      As part of the "deal" for signing up there was a $200 **** gift card after 6 month. We set up autopay on the account from the start. The first 4 payments went through completely fine, but mysteriously, 5th month did not, and our payment was late. Because it was late we did not qualify for the $200 gift card. When we called, they admitted it was some kind of system error on their end. They know we had autopay. Nonetheless, there is nothing they could do....sorry. Well, sorry, taking our business some place else. The installation was awful. We argued with the technician, the service was terrible, and that was cherry on top. Stay away!

      Since I got my service the internet does not work properly. I called the change the modem, the same is like they didn't fix it. I called to lower the internet I only need for certain things, they want to charge the same price for 200mb. They advertise 30 a month for 300. When I call to downgrade service they want to charge 65 for 200 mb while I was pay 72 for 1 g. They are robbing their clients. Every time I call they can't do nothing with the service. Don't use the the worst company.

      All these,2,280 customer reviews are right, ******************** ***** Co,/Altice are the absolute worst, and should be shut down and let ******* come in with their Fiber Optics *****, unfortunately Optimum ***** services all the Leisure Village Locations in ********, ******************** it's a MONOPOLY so they don't care about trying to do **************** Right or Better!!!

      Optimum has lost all of my emails and contacts and I have not had email for over 3 weeks. They keep saying they are working on it but no results. Gave a one star because I cant give less.

      Do not fall for any ads. This company is completely incompetent from install to canceling in 4 days. All services provided work 12 of 24 hours everyday and you don't choose when to watch TV or go online. You WILL be charged. You WON'T be refunded. Your not going to save money only waist time and money.

      Wort internet provider ever. We've had them for longer than I'd like to admit. We've had a wide range of issues throughout the years. Non of which were handled properly. I finally had it when for the last 6 months haven't had internet. We've been paying for internet that half the time decides to not to work. When you call their joke of customer service its automated and you can't speak to a real person. I've called almost weekly, but there's no paper trail since I can't ever get it to someone real. We finally switched today, but because it's "in-between a billing cycle" they are making me pay for a service we don't/won't even have. Let alone my modem completely went out over a week ago. I haven't had internet since Sunday. Before that it would shut down at least 20 times a day. Today while trying to cancel I was transferred over 10 times in 1.5 hours. Then tried to be convinced to keep me. I just want to be done with this company. I want to warn others that what you pay for isn't what you get. I wasn't getting the speed I was promised and paid for. internet test proved otherwise. I don't feel I should owe for a **** I don't have services for when I called to cancel before my billing cycle ended. I was a loyal customer for 7 years. This is not how you treat people. I tried called corporate, but I could only leave a message. I doubt I'll ever hear anything from their CEO, but he deserves to know how this company is being ran.

      If I could I wouldn't give a star.Service isn't reliable. Technicians don't show. When you call customer service the tell you otherwise and proceed to lie to you. Agents will loose their temper after a while, when you ask for a manager or supervisor. When you continually ask for further assistance they put you on with a coworker, who talks over you. It's sad what this company has become.

      I have complained to them for a year how the Altice DVR boxes are horrible they do nothing I cancelled my service and they charged me full price the following month. Its been a week and I am still trying to get my money back. ***************** and there supervisors are very rude and do not know what they are doing. Each one told me the person I spoke to before told me incorrectly. All I want is my funds back.

      They agreed to a rate told me it would take a billing cycle to see the change in my ****. I received two bills with the same rate. Called in to see why my **** was so high. I was told who I talked to had issues with there system and the changes weren't made and I was still responsible for the **** I had received without my new rate. Even tho in their notes it showed I called talked to the agent about lowering my **** and all the info I was giving was valid. But due to their issue of the system being down I now am required to pay two months of bills thats three times the amount that was agreed upon.

      Optimum mobile is a rip off! They will not give a business location and they accept only credit cards. They will not deal by ***** They are designed to trick seniors.
