      Rip off charging a **** for 1 load and machine doesn't work properly several complaints has been made

      We manage buildings in NW ************* that have CSC ****************** laundry machines in their building and every time one breaks there is NO service from the company. They require you to file a service claim online or download their app or you can call and be routed by a robot to leave service request details. Then NOTHING happens. If you follow up on the claim number you are assigned, the same message appears ************ request is currently on **************'s schedule". Their CSC Service ********************** Team will respond to your email with "I cannot provide an eta for this as I cannot see the schedule. I bumped it as urgent for you". Still, NOTHING happens. It is a real problem since the residents in these buildings rely on CSC laundry machines. We have decided to seek legal action for a handful of the buildings to find options for removing CSC equipment from the buildings we manage.

      This company is a joke. All machines have been offline for over a month and all I keep hearing is that they are working on getting a technician out to fix the problem. I think that there is a much bigger issue than trying to get a tech out to fix a problem. Plus they arbitrarily raise the rates even when the machines arent working. A poor excuse for a service company

      I got a washer and dryer back in August 7, 2023. The washer quit working after using it twice. The washer also quit in the middle of the cycle and I had to drain the water out of the washing machine myself. I try contacting customer service and they will not pick up the phone. I also try scheduling maintenance and they said they won't be available until September 5th. I am paying rent on an appliance that doesn't work. This is unacceptable business practices.

      I utilized one of their dryers and it did not work correctly. I then tried to get a refund, but all calls and online chats were not responded to. I tried to also email but I could not find a good email address. To get a refund they push you to the mobile app. I downloaded both mobile apps, created an account and still could not get a refund.

      If I could give a negative I would! Horrible service, their machines never work and they don't come do anything about it! WORST SERVICE possible. It takes your money all the time and machines just don't work, don't clean your clothes and nobody cares.

      Are used this laundry app in 2023 of July. I put $10 on a card not realizing the hotel automatically gave me five dollars, which is all I needed. I have tried several times to get my $10 back from this company and they refuse to give it to me, saying they dont have it when I have sent them pictures clearly showing the debit from my bank. Have also taken Screenshots inside the app where it shows the $10 that they do have. So my recommendation would be either take enough clothes so that you dont have to wash them or take them to a laundromat if this is the only place in your hotel and the only way to be able to wash your clothes to use this app, ???????? ???? ????. Only use if the hotel has already put money on it for you. ???? ?????? add money to this app. unless you only add one load at a time because anything extra, you ???????? ?????? get back.. Never again.

      I put in a service request for both washers in my building here at Catalina ******* apartments back in December of 2022, and despite a notice stating that both machines needed replacements, CSC has failed to replace these washers. One remains unplugged and doesnt run water, the other fails to drain water during normal cycles half the time. CSC Serviceworks is the type of company that is about to implode either by the top management failing miserably with no consequences in sight or by being removed by the people they are supposed to provide accurate service to.

      It was fine, until it wasnt.We were in a temporary home and decided to rent our washer and dryer from Appliance Warehouse per the recommendation of our home rental management company. First off, the employees were always quick and did their job good for the most part. Only complaint is that they scraped up the doorways on entry. The units ran and functioned just fine until the washer broke. No problem, we used the site to set up a pickup and get it fixed. They said theyd just bring a new one. Sounds good to us. We set up the pickup and drop off day and waited till day off to call for an estimated time of delivery. Herein lies the problem. Day of, we wake up and find that, without contacting us at all, they had changed our delivery date. We called to find out why and, seeing as how things happen, we dont make a big deal of it. Thankfully, we were in a position to make it work at the time. The new unit is delivered and sent up and things continue normally.Fast forward to our move out time. We setup pickup for the Friday before lease ends.Life happens and we have to move out early (please note we moved out of state). However, since it is a rental were told we need to be there for pickup. So my husband flies back the night before to be there for the pickup. The morning comes with another notice that our pickup day has been moved to the day after our lease ends. We call. They say theyll email their people and to call back in a few hours (my husband has a flight to catch that day to get home). We call back and they say they have no response. They can tell us they wont get there that day. Can they guarantee anything? Can you tell us youll cover the cost if our landlord charges us for the removal of the units? Nothing. We called our management and they dealt with it. So my husband went there for no reason and we were stuck with no help from the company. Didnt even hear back from them another day to let us know what to expect. Thanks AP WH.

      These geniuses installed car vacuums at all the local gas stations with no locking mechanisms. So anyone can open the machine and disable it. And then it takes your money and malfunctions. Also if this happens to you at more than one place in a day they force you to call them and sit on hold instead of just submitting a claim online. And since they are still using paper checks (which, seriously?!?!) its highly likely that they rely on these multiple layers of inconvenience to continue to collect money on broken machines. Its cheaper for them to let their stuff be destroyed than to design and maintain it.
