      Females and seniors beware of this company. This company seems to takes advantage of the weak and their knowledge about cars. I went there for squeaky brakes. And ended up being serviced for new back rotors and pads amounting to $700. I still have squeaky brakes. After my new brake job I was also told all 4 of my car calipers were bad and needed to be replaced. They gave me no proof of my back rotors being bad. They were supposed to put my car on the machine for diagnostic testing but I never received a copy of the results. I felt like I was taken advantage of for the benefit of them making money. My advice get paperwork before they service your car and not their words coming out of their mouth.

      Went to get tires replaced. They called and said I needed to replace rear brakes and rotors. I declined and said I do that myself. They then approached my wife who was there to bring the car home when they were done and told her this needed to be done and charged over 500.00$ to her card. This isn't my first bad experience with them but it will be the last. Public beware. They are scammers.

      I'm not into bashing anyone and you can see by my total reviews I hardly ever even review anyone, but this was mandatory. I stopped in this am, cause I had a slow leaking flat that had a nail on the tred of my driver side rear tire. I spoke to the front desk representative of mavis, and his name is ****; furthermore he told me my tire can't be patched up, which he was right, cause at the edge of the tred the patch wouldn't stick, and rather then saying it's an easy fix and I can plug it or go somewhere else, he tried to sell me a brand new tire. I get people make mistakes, but this is an obvious scam since all I need to do was plug up the tred, on a brand new tire already, and yes this Mavis just does patches, and couldn't be done at the edge, but their is a reason why they only do patches, instead of plugs, cause if too close to the edge they will try to sell you a brand new tire, and all you need to do is plug it, which can cost 20 bucks if that or do it yourself. This is a scam of a place and a dishonest practice, and shame on these crooks, not everyone is an old lady, and catch on your ********. Stay away all customers trust me, and there are a ton of tire shops near by, and I'm done with these big companies and will go to a mom and pop shop in the future. Everyone makes mistakes, but these guys see these problems daily and to try to feed me lies to steal my business, and tell me I need to replace my tire, cause they purposely do patching and not plugging cause they know certain parts of your tires that need to be fixed, will make you either get a new tire, and in reality just need to get it plugged and save a ton of money. I did it for free, and it would have cost me 20 dollars to 30 to get it plugged or spend money for a new tire or a few tires cause that's what they want, rather then being decent people and saying all you need is a plug.

      I'm disgusted with this Mavis location (***********. *********, **). They put on 4 new tires, broke off the wheel locks when they couldn't find the key and then left my car with 4 missing lug nuts (1 in each wheel) yet somehow passed the car for *** inspection anyway. Then they told us that the car was in need of a full set of brakes. Thankfully we took the car to our regular mechanic who discovered we were absolutely not in need of brakes...still had 70% of the pads left. This Mavis location tried to get us to have them put on new unneeded brakes for $1500! Disgusting! I wonder how many people they ******* with unneeded services. Shameful! Will NEVER go to them again! Watch out!

      Very poor customer **********************, on ************************ On Friday our car new tires developed a flat ******* who identified himself as the Manger advised us that the size of the whole the tire could not be repaired but replaced with the same brand of tire and he would order it with a $25 deposit and would be available to be installed the next day Called ******* around noon , he put us hold several times then stated he didnt know what was happening but he would give us a discount for the inconvenience and it would be Monday due to the company beginning closed on Sunday Called Monday morning I was told ******* was not in and he did not have a order for the tire and that type tire is NO Longer available and if ******* had placed the order he wouldve saw it was discontinued He continued to say ******* has a tendency of not following through on orders but he would refund the deposit (which was found) and order a tire replacement that was compatible and it would be delivered on the next day and be installed in the afternoon I called this morning (now Tuesday) ******* states the tire was not ordered and the deposit was refunded I attempted to explain to him what we was told but ******* continued over talk me and would not give me a chance to speak He continued to say your old tire will be sitting outside the door and you can pick it up outside!!Then Hung up on me Poor Customer ********************** Do yourself a favor,Dont anguish yourself Go to a Professional dealer for any auto repair

      Mavis in *******, ********** completely jacked up the rims on my Dodge ram pick up truck and then the brakes on my work van. Had to pull the van over on the highway because every time I stepped on the brakes it veered to the right. When I called to file a dispute, they sent me the regional manager who called me. Mr * ****** did absolutely nothing but question my integrity and try to undermine the severity of the issue. The manager and assistant manager in that store have been stealing from that company by all means necessary. Ordering Tires off of ********, going to ******* for tires and pocketing the money when people pay cash, guaranteeing work that wasnt even done in their garage are all things that happened to me. This came AFTE* I had tires installed on a Dodge *am and the technician did NOT realize there were wheel locks and proceeded to scratch the heck out of my wheels with the air wrench.Both cars were mismanaged, and after calling corporate and being assigned, the regional manager, I realize that Maeve is only cares about their bottom line and not the people they service or customers. This company should be shut down and the regional manager laughed when I said I would escalate it further by claiming, you think this will go any further than me?

      If i could leave 0 stars i would . Needed tires put on rims . Ripped me off stating they didn't fit . Was all a lie to get me to spend 400 for 2 tires and trying to con me back to get 2 more . The place should be shut down !!!

      mavis just tried to scam me took the car to get an alignment. and they said they want to show me something. what they showed me was grease all over my cv axle and said my boot is throwing grease. what they didnt know is that i just replace that cv axle a few months ago. they grease in the cv axle comes balck but whats all over my boot and wheel is green. it also doesnt like like it was slung it looks like it was rubbed on there. i can see finger marks. this is absolutely ridiculous.
