      I when to the ****** ** Mavis tires for and inspection. I have and older car but is in pretty good condition. They failed my car from to much rust on my roters and my air suspension was leaking. I then talked to to different shops and they said that this was bogus and they would not fail it for that. I took it to another shop to get another inspection. They said that it did fail ??, but not for those reasons. so they didn't catch that my emergency break wasn't working . very scary that something like that wasn't caught 8/4/2022

      Excellent experience.Waited for a break check and computer diagnostic for ABS light staying on.My truck was in the ********* next to the service counter so that I could see what was being done on the rear brakes.When the mechanic was checking the rear brakes he couldn't get the one drum off even hammering and prying. Knew from that at least drums and shoes were gone. I had been told by a previous shop that the front pads were grinding down and rotors had hot spots, also both rear cylinders were leaking.When I asked about the front brakes and leaky cylinders they didn't just tell me, they showed me. Front brakes were fine and no leaks from rear cylinders.ABS module was replaced and system flushed. I also got to watch as the parts and prices were being pulled up from the data bases to show different costs and availability. In addition they pulled up coupons which reduced the final cost.

      NTB and Mr. H***** (the Store Manager) are amazing. I came out to a flat tire this afternoon. At 4pm on a Saturday, most places were closed or closing soon. I spoke with Mr. H***** who told me to come right in. 45 minutes later, a big screw was removed from my tire, my tire was patched and put back on my car, and I was on my way. So much better than waiting for other places to open on Monday morning. Thanks, NTB and Mr. H*****. We'll return for all our future tire needs and are so grateful for your terrific service!

      **************** unsatisfactory for such a large corporation. I made an appointment on a Wednesday for a tire alignment on Friday at 9:00. I ask the store representative about how long the appointment would take. She stated "a couple of hours."I showed up for my appointment on time for my tire alignment. The store representative asked if i was going to wait on the vehicle. I stated no, I would be dropping it off. I, again, asked about how long and she stated "a couple hours". Almost four hours later I had not heard anything about my truck so I called to inquire. The store representative stated they "had a lot of alignments, 5-6, this morning and they were working towards getting to mine". I could wait no longer so I picked up my truck without the service being completed. I was not confident they would complete the service on the date appointed based on my conversation with the store representative.Very disappointed, but no worries, as I will not be returning. Fortunately, there are several competitors within walking distance from this store. They will now receive my business.The question I offered the store representative is "What is an appointment?" The only thing she could offer was that it would be done that day. I again mentioned that two store representatives stated a couple hours for completion when I inquired. There was no real answer or empathy about my concern. I really felt like they did not care and seems they encounter these issues frequently. And you BBB ratings are in the dumps which I equate to your service. I should have reviewed these first before making an appointment.I did offer a recommendation for the future when dealing with customers. When they come in for an "appointment" the store representative should be specifically clear that this only means they will get it done by close of business on that day. They should never offer a time frame that would ******************* in their customer. Easy fix.

      I went to Mavis Discount Tire in ********, **. for tire rotation. While paying the ****, two employees said I needed new brakes. I declined. I took my car to a trusted auto service. They checked my brakes and said they were good for at least another ***** or more miles. ***** what? I went ***** miles over 8 months before I got the breakers fixed.

      I had an appointment at the location I had to wait hours and hours for 1 tire to be put on. Once tire was put on I realize it was not the right tire. ******************, store manager has a stink attitude and was very mean and nasty to me. He had ordered the wrong tire. Staff *** and ****** are rude as well. I had service there Dec 2021 and July 26 and Aug 2. Something needs to be done about this place. While I was there a worker in the repair shop bent a customer tire rim. And was yelling and throwing things around I have never experience any thing like that. I will never go back to this place again. ***************** and his staff are bullies at Tire Kingdom. I was over Charged for my tires. My ******* told *** to tell me He is the only one that can give me my refund. I want my refund and I will never do business with Tire Kingdom on ******** Road again. They are a bullies and Fake. They need training on how to treat customers. You need friendly honesty people working. Its a hard time for everyone and you don't need people like ******************, Mr. *** and Mr. ****** to be mean when you already have car issues and life issues. Learn to be kind Tire Kingdom.

      Had my car for more than 4 weeks since giving them the ok to repair my windshield wiper switch. Was lied to several times by their Manager *****. He would say he would call me with an update and within those 4 weeks, he called me zero times and I had to chase him down to get him on the phone. First it was because I was indecisive. Next, it was a delay in the part arriving. Then, it was the wrong part and had to wait for the right part to come in. Next, ***** said he is fixing it and to give him a couple of hours and days went by.. Called him again on Sunday or Monday, and now they can't seem to fix it and he said he doesn't know what to tell me! Now after 6 weeks, I have to find another place to get my windshield wipers working!!! Very bad customer ********************** and communication! No rush to provide quick service and definitely no rush to satisfy the customer.Went to ********************** Tuesday of this week after being told on Sunday or Monday that I can come get my car, to only wait for 45 minutes because they had to jump my battery. Again, no communication!! Couldn't call me to tell me there was an issue with my battery so they jumped it and said it probably won't start if I shut it off. So I had to leave them to purchase a new battery. This is beyond ridiculous and very unprofessional!! And my windshield wipers are still not working!!!

      ***** finally called for the VERY first time today since posting a **** review and calling corporate on him, only to say, ***** Ms. ******* what's going on?" That only added to my frustration and he cannot help me after the fact!!!!! Worst service EVER!!!!

      The one in ********* ************** was not only beyond rude but they slammed my boyfriends car down a lift has slow motions or can be released quickly. They slammed it heard the slam went in for a simple alignment now can barely turn wheel. After complaining they quickly call him in state axle is leaking grease which can come from a quick slam. Quotes shocks to fix axle. The staff is very rude and untrained. Their knowledge in automotive parts and their functions is obsolete. They are not taking corrective action to fix their mistake and are trying to charge him 2 times the cost of product and labor

      Mavis in Bartonsville is the worst. I was told by a ************************* that I was ******* him off and I wasn't allowed to sit in the bldg or be on the premises while my car was getting new tires. He was strictly upset because according to him I cost him $80.00 because of a discount. He even went as far as threatening me over the phone that he would call the ************ to have me removed if I said another word to him. Please don't ever go here! I even called his manager to let her know how distraught I was didn't seem to bother her. They would address it and I never heard a word back.

      Very disappointed got a nail in my tire went to Mavis in ****** ******* they damage my rim. After month and a half they told me that my rim was damaged due to me hitting the curve. I assure that's not the case my rim was damaged from the repair work. So disappointed after talking to **** a district manager out of ******* and emailing district manager here in ************************************ Here we are negative results.
