      We waited 3 months for a delivery day since that was the next available one for washer dryer. They tell us they will arrive at 11 am, we called multiple times in the days leading up to verify the time so that we can still go to work like the rest of the world. At 9 am on delivery day they call and say they came by but we didn't answer so they left. We called the customer service line to try to reschedule, they tell me I'm not authorized to talk to them (after 15 minutes of them locating the account and wasting everyone's time). My roommate calls them and they say they will call back. They never call back. Roommate calls them and they say since it didn't get delivered today they will cancel it. That's honestly fine but we wanted to see if we could make it work, maybe we can talk to a supervisor. She says they do not have supervisors since they are just a middle man company. We say we are contacting the BBB because of this frustration and the REP HANGS UP ON US!! They are very unkind and unhelpful, showed up at a different time than they said, and did not try to work with us at all for a reschedule. If our $75 is not refunded then we will file a full complaint for a resolution. This is just a warning for now.

      This is the most irritating service company I have dealt with! We have had their machines for a long time and have had nothing but service problems. The unit owners and tenants try to do laundry but find themselves loosing money and most or all of the machines/dryers are not working, refunds are not given which is quite costly. Service is called in with a minimum of 10 minutes wait time and reporting online takes more time and half of the time the service request does not exist and needs to be reported again after a no show for a week only to find out the request was not in their system. This is very frustrating for everyone including the person taking the request over the phone. Your website reporting is a joke and takes longer to submit, I would think a large company like yours would have a better reporting system as your online reporting needs a lot of work! I will be looking for a different alternative to this company.

      TERRIBLE "SERVICE" AT ALL LEVELS.I live in a condo building which has two CSC washing machines and two dryers servicing 20 units. I first reported a non-operating washing machine and non-function App (GO) on September 4, 2023. Since then, one of the dryers is now non-functioning, and the one dryer that does function suddenly charges, for no discernable reason, $2.50 instead of $1.25. Tomorrow, September 24, will mark A SOLID THREE WEEKS in which CSC has DONE NOTHING to remedy the above. I have called three times, each time being put ON HOLD FOR 8 TO 9 MINUTES and once communicated via their ONLINE CHAT for which I had to WAIT A FULL `15 MINUTES in their queue. Each time, it is the same response, that they will do with this "as soon as possible." As I communicated to them, they are operating a service on which their customers DEPEND on reasonably prompt response. The level of effrontery and contempt they show their customers is unconscionable and revolting. CSC ******************* ****

      Terrible company. The App doesn't work half the time and when it does it won't give me an accurate transaction history. Just says I have a zero balance, and have had no transactions when I have had SEVERAL transactions and money still in my account.Customer Service is non-existent. The phone number doesn't work and they don't respond to emails. Last time I tried to use the app, it worked for the washer, but not for the dryer. had to go out, buy something, and get $2 in quarters in change, come back and start the dryer. They are terrible.

      This company should be reported to the Better Business, for taking people's money and don't giving them what they pay for, there dryers are a rip off had to run the dryer twice and my clothes were still not dried, 2 dollars for 45 minutes, after 1hour and 30 minutes they should of been dry.I will be reporting them and I hope alot more people do as well.

      I was told that the laundry set will be ready and on the day of delivery- the driver called and advised that they are 25 minutes away. It has now been 2+ hours and still nothing. I have paid a delivery fee and the driver is not answering the call. I finally got a hold of a representative and was advised that the delivery was reschedule without anyone notifying me. The rescheduled occurred ************************************************* that the delivery was on the way. I fail to understand how they are advising that delivery is on the way and fail to realize they do not have the product readily available. This is a washer and dryer- nothing easily lost. I have already paid the full amount for the month and it'll be two weeks until I get it and that is still up in the air. This is just another lucrative business with no regards to clients and is solely focused on creating revenue. If I could give them a negative star I doubt they would even have a one star rating.

      TERRIBLE! I WISH WE COULD GET RID OF THIS SERVICE. ALWAYS OFFLINE. When I call for assistance nobody shows up.

      worst company EVER. it's always these apartments where you pay over 1600$ for a two bedroom to be forced to use their machines and they almost never work. so you call customer service to be on the phone for over 45 minutes to have to leave a voicemail. you can't ever talk to a real person online either, always some automated bull c*** that doesn't work. im truly over it, fix your company or just go out of business because you guys are the definition of garbage.

      Terrible company. Our building's washing machine has been broken for two weeks, and their incompetent workers can't figure out how to repair it (and won't replace it). Not to mention that they did not drain the water from it during their first visit, so it developed mold and gave the entire first floor mold poisoning. Their customer service is terrible - all they want to do is get rid of you, rather than fix (or even listen to) your problems. Clearly no one at this company actual knows how to do their job or cares enough to even try.

      CSC SERVICEWORKS use to be a good company. CSC SERVICEWORKS is either cutting back on their Staff or its under new management. Regardless of what the problem is CSC SERVICEWORKS response to service is poor. It's going on 2 weeks since the I put in an order for service. Unfortunately CSC SERVICEWORKS doesn't come out on the weekends to service your washer or dryer.
