been found, couldn’t get a straight answer. Finally I was able to speak with a manager. He said he would try to speak to the manufacturer and order the missing parts. As of today I still have no specifics about any solution. They keep pushing the date. It was the weekend, there was a holiday etc.
      still nothing! I feel I was robbed of my money and my bed.

      I have been looking on line at Living Room Sofas & Love Seats for the past 6 months. I have noted that the price of these pieces never changes even when a "sale" is announced. They appear to be on a constant sale. It would appear to be that this is a very misleading way of doing business.
      I don't understand how BBB can have a review of AAA+, especially with all of the negative reviews and not be BBB accredited??
      My suggestion is question them about the "constant" sale price. They may offer you a deal if you agree to pay cash or finance through them - - again a shifty practice.

      We purchased a sofa a few months ago. The sofa is covered in lint balls. We also purchased the platinum protection plan. We were told that the plan doesn't cover the lint balls because we have a dog. We haven't even had this sofa 6 months. What will this sofa look like in a year? Raymour and Flanigan has given us every excuse under the sun but they refuse to offer us a different sofa even though this sofa is clearly defective. The platinum protection plan is absolutely useless.
