  Less than 1 star! 4 of the 6 washers have not worked for MONTHS!. apartment complexes can not survive with this terrible service. I have not been able to report non working machines on the app. The at least 28 surrounding apartments have been using 1 1/2 washers (on a good day). For months. My apartment complex is "locked into" a contract (I'm told). So we are all suffering the "LINE" for a working washer. Regardless, CSC should be put out of business.

  This place has ripped me off so much money I lost count. I contact them and they won't respond or refund me . The washer and dryer never works in my building and I have to go elsewhere but yet my laundry card always says minus this place is 0 stars

  I have tried using their equipment in many places across nation I'm a truck driver. Avoid them their equipment is junk. It's impossible to reach anyone to ever get a refund this morning said 58 minute wait. That wait alone tells everything because if worked properly would never be a wait like that. This morning I washed then attempted to use dryer 079-JDS in ***** **. It kept rejecting my quarters until timed out and stole 75 cents from me. None are accepting quarters and has been an issue at every location uses them I've been to. Now I'm stuck with wet laundry and no way to dry them and out 75 cents I'll never see again. Don't use them ever unless you enjoy being ripped off it's impossible an accident because same problem at every location and in majority of truck stops nationwide. I've had enough and filing a federal criminal complaint for international theft the evidence is absolutely overwhelming its international at this point

  I am honestly shocked how this company is in business. Here is the timeline off issues. 8/1: was supposed to have a washer/dryer set, they brought the wrong one. 8/8: set was delivered but the dryer was noisy and not drying the clothes completely. Nobody could come look at it until 8/18 which was rescheduled for someone to come out 8/29. 8/29 the repair man comes by. I'm in my office at the time and he's in his truck on the phone looking like he's yelling at someone on the phone for 15 minutes. Comes in for 5 minutes and tells me it's the belt he does not have any equipment to fix it and that he will do what is called a 911 and have someone come out after the hurricane. Fine. I call the company 2 days later and an order was not submitted to repair. Nothing they can do but schedule someone to come out 9/11. I asked to speak to a supervisor because at this point this is just ridiculous. Supervisor never called me back. I get called on 9/11 with CS stating they had to reschedule until 9/29. Unacceptable. Requested a supervisor to call back. Never called me back. 9/29 comes by. Someone fixes the belt which is great. I run a load. Clothes were not dry again. I pushed the button to restart, it won't turn on. The motor is out. Nobody came to replace until 10/2. The replacement arrives. Motor works, drum agitates but the heat does NOT work. Now the washer is leaking into the drum and the drum is detaching. Nobody can come out and look at it until 10/16. I called them and turned that request into a pick up which they didn't argue. Asked again to speak to a supervisor, apparently OOO until next week. Figures. "Thank you for calling Appliance Warehouse where our mission is giving customers back" their time" is what I hear everytime I call. False advertising. I rented because my property management Progress Residential recommended them and contacted them to let them know that is a bad move to do this. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ANY MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

  Terrible customer service. Requested service on broken washer multiple times. No answer. No one came out. I'm going to try and get my apartment complex to get another company. surely there is a maximum response time in the contract.

  We use this company for our laundry at our apt complex and they are horrible !! Weve had a washing machine with a busted door for over a month and it has been reported several times and nothing. Another washing machine has a bad spin cycle and clothes come out wet many complaints and nothing this has been a couple of years ongoing. **************** has little to be desired .. not helpful at all. Worst company ever for laundry wish there was a better company out there .. if this is how they conduct business then they dont deserve to be in business.

  This company is terrible when it comes to problems with their machines and reloading cards. I've had multiple times where the machines never drained the water so my clothes were soaked and had to do extra washes and drying costing me more money. I also added value to my card and when you input the number, it says invalid code. I'm done with this company.

  After using my bank card to wash clothes, there were multiple fraudulent charges on my cards twice, directly after using. Usually done while sleeping and you wake up to the horror of your money missing.

  Paid 20$ on app to do laundry they were quick to take money out of acct but its been 3 weeks and they still havent put it in my wallet. When you call all you get is the run around
