  The service response time is below adequate. The communication with the company is challenging. And the prompting for this negative review stems from the inadequate response to the inoperable laundry card value adder machine, the sole unit, CSC provides for the 81 unit apartment complex. This should have been tended to by CSC months ago when the company came to collect the money in July and couldnt get the machine open. They ignored this issue again when they could not open the machine upon the August visit. Now the machine is full and not functioning. After exhaustive and persistent phone calls (on top of repair requests filed on their website) we have learned that work orders are in their queue for collections and repair of the value adder machine, but no one from the company has shown up to remedy this issue. We have done our best to express that CSC should prioritize with either repair or replacement of this machine. It is beyond frustrating for the senior citizen population residing in this complex. Even and accurate date as to when we can expect a repair would be helpful. That we our residents can decide to wait or travel to an outside commercial laundromat.

  Terrible no SERVICE, they don't know what or how to help anyone.I rented wash / dryer several years ago and paid current every month, but when I called to return equipment is when Appliance Warehouse said it takes two months for them to pickup their equipment.I HAD TO LOAD THE WASHER AND DRYER ON MY TRUCK AND DRIVE FOUR HOURS TO A WAREHOUSE IN ******** ******* TO RETURN THEM THEIR EQUIPMENT !!! NEVER AGAIN....

  The cost of a wash was raised just a few months ago, and then again 2 weeks ago, But, when users insert the card, a different price per wash (.50 cents) shows up on the screen!*************** of the dryer are always still wet, requiring additional money.CSC needs to be stopped!! They are abusing customers.

  I guarantee I have lost about $35 dollars using their broken machines. The customer service is terrible - the machine doesnt work which creates a huge inconvenience. Then to get a refund, we have to submit a request detailing everything about the machine in their app which is another inconvenience, and then when they do process a refund, they cut a check which is another INCONVENIENCE! Why th would I want a check? I want it credited back to my account. There have been so many times where I literally spent all my Saturdays and sundays hoping from one machine to another to find that none of them are drying my clothes!! So so annoying.This company *****.

  this company has no clue what they are doing. The website doesn't work, the customer service line doesn't recognize any input so you can't even use it, and their customer service representatives all give different answers and do not know what they are talking about. I have to tell them the same thing 5 times before they understand what I am asking and then they talk in circles giving solutions that also do not work. I wish I could talk to someone to actually tell them how awful their business is but they could not care less

  I reported 3 machines today and 2 said they had been serviced this same day just 2 1/2 hours earlier and stagnated water still sat in one washer and the second was still unplugged. I live in a complex with 8 sets of machines and the front loaders (2) are terrible. Theyve raised prices of washer then the dryers a few months later. They definitely dont show up within the allotted time.

  I have lived here 4 years. Your service people come out and take the signs off these dryers and dont fix them. I have put money and wasted money on these machines. 674 DMV has had the same noise. I trust that when you take the sign off cause, I trust that you did your work to fix the machine. 675 DMV has been broken for 3 year. 676 DMV has been broken the same amount of Time. We put our hard earned money in your machines trusting your service. Its 4 years obvious that we should Not trust you. Please please get them fixed . Quit pulling the tags off when they are not fixed. The money I have lost in your machines in the past 4 years has been *****. Its not a lot for your pocket but I can only imagine how many people you have collected money off and not been honest about fixing your machines .************** *************************.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Machines constantly stop working and take weeks to be repaired. Not to mention my clothes don't come out clean and are sometimes still soapy when the washer is "done." The amount of lint on my things grows exponentially in the dryer which doesn't dry all the way either. Having laundry on an app with machines that have to connect to the Internet is the most convoluted idea I can imagine that also NEVER WORKS! there are 35 units in my building with like 1 each out of three washers and dryers working ever. This company should be shut down.
