      Mavis doesn't honor their labor warranty. On 08/04/24, I had an oil change done. When I realized the car was leaking, I returned to Mavis to see whether or not it could be fixed. An employee had me to look under the car with him and I was told that it was the rear main seal. I later found an auto shop, and I was told that the leak was due to a damaged oil plug and a stripped oil pan opening where the oil plug was placed. I had to replace the oil pan for $ ******. 09/05/24 I contacted Mavis **************** and I received a call from the manager. Unresolved Rotors and brakes. Mavis (6th Avenue S) replaced my front brakes and rotors on 11/12/22 ($454.95). Mavis (Lakeshore) replaced them again on 4/18/24 ($598.25). My back brakes and rotors were replaced on 11/08/23 (Lakeshore) in addition to an oil change ($566.35) On 10/07/24. I was told that they need to be replaced again. I have asked several times in these time frames for them to check my brakes. Also, the invoice states that they were checked. I would not recommend this to my family and friends.

      On 9-24-2024, We had a terrible experience at the ************ location at *****************************************. My wife and myself brought her ************************** for a tire balance and rotation on ****** Tires previously purchased there as well as an oil change. Salesperson was "***"Later I get a call that they found a nail in one tire that was not patchable and that I needed a new tire for $263.65 . I asked to send me a picture of the tire showing the nail, and he said "no". In good faith I said that I need to keep my wife safe and I approved the new tire purchase. Later "***" called and said the car was ready for pick up. I told him that I wanted to see the tire with the nail. Upon arrival he brought the tire to the showroom and showed us the nail sticking out of the tire in a spot that they said was not patchable. We asked to have the tire and he said we could take it so we did. I paid the bill totaling $345.96 which included the oil change. "We got Scammed" Upon arrival to our home we pulled the tire from the trunk only to find that the tire given to us was not ours. It was a 185/60R15 and had a huge nail in the side of the tire. Our tire is 245/55r19 XL. We went back . I rolled the *************** tire into the showroom and Jays eyes lit up and he took on a nasty attitude towards us to cover his guilt. The Manager "*******" came out and I explained the scenario. He was defensive knowing that they got caught scamming us to buy a new tire. We went into the work area and found our tire with a tiny s**** in a fixable area of the tread. I stuck my hand inside the tire I found that the s**** had never gone through the tread to cause an air leak. I asked to put the tire back on the rim fill it with air and dunk it into the water that they use to see air bubbles for leaks. I asked the manager to remove the s**** and guess what "NO LEAK AT ALL" .I demanded a full credit on my credit card for this obvious scam.

      ****** and ****** **** Stealing from the company customers. They hire people who are not license, damage customers cars, we have evidence on video of all. Mavis should do an audit of that region

      I can kick myself! I usually read 1 star reviews before I go to any new place of service before I decide to use them. They SCAMMED me y'all! Went in for a brake job curtesy *** "the manager" came out with 27 code errors and check engine light! Brakes even made a scrubbing sound same day... that was scary. Are they sure they treat others how they want to be treated?...I think not! Thanks Mavis for the extra trouble in my life all from wanting my brakes repaired... if people understood you can do them the same, they would not use your place of business! ??

      FRAUDULENT DESPECTIVE and LIARS Horrible service: the customer ********************** agent lied and completely fabricated and fraudulently recommended service that I did not need. Went in for oil change and then given a list of things that needed to be done. **** told me "I needed struts both front and back" I asked "what evidence is there I needed struts" and he couldn't answer me. Also I was told I needed a brake fluid flush: it was last done in 2023. He told me the total for that as well as air filter, oil change and wipers changes was $1851.86. My car gets service every three to 6 months either at a ***** dealer or another ***. When he was told not to do the struts or break flush his response was "it is recommended based on your mileage": but there is no evidence that the struts were bad or the brake fluid was dirty. And **** blatantly lied and then smirked his way out of telling me it needed to be done and didn't say "it was recommended based on the mileage" and his supervisor was saying "it is recommended but there isn't anything wrong". FRAUD CHEATERS and LIERS don't go to this shop under any circumstances.

      Worst Customer Service EVER. Used website to order 4 tires and make appointment for installation. Received 7 confirmation emails and 2 phone calls from ******* ***** ** shop. Arrived for appointment today early. Took my vehicle in to the bay 30 minutes past appointment. Removed old tires and an hr later the manager tells me there is a problem....new tires are not in stock. Took another 45 minutes to put old tires back on. Manager offered no resolution and actually left the store to go the bank. Store took 0 responsibility because "I ordered online" even though they called me twice during the week to confirm. Worst Customer Service EVER!!!
