      worst company on the planet, service is down every week, if you call customer service, you will get the most ignorant people in the world and lied to over and over again.

      Terrible internet. We have had Optimum service for a few days, and I might cancel service before the month is up. The internet CONSTANTLY disconnects. Don't expect to be able to have a work from home job or be competitive in online video games, because the internet drops randomly, about every 20 minutes to 1 hour. Then you have to reconnect every device in the house, every 20 minutes to 1 hour. It is the worst internet I could possibly imagine, I can't believe it's legal for them to charge people so much for unreliable internet.

      THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD, THEY HELD MY $34.88, REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY REFUND, THEY SENT MY MOBILE DEVICE TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, I SPOKE TO A SUPERVISOR NAMED *** AND HE WAS SUPPOSE TO PUT A TICKET IN FOR ME TO RECIEVE MY REFUND ON 11/28/22 THEN I CALLED IN 12/5/22 AND SPOKE TO ANOTHER SUPERVISOR NAMED ******** AND STILL NO ONE WAS ABLE TO HELP ME THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE AND NO ONE SHOULD USE THERE SERVICE ITS A WASTE OF TIME, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CARELESS, THE LADY THAT TOOK MY ORDER NAMED ****** *. DIDNT VERIFY MY ADDRESS BEFORE SHE SENT THE PHONE SHE JUST SENT IT TO ANOTHER CITY THAT I NO LONGER LIVE IN AND THIS COMPANY IS A HEADACE, THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME INVESTING IN THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT GUARANTEE

      Internet since upgrading from frontier has been fast, when working. At least once per day the internet service will either stop completely for ***** minutes or become unusably slow. When you call to ***************** they claim old lines or hardware. The service has been spotty since the hardware was new.Would not reccomend

      The customer service is horrible! To be a ********************** provider, this company lacks communication ethics. My son had a installation appointment scheduled for the technician to arrive between 2PM-5PM. I was at his house waiting as he works out of state. Around 2:30PM he received a call stating the technician would arrive within 30 minutes. 5:00PM comes around and still no technician. We called the office to inquire only to find out the time had been pushed by an hour. 6:30 comes around, still no technician. We called in and notified it had been pushed out another hour so we requested to speak to a representative. HE WAS SO RUDE! We agreed to wait. At 7:00PM we called in again to find out if the technician was still coming and were told he would "be there by 7:30 OR before 8 because they can't do appointments after 8:00PM". 8:00 PM, still no technician. By this time my son's girlfriend was there, so I left. At 8:45 my son calls and asks me to go back because the technician showed up and his girlfriend was trying to tend to the baby. I went back and when I left at 10:45PM, he was still there. At midnight we got a call asking us to go pull him out because he got his vehicle stuck in their yard. Find out this morning that the technician tried to connect the wrong house, delaying their service. The technician was friendly, but the landlord will be contact Optimum aka Altice regarding the ruts left in the yard by his vehicle.

      I had a price lock with suddlink now Altace and optimum has taken over I don't have that anymore it's not fair

      Suddenlink has changed to Optimum. I have never experienced a more incompetent business. I was told that my land line was switched from **** at installation. Yet I have received two bills from **** because the land line was never switched! Ive called Optimum 4 times. 1st they told me I was give was given the wrong information and that I had to call **** to disconnect in order to keep my same number. **** informed me that it doesnt work that way and Optimum has to call to confirm change of service. Called Optimum back 3 times and was told that it was being corrected and that it would take 2 days for the transfer to take place. Guess what? I just received another bill from ****. No transfer. **************** is garbage. They can never answer your questions because their system is always down or running slow. I was told that I needed to call back I order to speak with a manager or supervisor,. They always have to put you on hold to get more information. They say the calls are recorded, but when so ask for my transcripts, they dont have access, then they dont give those out, then we dont record calls, then only my supervisor can answer your questions. They refuse to credit my account for services paid that was not rendered. The equipment does not work. Service comes out and does absolutely nothing and you are charged $60 each time you call a tech out . The techs are clueless on how to troubleshoot and they refuse to credit the payment for the non productive service call! This company is a total rip off!! I have already contacted my attorney.

      went into office sept.30 ************************************************* all my devices service is disconnected still being charged for 4 months now when they said it will be disconnected

      Moved out of state returned all my equipment 2 days after billing cycle they do not prorate We were charged for the full month seems like this is the only company with this policy
