      Well I enjoyed my exp w/ my salesperson. The delivery took place this week...one item. Had some imperfections. I pointed them out to the delivery crew and explained that I was told by the sales people not to accept anything that wasn't perfect as they wouldn't take it back later. I expressed that the peace had some indentations and would like it to be returned. The delivery crew then proceeded to say...why don't we just have somebody come out and fix it. I said because I was told not to take anything that wasn't perfect because only at time of delivery would they accept it back. Therefore, I like to have it removed. The person in charge continued to try to pressure me just to accept it. When I said no they became very angry and stormed off with the product.
      They had to return later with a different item that somehow didn't make it on the original truck. The r&f tracking device shows you when the crew is close. My time changed throughout the entire day. It was supposed to arrive at 11:30, 12:00, then "soon", 2:45, 3:30, again "soon", 5:00, 5:45, 6:15 or 6:30 p.m.. it was the exact same crew that left in a huff in the morning.
      While they were at my place, a person from r&f called to see how my delivery went. I was very specific about my experience and how disappointed I was. I also expressed that I thought was outrageous that I was paying for delivery. That first had a a defected item and then for a second item that took all day despite their tracker showing all different times. It was beyond inconvenient. It felt personal.
      It took several days for them to be able to bring a replacement piece. However, I would swear hand to God that it was the exact same one they had delivered before due to where the divots were. I am so frustrated with this company that they treat customers so poorly that all they care about is the money. There are so many other furniture companies out there. Please don't waste your time with r&f!

      We purchased a sectional from R&F in July 2024 and what a disappointment. As of October 2024, all of the cushions are pilling. Not to mention, after two weeks of ownership, one of the armrests collapsed as I used my arm to readjust myself while feeding my baby. A representative came out and repaired it. Then I had another representative come out to evaluate the pilling. They called back and said the pilling was normal wear and tear. So couches are supposed to pill after two months? Imagine how it's going to look in five years. I had my last couch for 13 years, not one pill in sight. 1600k for an absolute piece of junk. I honestly thought we were making a good decision purchasing from R&F. Never again.

      very rude I returned everything a d got no refund just a store credit I'm pissed I'm stuck paying a credit card and don't have the items and they wont give me my money back they said they will hold the credit of $3000 and if I DON'T buy a thing for that amount it would go to the state and keep my money I wouldn't a yone ever buying from this place just scammers and was too high box spring was not a box spring just canvas covered I have injuries I needed a good mattress I got 5 herniated discs a d PTDS from Vietnam thry said that didnt matter so they took the bed back I only had 4 days and d no refunde

      I bought the most expensive leather sofa in the store and paid for insurance in case there was any damage. Now that some time has passed, they sent a technician to my house and he didn't even give any explanations, he just took some pictures and left. He just said that the store would contact me and they never called me. He couldn't even paint the discoloration that my sofa is or fix the electrical problem that it has when it reclines. I will never buy from this garbage store again, they are liars and irresponsible. I do not recommend it to anyone. One star is too much for them. Attention to the people who buy from this store, know that you are going to throw away at least 250 dollars for insurance that will do you no good.

      I have been shopping at Raymour & Flanigan for years and the service has been wonderful. But I want to highlight this particular experience that I had at your store recently. My son returned home from overseas deployment and needed to purchase furniture for his house. He was working on a tight budget yet still wanted quality items for his new home. The R&F Clearance Center in Springfield PA was running a great sale, and we decided to make the most of it. Enter stage right Angelia G*********** and her sales representative! They were helpful without being pushy and informative without being impatient. We were treated like valuable customers as they listened to, provided guidance for, and suggested ideas about, our needs and goals. The exceptional customer service made us feel like winners! I almost forgot what a true sales professional's conversation sounded like in this post-COVID world. Thanks for adding to this amazing moment of my son's first home and creating a solution that he won't easily forget!

      Buying experience in person was good. But they did not share that 2 special orders plus the available showroom items would mean three different loans. 3 new loans and 3 new credit checks substantially decreased my credit score (over 70 points). Why weren’t all items purchased put on 1 loan? This was not discussed when I purchased. Not impressed and will not return.

      BUYER BEWARE !!! There is good reason RAYMOUR & FLANIGAN has only a 1 Star Rating.
      They delivered my Sofa and Recliner a week ago, and my wife who had a sore leg could not check all the Recliner or Sofa features at the delivery. When I arrived from work 4 hours later, I tried the Recliner Chair and it appeared defective as the Leg Lift would not work correctly and when fully reclined the leg lift stayed at a 45 degrees slant. This was also found on the Sofa to be an issue. Both ends of Sofa had different Leg Lift heights from each other.
      Called R&F immediately. The salesman said it might be defective, and put me on with Manager. Manager was wishy-washy and referred me to some Warehouse in Syracuse. They called me the next day and ordered the same set in the warehouse. They found the same issues with Leg Lift Height, and even sent photos. They told me "There is nothing they can adjust to fix this issue", and that it was a manufacturer issue. The manufacture they told me is in China.
      These appear to be Knock-Off furniture, with no manufacturer Tags, an NO MANUAL.
      Raymour & Flanigan was not apologetic of this defect issue, and refuse me to have it returned. They said you bought it, and now it's your problem. How unscrupulous can they be?
      It's been a week now, and no one from Raymour & Flanigan called me or came to check this issue. My doctor told me to keep my feet elevated, and this furniture cannot perform. I am starting to get leg pains from sitting the slant position with legs dangling even when fully reclined. I will now seek help from the local TV News station and the NYS Attorney General..
      They take your money and run, and even with the Platinum 5-Year extra protection, I'm nobody.

      Would never buy from them again nor would I recommend them. There is no customer “service “ to speak of. They lied about where deliveries are made from. Do not buy from them under any circumstances.
