      This place is not even BBB accredited and now I know why. Please read reviews in ******. The cheat people and lie and damage the cars and when you take your car back because they talk about life time warranty , they claim the problem is something else and charge you all over agin. The simple break job suppose to cost $299 but end up being $1100.

      Mavis Tire on *************** in ********Very friendly and go out of their way to help. I'm 73 and they treated me like I was their father. Shout out for ****** and ****** Thanks

      They opened a new Mavis in *******, Fl. and I stopped by during their grand opening and made an appointment for tire/rims mount and front end alignment. Showed up for my scheduled appointment a couple of days later, and was told they have no record of my appointment. Instead of working with me, the tech said to leave the truck and hed get around to it in a few days. I had no ride, and going out of town next week. He basically said, oh well, have a nice day. And sent me on my way. This has created an unnecessary inconvenience, and itll be another two weeks before I get this work done. Thank you Mavis!

      Hello all friends and family I’m no r usually someone to put someone on blast. I would like to let everyone know know how brakes plus in Fort Collins put my family in danger.? we went and got new brakes and they forgot to put a bolt on. As we were driving down mulberry. We went over a bumpy road, and our brake caliber fell off the rotor jammed between the rotor and tire, which made us go to a complete stop at 40 miles an hour. We were almost rear ended. I had to pay for a tow truck to drop my car off there. this happened on Saturday still never contacted me today when I called the manager. ***** was a complete jerk and was laughing at the situation. they refused to replace the rim and to give me my money back, they said they will give me a credit but. Why would I ever want to put my family in danger again I’m asking you to please share this so nobody else puts their family in danger.

      The technician who examined my tire for a slow leak blatantly lied to me, telling me there was a nail in the sidewall of the tire and it could not be repaired. I took the car to another local tire business who carefully examined the tire (while I watched) and found that there was NO nail in the tire. The technician at Mavis also said my brand new windshield wipers were old and dry-rotted and needed replacing. At Mavis, the clear intention is to get as much money from the customer as possible, using dishonest tactics when necessary. ***** this company.

      I got a quote from ***** for four tires. He said the tires would arrive from the warehouse and could be installed by Thursday. I called back today to confirm the tires and price, only to be told by the assistant manager that no one named ***** worked there and I must have talked to someone at their call center. I told her that ***** said he'd enter the quote in the computer and I had to ask her if she could check. She said there was no quote in the computer. She did ask what I was quoted but said she could not do it for that. She didn't offer to quote me a price nor a counter offer. Having been in sales for 38 years (27 in management), where I quoted thousands of jobs, I know how to get and keep a customer. So glad I called first before driving there only to be told they had no employee by that name and could not match the price.

      TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY, HIS MANAGER, REGIONAL MANAGER AND EMPLOYEES, VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE. I BROUGHT MY MERCEDEZ BENZ 2024 FOR A TIRE FIXED, WHEN I WENT TI PICK UP MY CAR ********************************************************************* MY DASHBOARD AND TURNED AROUND BACK TO MAVIS TIRES & BRAKES LOCATED IN ******** NC, AND TOLD THE EMPLOYEES ABOUT THE REPORT AND NOTICED THAT MY CAR WAS HIT FRONT AND BACK ON THE PASSANGER SIDE. THE EMPLOYEES ACTED LIKE IT WILL BE RESOLVED BY OUR MANAGER, THEY TOOK PICTURES OF THE DAMAGE AND ******* CALLED ME BACK AT ALL, I WENT BACK TO THE STORE AT LEAST 6 TIMES AND EVERY TIME WAS A DIFFERENT EXCUSE, FINALLY AFTER 3 WEEKS THE REGIONAL MANAGER MEET ME TO TELL ME THAT IT DIDNT HAPPENED IN THEIR STORE AND THEY WONT PAY FOR THE DAMAGE. I HAVE **** WITH MY SATELLITE INFORMATION THAT IT HAPPENED IN THE STORE WHILE MY CAR WAS THERE. I AM GOING TO TAKE THEM TO COURT, MAKE THEM PAY FOR ALL THE DAMAGES, AND TEACH THEM THAT THEY HAVE TO BE HONEST WITH THEIR COSTUMERS.DONT GO THERE !!!!!!!!

      Pulled in with an emergency tire issue. All staff and manager were super polite and helpful. They fixed my tire issue and got me back on the road quickly and for a reasonable price.
