      Geez is there any worse laundry machine company on the planet?Our Apt complex is filled with their junk!! Always broken or leaking, dryers don't get hot enough or stupid card readers are so bad they just ruin your card!They make everyone wait a half an hour in hopes you'll just hang up and go away while they pocket your money and refunds!Dear ALL APT Management everywhere! USE someone else, CSC ServiceWorks is the worse one there is and will only cause you and your tenants many headaches!1. **************** truly sucks!2. Getting a refund nearly impossible!3. Too long wait for any company on phone!!4. They **** lol... !

      Does not maintain their machines, steals customer money. Their devices rarely ever works, this company commits theft.

      New machines were installed for use with the *** Go app. They have been in barely 3 weeks and have been out of service more than in. *** refuses to refund the money back to me. The app should show machine out of service when there has been a service request.

      ********** apartments uses this laundry service after they switched from ******. They installed one washer and dryer in each laundry room, before there were two. The machines are constantly offline, and you never receive a refund if there are issues with the machine. This weekend they renovated the laundry rooms and did not inform the complex, every machine in the vicinity was offline but showed available on the app.I My teenage daughter was left in tears from the frustration. I hope this review prevents someone else from suffering from their poor service.

      Horrible business with incompetence from top to bottom. Spent more than 40 minutes with them on the phone and got absolutely no resolution for my issue. I called because I had an issue where the washing machine would not accept my payment and the card could not be reloaded using another machine. I spent 7 minutes on hold before I was connected with a representative who suddenly left in the middle of our conversation, only to come back 4 minutes later and say she had been speaking to a supervisor to figure out the issue (not sure why she didnt mention she was going to put me on hold). The reason they had come up with is that the machine was broken. At this point I had been on the phone about 12 minutes for someone to tell me the machine was broken. Some impressive diagnostic work, no doubt. Then, this representative tells me there isnt anything else she can do but that she can transfer me to the App Team and they can help me with at least loading some funds into my card to try on another machine, since I had used the last of them on the broken machine. Instead of transferring me directly to a representative on the app team she transferred me back to the main menu, where I had to wait another 12 minutes to actually be connected with a member of the app team. Once I explained the issue all over again, the representative, *****, quickly told me that they could do no such thing. She provided no alternative options, and basically told me the only option was to wait 2 to 3 business days for someone to come out and service the machines. I guess it is what it is with regards to that, rubbish company. The final kicker was that I asked to speak to a supervisor and after putting me on hold for an additional 10 or so minutes ***** told me theyd have to call me back - and that she had no clue what they were busy doing. All in all I spent 40 minutes speaking with this companys employees and I literally did not receive one bit of help

      They're stealing from people, literally. Why have a way for people to buy a revalue code and then take the machines that allow you to activate the code on your card. All I want is my 10 dollars back and you essentially have to give up your card just to get a refund? Weird process. Will never use them again. All I say to anyone using them, beware. There equipment *****. Half of the machines be down and I'm recording everything in case of lawsuit. People don't play about their money. 0 stars in my book.

      They basically refuse to service our machine. We have gone months after filing requests and calling. Still no help with our broken machine.

      If there was an option to give two million bad reviews at one time I would. Its 3 months that we have being requesting service for the washer and dryer, thr 3e whole months, and no one ever went there, called us back, NOTHING, I wish this company would just vanish from the earth.

      Horrible service! All they do is bring ** broken down washers and dryers. Even if they replace one, it's trash. When you get ripped off of your money you have to call a customer service and wait half an hour or longer to get anybody. Our washers and dryers are so old that we do not use Bluetooth or credit card to pay for washers it's strictly quarters. It is futile to even download the *** app. You have to call a customer service wait forever give them the number off the front of the washer or dryer and have them send you a check. We are a senior building and it is ridiculous that we have to jump through all these hoops just to get refunded. I can't wait until their contract is up with us so we can hopefully get somebody better.
