I am filing a formal complaint against ******* for their refusal to allow me to cancel my account and their continued attempts to bill me without authorization.I have been trying to cancel my iPostal account for over five months, yet they have repeatedly denied me access to do so. Despite my numerous requests, they continue to attempt to charge my account, forcing me to take action by stopping payment to prevent further unauthorized charges. This is a deceptive and unfair business practice.I am requesting the following actions:1.Immediate cancellation of my iPostal *********** full refund of any unauthorized charges.3.Assurance that iPostal will not attempt to bill me again in the future.I believe this companys refusal to process cancellations is a serious consumer protection issue that needs urgent attention. I appreciate the ***** assistance in holding ******* accountable and ensuring they comply with fair

Hi,iPostal1 provides mailbox rentals. I rent a mailbox with them, and ordered 4 mails to be forwarded to me in Nov 2024. The order numbers for the 4 mails forwarded are: ******** ******** ******** ******** On each of these, I was charged $11: $6 for the mail forwarding fee, and $5 for "labor" charges. However, when I ordered the mail forwarding for these 4 mails on the iPostal1 website, the check-out page on the site said the total cost is $6 per mail. No mention of any additional fees were made.I have called and emailed iPostal1 10+ times since Nov 2024: on Nov 24, Dec 3, Dec 5, Dec 11, Dec 13, Dec 17, Jan 6, Jan 8, Jan 13, and Jan 17, with ticket numbers ******* , *******, *******, and ********** date, they have only refunded me one $5 charge, for order number: ********. The $5 for the 3 other orders have not been refunded.I am seeking for them to:1. Refund me $15 2. Provide substantive compensation for the time, effort, frustration, and delay (2+ mths) this has caused me. As an initial offer, they said they'd give me 1 free month of service, on Jan 8. They have not made good on that promise.

I opened an account with ******* to handle mail for a nonprofit club, ***********************************, on Jan. 14, 2023, at a cost of $99 per year for a virtual mailbox, #****, at ***********************************************. I received a notice on Jan. 12, 2025, that there would be 50 percent increase, to $149 a year, on Jan. 14, unless I wanted to cancel the account. Over the past year, we received only 9 pieces of mail, making it economically unsound at the $99 rate, let alone the $149 rate, so I sought to cancel the account on the ******* website. The only way to contact the company was through email, so I sent an email on Jan. 12 explaining my intention of closing the account. An automated response said ******* would get back to me in 1-2 business days. I did not hear back but, on Jan. 14, a charge came through for $149. I sent another email to protest the illegal charge and ask for a refund, and got another automated message saying I'd hear back in 1-2 business days. As of today, Jan. 17, there has been no communication back, and the charge has not been reversed.

Dear ******* Customer Support Team,I am writing to formally address ongoing issues regarding overcharges, service delays, and inadequate customer service, as well as to demand immediate resolution of a time-sensitive matter. I was previously assured that a credit would be applied and my mail would be shipped promptly. However, these assurances have proven false.Last month, I filed complaints with Consumer Affairs and the ************************ (***) after being overcharged $14.67 for overnight, one-day delivery of three letters. Despite my instructions, the letters took an unreasonable five days to process. To date, I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution to this matter.Furthermore, on January 11, 2025, I placed an order for urgent shipping of consolidated items (M21664, M21702, M21707, M21743, M21745, M21772, M21782, M21805, M21884), opting for two-day shipping. Despite my request, these items have not been shipped, nor have I received a price breakdown or confirmation of charges. This delay has now necessitated an upgrade to overnight *********** addition to these failures, I experienced unprofessional conduct from your agent, Jasmine, who disconnected my calls twice and failed to call me back. This occurred after I had already been on hold for three hours, adding unnecessary frustration to an already unsatisfactory experience.

The company is running a scam where they hide the normal mail forwarding options for regular mail which should cost just a couple of dollars and instead only offer priority mail, 2 day and overnight costing >$16 to forward a single letter. This has been going on for many weeks. Support regularly fails to respond but did once and claimed the issue was fixed. This is a fraud.

I got my **** Form 1583 notarized in person, as it states on their website is an option and even has the area to submit the forms and instructions how to do so. However, when I tried to, I couldnt find the save button that is described in the area to upload the files. When I contacted them about it, thinking it just a technical issue, or an issue with my phone, they informed me that as of October, the notarization process has changed and now is to be completed through an online service. this does not align with the information provided in the terms of service, which does not mandate using a third party notary service or any specific method, only that the form must be notarized. Also their terms have not been updated since May even though they said the change was implemented In October. I have requested that they honor the terms of service that were in place when I agreed to them and are currently in place, considering it is a legally binding agreement. And they refused to allow me to submit my in-person notarized forms on their website, even after bringing the discrepancys to their attention. I offered to give more info to help verification of my identity since that was their explanation, but they did not bother to respond after that.

On October 30, ************************** billed me for $72.70 to ship a large envelope from **********, ** to ******** via **** priority international mail. On 9/3/2024 I signed up for an account with **********************. I paid an additional $25 to have my account notarized by their recommended notary (other services do this for free, by the way). I funded my account to ensure all my mail forwarding requests were handled appropriately. However, none of my mail has gotten to me, been scanned, trashed, or consolidated as requested, and no one is responding at my designated pick up location. No one ever answers the phone or responds to email messages. The place seems completely deserted. I can't even cancel my account because ********************** requires your inbox to be empty to complete the cancellation, but no one is managing my mail there so my inbox is not being emptied. I want my account terminated since the company is not providing the service they claim they do.
