      I am handicapped & ill. I bought approximately $10,000 in new furniture in Secaucus NJ Apr 2021 including their service/repair plan. I have a mechanical bed for the above reasons. Today my bed froze in leg upright position; presumably remote issue. I almost fell getting out. The supposed customer service mgr there told me there is NO GENERAL MGR. THE REPAIR COMPANY WON'T COME TO ME TILL 9 DAYS WHICH MEANS I HAVE NOWHERE TO SLEEP FOR 9 NIGHTS. SHE ALSO TOLD ME THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MGR FOR SERVICE DEPT WOULD CALL ME. HOURS LATER & AFTER BUSINESS HRS, NO CALL. Loved my furniture, but now that they have my money, they do nothing for me. NINE NIGHTS WITH NO BED!

      I went to run more flanigan they were having seven month no financing charge. So I bought a recliner by the way is horrible to killing my back. And they make you very difficult to make payments. Couldn't make my payments online for some reason. And nobody there can figure out why so I had to travel an hour every month to go into the store and make a payment. Then they said I missed the payment. WTF. So I went down there to make another payment and the woman at the camera cannot tell me anything in regards to my financing or payments because it's a third party source. WTF. And then they wind up charging me interest anyway. Go somewhere else this place is horrible look after all the one stare reviews.

      Sales representative at nyc location was curt and hung up without even a good day. Called warehouse to check out memorial day sales, clearly this employee resented having to work. He rudely told me price and said no sale, I started to inquire on another item and he spoke over me 3 times asking me for. my credit card info??!!! Wow if thats how they treat a perspective customer imagine how they treat a customer with a complaint??? Nooo thanks, we went elsewhere.

      I bought the Duchess living set a few years ago. I also bought the platinum protection plan. The side of one of my chairs is all torn and ripped. According to the platinum plan they state they cover rips and punctures. They claim to understand “accidents happen”. Well, I call service and they say they have to call it into headquarters bc they can’t fix it. Headquarters calls me and tells me rips and fabric pulling from corners aren’t covered and since I’ve had this chair a few years, I had to notify them in 7 days. I then asked what does a 5 year plan cover? I don’t know when this started happening? I asked for a manager. I explained again that I pulled the chair away from the wall and visualized the rips on the edges of the chair. The manager then makes assumptions claiming I have animals and /or if it was from a vacuum , and snarlingly said I would have heard the tears. Well, another assumption and what not to tell a customer. Esp on hearing…i have partial hearing loss and I didn’t hear any rips with gentle vacuuming. The fabric is flawed. I’m so offended with her tone, condescending remarks and overall lack of professionalism. Also, beware, the fabric from RAYMOUR smells like moth balls. Don’t buy anything with fabric from them and certainly don’t buy the scam platinum plan. Your better off buying from ****** or *******.

      I purchased over $4000.00 worth of Living Room and Bedroom furniture from Raymour & Flanigan on 2/05/2022.
      The salesman did not mention there were several financing plans available and arbitrarily put in my order with a standard revolving plan, #*****-1. This was for 12 months, no interest, if PAID IN FULL.
      After having dinner with several of my friends, the furniture purchase came up in discussion. One of my friends mentioned Raymour and Flanigan had several financing options available which as mentioned above, were never discussed with me.
      One of my friends at the dinner is an attorney and said to check out those unannounced alternate financing plans based on purchase amount, which were never discussed with me.
      I procured a list of the Raymour& Flanigan financing terms(OFFER DETAILS) and was really upset upon reading it. I was entitled to several other financing plans, namely #13, #14 and #15, etc.
      I paid off this 2/05/2022 purchase on 4/05/2024, (26) months, from date of purchase.
      I called Raymour & Flanigan Customer Care and after numerous verifications with their rep. Alex, he determined I was due a refund of all interest charges I paid. I asked him to straighten tout this matter and have my refund sent to. He said I should call their Oakhurst showroom to get this resolved. I told him he was Customer Care and, as such, it was his responsibility to fix this situation.. All of a sudden he hung up.
      I sent a letter to Mr. Seth G******, the President of Raymour & Flanigan on April 18, 2024 and identified the details of my situation and getting the paid interest charges refunded to me, but he obviously has chosen not to resolve anything stated.
      The attorney stated I can take them to court for not revealing their purchase finance options to me, publish my experience to my over 900 NJ ******** friends, a newspaper editorial on my experience with Raymour & Flanigan or file a BBB Complaint, which I have chosen to do first.
      I'll never again buy from R&F.

      I'll never shop here again. I was told free removal of old mattress. They delivered the new mattress and refused to remove the old mattress, claiming some BS about the old mattress. They never advised me up front there could be a problem with not removing the old mattress. Never said one word, "oh we might not be able to take the old mattress". Now I know why they are listed as Not BBB Accredited. What a Rip off.

      They sell cheap overpriced furniture, I purchase a living room set, a bedroom set and a mattress the living room seat are sunk in chair stop working with in a year and half, now while I sending this report , less than a year ago I purchased a bedroom set and mattress bedroom cheap plywood started peeling less than a year now for thousands of dollars mattress I tried to return the mattress after a week manager told me to wait to see if it will form ,told me the story of his son LIED to me sd I had 5 yrs to return never mention 130 day plan if do I would have did it then now they won't give me a replacement even though I was lied to, and mind you a 3000.00 mattress less than a year, Fo not Buy from them they sell cheap furniture at high end prices and lie to their customers

      I purchased an accent chair and rather than pay and extra $70 to have it delivered, I picked it up at their warehouse. They did not take the chair out of the box so I did not notice the screw protruding out of the cracked bottom base of the chair or the pilling on the top of the seat. I called to complain and they said to bring it back and pick up a new one. I asked to have a new one delivered since I already drove to pick up the first one and they said I would have to pay $70. I really wanted the chair for Easter so I drove back and inspected the second chair and it also had a crack with a protruding screw. They finally said they would deliver a new one (after Easter) so I took the old one back and they did deliver a new one. I then called the actual store I purchased it at and let them know and the manager said that when you pick up furniture there is no guarantee it won't have issues. He was not very nice and I told him they just lost a very good customer and he said as long as they do what they are required there is nothing more they could do. He did give me a gift card, but he made me feel like he was put out and I will NEVER shop at Raymour & Flanigan again!!!!!

      I bought a recliner rocker in January online. When I received it you could hardly get the recliner to go back down. When I went to the store they said that they were aware of this problem and I did search the store to find one that did not have this issue. I could not believe that they charged me another delivery charge for the new chair of $74.99. Why should I have to pay delivery for a chair that I returned to them? What a ripoff.
