    I requested that my account be cancelled with this comapny back in January of this year. I didn't renew my subscription with them. Yet they are still taking money out of my account without my authoriztion

    On today, Monday March 4th, 2024, I found out that, I was being billed for services that, I had NEVER received, however the charges showed up on my bank statement. I called both phone numbers, **************, and **************. NO ONE EVER GOT ON THE ***** FOR ME TO SPEAK TO!!! I tried to email: iPostal and that email didnt work either. I tried to get online assistance and all that happened was that, I WAS BILLED AGAIN? I want ALL of my money back into my account today!!! WHERE DID CUSTOMER SERVICE GO? Thank You! ************************************************.

    I have a virtual business address with them for my business K &E **************** I had a package that was delivered a few days ago and was never uploaded to the system for me to be able to get them to ship it to me. This was my first package since, I have been with them. All Im getting is the run around. One lady finally answered the phone and said that she had to get her manager to call me to setup the shipping. No one called and someone texted (message below) Hi ***************** this is the owner of A List Business Solutions we are not at this location anymore and in the middle of updating all of our mailbox clients to the new address please call this number and see if he can help you ************ I had no idea about this, I have no idea where my business supplies are and I need them! I tried calling the number in the message that was sent to me and the number is not in service. The text came from ***************** This is a huge inconvenience because I run a mobile lab and my supplies cant be shipped to my directly to me home initially so they have to come to a business address first. These people are very unprofessional and should not be in business! I will also try to contact the news to get this out. I need my package, a refund for my services, and something for the inconvenience! This is not the first time I had had to contact them for some and they promised call backs and it never happened and they dont answer emails either! This company needs to be shut down!

    As we just spoke about, I am not satisfied with this company or what they have done to make this right. I have contacted the post office and the mail have not been returned to sender. As a matter of fact one of the ladies that work at the post office went down to the address to see if anyone was there and it wasnt at the time. I feel like they is just saying this. If the package had been returned them the post office would know based on the tracking info. The last update is still showing where it was delivered to that address. Getting my money back and closing the account was not enough for me. This is bad business and I have business supplies out there in limbo because of them and its not right. They moved and didnt notify us and didnt even have the decency to forward the mail.. As a matter of fact before they closed my account the address I purchased was still there. Not only did they move and not notify us, they didnt change the address to the new address on the site, and they didnt even have the decency to have the mail forwarded. This account was purchased for my business and this is not right at all. Again, this company is the most unprofessional Ive ever dealt with and, I need for others to know. The post office in ****** have been very helpful.. They need to figure out where these packages are cause dealing with people mail can become a criminal offense. Its beginning to look like this all a scam. 
    This company need to know that what they did is not ok. I am not satisfied with this at all. They didnt even follow the steps by going through you all and starting contacting me. I kept telling the that they needed to go through you all with their responses. My phone number is ************.  please confirm receipt of this email.

    Again, we are sorry to hear that the response was not satisfactory. Our
    Customer Service did all that they could in this case, as they confirmed that
    your location did move and all mail had been returned to sender. To clarify, we
    have over 3,000 partner locations, mostly independent retail pack & ship
    stores, plus a growing number of addresses at shared workspace locations in
    professional office buildings. Our objective is to provide the same set of
    services and a great user experience at all our locations, but we never meant
    to suggest that iPostal1 is a chain. iPostal1 cannot control if a location does close or move, however, we do our best to work with that location and customers to makes the transition seamless. We understand that this did not happen in your case, and we do apologize for that. We have many thousands of happy customers that use our services. Our
    best recommendation, as our representative mentioned, is to file a claim with
    USPS. Your account was closed and we refunded you the full subscription amount. We trust that the steps we have taken will settle this complaint.

     Still not satisfied, Ipostal is still not taking responsibility for the people they have working under them. They are not seeing it from my point of view and should have done more. They new business is saying mail was returned to sender and clearly it was not so what is the USPS going to do if they didn’t get the package back. They did their job. Again. I would like media coverage for this so I can tell my story. This is very bad business. I would like media coverage on this situation if at all and maybe to speak with a legal rep because this is dealing with people mail with could cause some legal problems.

    I attempted to use the 'ship mail' option, because the service refuses to scan my checks (they say they don't scan checks, which is not advertised on the website). And they lost the mailed checked. which was a check for thousands of dollars. They said someone would reach out to compensate me and they never did.

    This service offered for money by Ipostal1 is misleading. The company claims that the service is easy and simple. They advertise $99 for the year which I signed up for October 31st 2023. Since signing up, there were a number of misleading practices. I spoke to a representative ahead of purchasing to make sure of any underlying fees and service policies. After the service was purchased I was told that there was a form needing notarizing. Then I was told there was certain supporting documents that also needed to be sent in. After I complied the local ********** has to actually do work on their side to set up the box. The process was misleading because I was told it would be an easy process. My mail was sitting at the local office for weeks after I requested that my mail be consolidated and mailed to my forwarding address. I the consumer, was promised timely mailing and forwarding. Then process has become a situation where I have had to be emailing the local office. *** had to call numerous times to get my mail forwarded. The service is not as advertised. I have reached out to Ipostal numerous times to no avail. After the initial set up I got my mail forwarded a number of times. Now on 1/31/24, the Ipostal system is saying my forwarding address is invalid. I see this as a tactic to make me spend more money to unnecessarily express ship my mail. I am looking to get my mail forwarded to my forwarding address as I have done in the past. How can my address be fine to ship to three previous times but now 1/31/24 with no address change there is a problem shipping? I got no call or followup from the local branch or Ipostal about the issue so that it maybe corrected.

    They do not make it clear that you will require to complete a form that requires notarization with a minimum cost of $25 based on what Im seeing. now I am unable to receive a package based on the chat support, because I am unwilling to pay the notarization fee for a donation to a cat sanctuary.

The one-page Form **** with IDs is required by the **** of anyone who opens a mailbox in the U.S, whether physical or digital. This is required in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. We dont charge any fee for notarizing your forms. If you prefer to use the online notary, which is provided as a convenience, they do charge $25. Many people have access to a free notary at a bank or accountants office.

    I no longer want *************** I never completed the enrollment process which involves having notary of postal forms, which I still have not done.However I'm being billed$9.99 monthly even though I have never used the services and indicated a month ago I had no intention to use the service and wanted to halt the enrollment process.

    Thanks for writing in to us. Our **************** team has been in contact with you. According to our records, you signed up on 1/27/23 and cancelled on 4/25/23. Your account has been closed since then, and no further payments have incurred. The **** requires the Form **** be completed, notarized and filed with proper IDs.This is required in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. If they are not completed, you will still be able to use the address for your business without the mail function. That is why your account was charged,whether or not you file the Form ****. Many customers use our addresses this way. We do have a 30-day refund policy and unfortunately, the date of cancellation was outside of this policy.     Ipostal in ******, ** is scamming me.Ipostal is supposed to be a service that acts like a post office for you to receive any package and notify you by sending you a pic of your package. You can drop by during normal store hours or you can schedule a pick up time. There is a $5 pick up fee for any packages. This supposed to be a service where you will make sure no one steals your packages that you have delivered.* Losing packages or stealing my property * Not showing up for pick up tines and then charging me to store the item they did receive * Posibg as a professional business while never actually being there to receive any packages with just a note to leave packages at door I had an Amazon Fire tablet delivered and have the picture of it being left at the door. No one was there to receive it. I went by to pick up a package and no one was there. I keep asking about the tablet that they say they never received. I even uploaded the photo of it back in December when i was asking about all of this. I was told to give them a chance to see if they could find it. Now, a week into January I am asking again about the tablet and I am getting the answer of it was not delivered to them so I would need a pic to prove it. I send in the pic and get the answer 9f they hope I have insurance to cover the loss. I can't pick up the box of clothes I **** in because they are never open but keep charging me storage.

    The business has now claimed that I already have the package they have been charging storage fees for. This means they have lost it. 

    They still have no idea where my tablet is and have suggested that I contact Amazon about the tablet even though the picture shows the package in front of a sign that instructs to just leave package.  These make for delivery instructions which completes the delivery. 

    I don't have a check that is said to have been mailed. I am without anything this response has promised. I am not satisfied in any way.

    I paid for a postal box and never received mail from this service. I ordered a package that was supposed to be delivered by *** ground. The tracking says that after multiple attempts to deliver the business was closed.

Currently their operating business hours are from 10am-2pm, and as of January 1st it was extended to 10am-4pm. In regards to your mail being returned to sender, they have stated that their front door is locked for security reasons. This would explain why upon delivery, the facility seemed closed to the mail carrier. Your mail center is working on a solution to ensure going forward all mail is received properly during their operating hours of business.     I have been using iPostal for several years and while errors do happen, they usually repair it. I requested a forward of an important item of mail. In my consolidate and ship cart, it stated I have 5 items free in my plan. So I added the other four items. Upon checking out, it stated again my total was $0. There were no prices next to shipment methods so I selected one of the slower options as I was not in a hurry. They selected a 2 day priority method and charged me $16.56 for something I did not need or want. I was also told by the rep that the "Consolidate/Ship" option can take some time updating prices when there are charges and told me I should do these separately. Essentially that their site doesn't function properly and that if I want accurate pricing, to take an additionally (unnecessary) step. These seems like the problem of iPostal to repair and not cost me. I checked out understanding my plan includes 5 items forwarded and my final cost showed $0 until two days later when my credit card was charged without authorization. This is not a tragic amount but they add up. This needs to be fixed by iPostal and not cost the business owner or consumer more money. I want a refund and hopefully they will fix their issues with the website.
