      Mavis does not honor warranty claims. I purchased tires in March 2024. By the time I got the vehicle inspected in October, the tread life was already below HALF after only driving 11k miles. By 20k miles and regular routine rotations by a dealer, the tires were junk and cords showing. Warranty denied my claim and said it's a problem with the alignment of the vehicle. I provided proof that the vehicle was aligned properly, but they still refused. manager of the ********** store told me they would offer me a $150 store credit which does me no good as there are no stores local to me. I only used them because I was out of town and had a flat that was unrepairable. It caused me to have to purchase 4 new tires. Manager told me that's all they would do and to enjoy the new tires I had to purchase locally and hung up on me. Horrible customer **********************, Horrible tires, and overall bad experience.

      I purchased 4 new tires with alignment in October 2024. The mechanic damaged the bolt to the rear camber. They replaced them in November 2024 but did not place them on a service invoice. March 2025 I noticed that the rear tires were slick and I mean no tread at all with only 3400 miles since installation. I take it back to get the alignment rectified and get the tires replaced since it has a manufacture warranty of ***** miles. They deny any of the damage and says that it was because of the rear camber. I tell them they replaced them since their mechanic damaged the camber bolt by over torquing and that it obviously wasnt done properly. The manager then over talks me and says I talked to my region manager and we arent going to replace them. I want my car fixed properly and two new tire for the rear.

      I had a great experience with the ****** location today. *****, the manager, I think gave outstanding customer **********************. He was aware of the time constraints I had due to a medical issue and did his very best to ensure I was in and out quickly. I'll be back

      I waited three hours for tires only to find out they forgot. While I waited , one customer was told they lost her key. This is the one in ****************. Do not go here!!!!!

      went to Mavis over a month ago. And still trying to resolve the issues that occurred. Waiting for a refund on the light bulbs they changed but only had asked for a diagnosis. They would have had to put 2 in to see if that was the problem. 2nd issue: the dent in the side of my car that they said could not have happened by them and will not send me the pictures that were taken by ***** of the first day when my car was brought in. Just to prove if im incorrect. Its . 3rd issue: The manager was still on the topic of headlights 3 days after that issue was resolved. So again they were up messing with my high beams now and broke the part that holds the light bulb. And told me I needed to buy a new headlight assembly bc its corrosion that was the issue. There was never a bunch of plastic in my headlight assembly until they touched it a whole separate day from when that job was completed. they said they would give it to me at a discounted rate for a new one... There was no reason why they needed to be messing with headlights when the issue was already resolved?!?! But Im told Im wrong and no one from corporate will listen to any of these issue. Will reimburse me for the changing of the lights. I just dont understand why these places are so great when they do everything right but the second they are wrong they completely disregard the issue and turn on you and youre the person in the wrong. Now I cant even get them to send me copies of the work orders for both days. This has been such an incredible inconvenience. Going on over a month almost or over that dealing with this. Does anyone have any suggestions what I should do next? Im at a loss and feel Im just being ignored at this point.

      I took my wife's **** Escape to Mavis in ******* (after getting a quote from another shop in *******), and they beat the quote given to repair the CV joints. In their work, they replaced the inner/outer tierods as well. During the repairs, they indicated that one of her struts had to be replaced. Luckily, it was under warranty from the same shop that they [Mavis] beat out. So, after Mavis completed their work, and we were taking it to the former shop, we noticed additional driving issues that weren't there before. The former shop honored the warranty and allegedly replaced the strut with an OEM part. However, that didn't correct the problem of shaking and bumping/thumping noises when accelerating and decelerating. This time, we had it towed back to Mavis. I told him what it was doing and told them they had to drive it above ***** mph. The technician said ok. When we picked the car up after being notified that they checked it out, they alleged they couldn't replicate the problem BUT also said they could not test it at ***** mph (so they ignored what we reported to them). I told the manager, ******, that we had no other choice but to take it to the dealership for a diagnostic and I would provide them with the results. The dealership reported that the CV boot was torn and that the axle and outer rods were "weak". I asked Mavis if they could get the vehicle towed there, but they procrastinated for two days, and then when I called back, they said it would be another 3 days to get the car towed back to them. They are that underhanded because they wouldn't even call me with any updates for the towing; I had to call them. I finally took the chance to drive the car back there because we didn't want to have to pay another $180 tow charge ontop of the $1856 that we had paid them for crappy parts and service. It is not resolved as of the typing of this review. Trust me, I'm going up there in the morning, and it AIN'T going to be nice if they try to BS me to my face.

      Company states a 10% discount to veterans. I was not given this discount. Additionally, when i gave a coupon for 20$ off on an alignment, only 15$ was removed. Contact with the branch i dealt with gave me no satisfaction on my discount but they were willing to refund 5$ for the improperly discounted alignment. IF they wont give the discount to veterans they should not indicate it as available on their website. If they cant discount an item which they state is already discounted, then they should discount the balance of the purchased services.

      On Sunday of this week, I was making my way to ******* from ************** with my two dogs when I received a warning light on my YukonXL. It needed immediate attention and so I tried to find the nearest auto parts store, hoping someone could tell me what I needed to do. I was in a panic because it was Sunday at lunchtime and I wasnt sure if any stores were even open yet. And I wasnt clear on the warning I received. I found an OReillys close by, and thank goodness the clerk DID NOT want to help me and suggested that I go to ************ just down the road. I am so thankful that his unwillingness to assist me took me a half mile back up the road to meet a Saint, Saint ******, who works for ************ and who was more than willing to help me out!! ****** reassured me on Sunday morning that there are still good to the core people in this world that want to help others, just to be able to help. He overheard my panicked plea to the receptionist and immediately spoke up, said hed take a look at it and within 5 minutes, I was back on the road, calm and confident that Id make the rest of my trip with no problems from my vehicle. ****** was absolutely top notch! Professional, courteous, reassuring and HONEST! If the Tire Kingdom store in ***** were not 6 hours away from home, Id take all of my automotive needs to ******! I want to say thank you **** for your outstanding customer ********************** and for saving me, my two dogs and of course my truck, on my birthday this year. It could have been a bad one to remember but ****** turned that all around! I can only leave 5 stars but ****** at ************ definitely deserves 10!

      There warranty is no good they botched the installation of the struts they are loose from improper installation and they refuse to fill their warranty

      Terrible service at the ******************** and pinebaren road location. These men are very unprofessional .
