      **************** is horrible even the guy they sent out to hook me up was horrible rude and then had his friends come to my home because they needed a ride also get charged for extra data every month and they even sent me extra equipment that I asked them to take back but they never did Services usually down and doesn't work and even when I try to use data TV freezes up and needs to buffer horrible company I don't recommend anybody use them but I guess you have no choice if you're living where I live at least that's what I've been told

      Mediacom is regularly out and it coming back up takes days which is unacceptable in 2024. Speeds are variable and never as advertised.

      Zero leadership. Zero accountability. Poor follow through. Poor communication. Awful service. I would never recommend using such a poorly managed organization. STAY AWAY!

      Absolutely the worst cable service you can possibly have. My Internet went out on Friday, and they made me wait until Monday to send someone out. Monday came and the guy never showed, and lied and said he called and nobody answered. So they made me wait two more days until they sent someone out again. I have several Internet choices where I live, and I already have another service lined up. Once again, absolutely terrible service.

      Mediacom is the single WORST ISP I have seen out of the 5 I have had to deal with they charge me for 1 gig download and 50 mpbs upload, for the last month I have have 108 download and 2 upload, I call, they say everything is fine and theres no problems " cyclre my modem of and back on, I have done that so much I winder whe the botton hasnt fell off I recomend moving to ***** more than mediacom

      I canceled **** due to bad service, which took several calls, texts, and emails. I finally told them I was done and would just stop paying the bill and they figured out how to shut me off. They havent provided an address to return their modem. Today they made a call directly to my voice mail requesting a call back. I returned the call (silly me) and got the greeting asking what I was calling about. I said returning your call and they didnt get that. I am so done with Mediacom even if I have to run everything on 5G data and use the library for uploads.

      Worst ISP you can have. You will see upset reviews of people having connection issues and it is just the facts. It's honestly surprising mediacom isn't bankrupt yet. How a company who provides internet through a actual cable can't compete with a mobile phones **** hotspot is mind boggling. If you play video games, stream shows, stream movies, or Video call, DO NOT get mediacom. You'll end up having more time spent trying to fix connectivity issues than you will spend doing anything internet related. Very disappointed to hear that no other ISP was in my area cause mediacom has a monopoly in my area, because if there was I would have switched probably first 2 weeks of having it. Long story short if you have the option of ISP A or Mediacom, take the first choice and thank me later for saving you the headache. I would in the future anywhere I go avoid mediacom like it's the plague if I were you.

      Horrible service and horrible Wi-Fi.. Mediacom is a garbage company.. I wish they would step aside and let xfinity come to my area

      This is the worst company for internet, if you have other providers that you can get take them and RUN from mediacom. They have an app that I think was designed by a 3 year old, they want you to enroll in paperless billing which I have everything else done as so I was thrilled, 2 months later they are calling saying that I owe them past due bills because they crappy system never billed me. Now they are raising my pricing with no reason and when I called the lady said there is nothing she can do to change the price I am paying when I was quoted a lower price and they have proof in their system that she admitted she saw. As soon as *** or another company comes and am cancelling my service.
