      *********** Works has run the laundry equipment in the building I rent an apartment in ************* are out dated and a safety hazard. I've lost $34 over 5 years using these machines. Other tenants have lost money and *********** Works has not refunded any of the other tenants to. It's now theft of services

      The machines on site are what was ordered and likely intended to be kept for an extended period. *** responds to all service requests and will continue to service the equipment. We encourage you to contact your property to discuss new equipment.

      *** does not refund for funds lost over a certain amount of time. Below are our refund policies:
      Residents can report lost funds within 1-2 business days of losing them, and the refund must be associated with a service request for verification. We do not authorize mass refunds over a span of time.
      The online form Refund Request CSC ServiceWorks (*********) is for minor refunds for one broken machine at a time. 
      If you utilize the *** Go or *** Pay Mobile applications, you must request a refund via the mobile app (using the service request feature) instead of the online form, as you will be directed to the app. Large refunds requested online without information about how the funds were lost cannot be approved. 
      Any time funds are lost in one machine, you may use the online form within two business days, if possible.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      The information does not state that claims are to be made with in 24 hours.  Plus they will only receive 1 complaint and refuse any others if other machines do not work and don't have an out of order sign . I called to receive my refund on the second machine and still have yet to receive that refund.  The call was made with in the 24 hour notice.  They are running a scam.

      Date of transactions is on June 24, 2024 for $6.00. My Credit Card Information was used at some unknown location after I had just used it at a ******* in *****. I have called the ** and reported the fraud on my card. It has been locked and canceled. They are going to do a investigation. So I called this company ************ and they seem to not want to be bothered. They say it is not their problem and wont even look into it. I ask what are they going to do when the ** Company contacts them for the fraud charges and they say "I dont know" and again Its not my problem. As per the Question below I did not pay them anything. My card was charged by them for $6.00 and I want that refunded to my credit card. I am not going to pay it.

      I am not see any new message on the message board as of today 8/20/24

      No nothing has been resolved as of 8/18/24. I did contact the ******************* and canceled that card. They are also doing an investigation which I assume will not be resolved either. I had called the company before filing this and that did NO good either. Pretty much said it was my problem. I will stand by my original statement that my card was copied at a check out and used at one of their machines for the $6.00. I will NOT pay that when I didn't charge it. They need to refund me the $6.00 when the credit card contacts them. They should have already been contacted by the ******************** A ******************* card.

      I have been living in the apartment building for 5 years and for 5 years our laundry machines have barely worked. Are always broken but they keep raising the prices for the washer and dryer. Even now there are broke. Washers and dryers but the price is consistent rising. This feels like a scam. We can barely use the amenities that they are making us pay more and more money from. This is the 3 time the price has been changed.

      Upon reviewing the account records, our team confirmed the following information:

      On 5.22.24, our technician informed the property about the leaking hot water shutoff valve for machines 089-KFH, 753-CLW, and 749-CLW. This is a property issue, and they would have needed to hire a third party for repair. On 6.9.24, we confirmed that the issue had not been resolved. We encourage you to contact your property to ensure the shutoff valve issue is resolved and to discuss any concerns about the price increase. Please note that any price increase is discussed and agreed upon with the building owner/management and their *** sales representative. Washers and dryers on site were ordered by management and are likely intended to be kept for an extended period. In the meantime, *** will continue to service the machine thoroughly.

      Only three service requests have been submitted to the account in the past 30 days. Below are the dates the service was called in, the machine ID number, and the activity note the technician left when the service was completed.

      6.26.2024/card machine/hard reset machine; tested credit card; worked properly

      7.5.2024/744-CLW/resident using machine; was unable to check; resident confirmed there was heat coming out of the machine

      There is an open service request on the account, created on *******. The machine included in the request is 675-CLW. We are closed on the weekends, but we hope to have this service completed as soon as possible.

      In the past 300 days, only one service request has been placed under your name unless you submitted the request anonymously. The date the request was entered was 4.26.24.

      The app continues to take money more than once when scanning the laundry machine. I have requested refunds that I never received. Today the app took two cycles out of my account only for the machine to not start. I called and the customer service representative said its not in my usage history, which I also saw even though it took out $1.75 two times. She would not issue a refund. I have lost at a minimum up to $40.00 from csc service at two different apartment locations.

      Feel free to provide this to your bank as written verification that we cannot assist in this case.

      Your banking institution has the technology and the resources to reverse the transactions on their end.

      I have submitted refund requests due to faulty dryers and never received satisfaction from customer service or a refund. Now, between $500-$600 worth of clothing and blankets literally melted in the dryers and the items are ruined and garbage. I have washed and dried all of these items numerous times before on the same settings, following manufacturer suggested laundering instructions, with no issues. I am trying to find out how to file an insurance claim with this merchants insurance carrier, but you can only go through their customer service and THEY will decide if a claim can be filed!! This is ** and so is this company!

      5 out of 9 washing machines are currently out of order, leaving only 4 working washing machines for an apartment building with 200 units. Tenants have to wait for hours to wash our clothes. Credit card functions no longer work, so we have to find quarters to even use machines. All washing machines leak so much water onto the floor that multiple tenants have slipped and injured themselves from it. Several dryer machines no longer work either. Multiple complaints have been filed directly with CSC service works, they send a technician who comes and tells us h*** be back to fix it, then no one ever returns to fix anything. Its an endless cycle. All of the machines photographed are out of order.

      On 6.27.24, the branch sent a technician to thoroughly investigate and service the equipment. The machines were successfully rebooted and connected to the payment technology. Our technician spoke with the on-site property management and informed them of all the repairs completed, and the room is functioning at 90%. The location should be 100% functional by the end of the 7.1.24 week once we receive parts for some machines and successfully replace them.

      This company has horrific customer service. The initial customer service agents never get anything done. I've filed refund requests, service requests, and more and nothing ever is resolved. I've called and asked for managers to review my phone calls, several complaints, and call me back they never do. I continuously follow up where people say they. file email requests for someone to get in touch with me and this never occurs. Now every time I call in and ask for a manager they say they'll put me on hold and they just hang up the phone. How is it that you can take a customer's money and continue to treat a customer this way?

      I live in front of the laundry room located at ***** (my building number is *******************************************. Since I have lived here, the laundry machine and dryer machine have both cost me $1.75 per load. However (to this day) every time I use the dryer, the amount displayed on the screen is $1.75 yet my credit card is has been charged $2 for these transactions every time I use the dryer since September 27, 2023.Since then I have paid a total amount of $11.75 over what it should have cost me. I have done *********************************************************** price of the amount shown on the dryer screen vs. The amount that is posted on my credit card statement is $0.25 per load.I called for a refund and I was sent a check (check #*******) on 02/16/2024 for the wrong amount ($3) and it was issued to the wrong name (***********************; My name is ******************************************) so I could not even cash that out.Since receiving this check, I have called at least 5 times and emailed at least 10 times to get this resolved and they have not provided me with ANY type of solution. On my last 3 emails I mentioned reporting them to the BBB and they decided to not respond at all There is no account number but the check number is #********

      CSC Seviceworks supplies pay per use washing machines and dryers in our apartment complex laundry room.They habitually fail to maintain and service their machines. They don't respond to service requests by phone, website, or the app. This has been ongoing for the entire time they have been our laundry service. We rarely have machines working in our laundry room and have to go to an independent laundromat. I personally call frequently to request service, escalate requests when no one shows up as promised, and follow up again when machines sit broken. I use three methods to report, phone, website, and the app, and none of these result in repairs being made.There are 51 units in this apartment complex. More than 100 persons living here. Some disabled, some senior citizens, people without vehicles. Not everyone can go to the laundromat. We should not have to.CSC Seviceworks is not servicing their machines. They are a sham. Their name is a sham. I've lost hours of time on the phone trying to get help with the issue from them. This company get zero stars.

      CSC Service works operates the washing machines and dryers in our apartment community. They have a pay app to start the machines. Sometimes after you pay the machines do not work (many other residents experience the same issue). I first submitted for a $2.00 refund back in February (the cost to run each machine) as the washing machine did not work after submitting payment electronically. I have attached a photo of a washing machine after it ran and was still full of water so I have wash again to get the clothes dry enough to put in dryer. Since then the same thing has happened at least four more times and probably more. The pay app does not allow me to ask for refund after the first time it says" you still have a refund pending and cannot submit for more refunds until that gets processed" yet they never process it. I reached out by email to no avail (attached). The company appears to be doing this intentionally so as to not refund its patrons. This seems fraudulent to me.
