      I need Optimum to stop sending acct **** to my house. I do NOT want your service. You suck! Stop coming to my house unannounced not once but 4 times trying to get people to sign up. It makes no sense, i dropped the service and i find the 2 guys sitting in their car waiting for someone to let them in the door. It's annoying. The left their business card 4 different times.

      Absolutely impossible to cancel this service, after 3 hours I had enough and they hung up on me. I will NEVER go back to Altice for any cost

      Altice is out of hand. I'm trying to lower my bill. **************** is authorized to do only so much. Called headquarters and they direct you back to customer service. They keep saying that there's nothing they can do. It's just a vicious circle. BBB is not allowing me to file a complaint stating they're not accredited company. I guess my next step is the ***. Very Very dissatisfied but not giving up.

      Worst customer service experience of my life. Four different employees were not able to process my move, wasted 4 hours speaking to multiple agents with no one able to solve my problem. Solutions I was told were actioned were not leaving me without service. Staff is disrespectful and incompetent, if you have any other option for service choose that. This company is a joke and should be shutdown.

      Internet lines down due to storm on 1/7/25 Optimum, in Litchfield CT, called to get it taken care of . They made me make an appointment to fix it on 1/10/25 2-5pm. Called several times on 1/10/25 and was told the technician would show up and they never showed. Now they are telling me they can come out on 1/23/25 only. So, I have down wires across my front yard and Optimum will not come handle the issue in a timely manner. I waited on hold 1/2 an hour to talk to someone requesting to talk to a manager and of course no manager available. Optimum doesn't seem to think lines on the ground important. I'm so disgusted with them!! They need to make storm issues a priority!!!!!!

      I called to see if I can lower my bill. They told me if I switched to fiber I will be paying less for the same package I already have. Come to find out I got the lowest package with hardly channels for about 120. If I want the exact same channel I have to pay 25 more. When I was already paying about 150 -160!the sales person didnt know what they are talking about. I got no help from anyone. Ive been calling for 3 days. Been on the phone on hold on and off for 2 hours. Very aggravating.

      Worst company know to man. These toilet seat scum bags charge out ragegous priceless and give u service of dial up.. I'm paying 120 a month for s*** internet that goes out all the time they make promises that it will be back on... everyone I know pays like less than half for triple the service.. they are munipliating the fact they are only service available and I'm tired of it. Going to file to state complaint.. I should have options and not be bullied by these a*******

      If I could give zero stars I would. Go without internet, use your hotspot on your phone, buy devices that come with internet, relocate, spend the money on Starlink, start your own internet company, become Amish, literally ANYTHING BESIDES USING THIS COMPANY. The WORST customer service in the world. I tried cancelling 3 times (was on the phone for over an hour each time) and still got charged services. The woman I spoke to told me I wasn’t moving so I didn’t need to cancel, and then refused to cancel my service initially. So I call back another day because I had enough, they asked for my landlords number to “verify I was moving” or ask for the new tenants information so give them service so I didn’t have to cancel. Absolutely not. They lie, they gaslight you and give you nothing but the run around when it comes to cancelling. Don’t fall for the sign up deals, they are good BECAUSE YOU CAN’T EVER CANCEL. Optimum isn’t even provided where I am in Colorado, my new address provides internet and they STILL wanted me to take my equipment and pay for service. If there’s ever a class action law suit against this corrupt company, I will be the first to sign up!
