      On april 20th my leased vehicle was totaled by a drunk driver in a hit and run while it was parked thankfully with gap insurance purchased through ***************** and the insurance company state farm was set to pay off part of the initial balance. I have called them both many time with multiple no answers or call backs, now they are starting to get very rude and keep going back and forth blaming sides for why it has taken so long while i still have a 1200 dollar a month payment while not just freezing the account and are holding my credit score hostage. They are refusing to process the money for the accident in a timely manner and it has affected my health and money issues more and more each payment/phone call.

      I am still waiting for the buisness to keep in contact with the insurance company, they have offered nothing more than more time to settle the dispute but it was over 30 days of no contact with statefarm, and has been over 60 days since the car was declared a total loss, it has been avoided until i contacted the bbb.

      I am the representative payee for my disabled sons SSI checks. I visited Chase Bank on ******************* in *********, IL to set up the account for direct deposit. An employee set up the account without issue. Chase then placed a $1 BILLION hold on the account which they have not removed. No one called me regarding the account. I have called corporate, managers and visited the local branch numerous times without assistance or resolution to confirm why the hold was placed without notice. They state the issue is a difference in my maiden and married name, but acknowledge I am the correct person identified by *** as my sons representative payee. I have provided my wedding license and two documents from social security confirming my name change. They have still not removed the $1 BILLION hold and are holding my son's checks and account captive. To date, after weeks of dealing with Chase Banks ineptitude, horrid customer service and business practices we still have received ZERO formal communication regarding the $1 BILLION hold placed on the account for a disabled individual. They need to follow through on acknowledging I am my disabled sons representative payee and remove the hold.

      I have been back and forth with JPmorgan chase for 6 weeks now. *********************, a broker at the Chase branch in ********* connected was in charge of opening a money market account for my businesses. He incorrectly categorized the accounts and both accounts were suddenly closed with NO notice. I stopped receiving payments for both my businesses totaling ****** dollars for the 2 weeks it remained closed. The local chase bank manager was then able to help me reopen 1 of the 2 businesses. The second business still hasn't been reopened and this issue was escalated to this main chase executive office to ******. Fastforward over a week since I've talked to her, no follow up (she said she would call me back the same day) and she has been unresponsive to 4 messages I've left with their operators. I have lost a total of an additional ***** dollars. I have asked to speak to her manager, NO return phone call. Radio silence. ***************** chase is extremely irresponsible with business accounts and should not be trusted to manage businesses. They do not have good customer service and have truly incompetent people as local brokers and in their executive office. I have to escalate this now as many of my payments are in flux!!!!

      Chase bank closed all of my accounts without a reason , I keep all of my money in those accounts. I now have $0 to my name. They are refusing to let me withdraw any of my money online or in bank. I have bills due that could put in a situation to be car less and homeless. They are saying I will have to wait 18 business days for a check. They have no reason to withhold any funding on my account.

      I have paid extra funding on my car loan instead if the money being fully applied to the account ********************** has been paying it in different formats instead of full amount that I have paid the dates are incorrect of when I've made payments. My bank statements and emails show different then what they have in my account which makes it look as if I'm late so they're charging me late fees which are not supposed to be applied. Up to my calculations I should be a car payment ahead but they are telling me I still owe 400 dollars left when my payment comes up and that us incorrect information they also have been trying to take funding when I post my posting dates before my direct deposit has actually enter my account my home banking is not open at 3am in the morning here. So I called them serval times addressing this situation everyone I speak with acts as if they can't tell me were my money is going I have got 5 different stories from 5 different employees of chase bank

      I was recently informed that my bank account was being charged by someone that was not authorized to use my account and ********************** was going to close my account due to suspicious activity with the account, I called the bank to ask them what was going on and they couldnt give me a satisfactory answer so I asked them to unlock my account because I needed to pay my rent and buy groceries and the bank froze my account and would not allow me access to withdrawal my money unless I drove to a bank in person to which I explained I was 2 hours away and thats why all my banking is done online. I got a call this morning from my landlord asking why I was disputing my rent from march April and may and I explained to him that I was not disputing my rent but I have been having issues with my bank account. I tried to contact chase and you can not speak to them without putting in your bank account information so needless to say with chase having closed my account I couldnt resolve this issue and find out any further information as to why my landlord was contacted and who was disbursing my rent payment for the thee months mentioned above. Because there was some fraudulent charges made by someone in ** there was no reason to close the account and if there were other reasons chase should let me know and not just close the account before I can open another account at a different bank. This is very frustrating and unacceptable for the bank to do and it needs to be handled properly in the future. This has cost me over a thousand dollars in my time and travel fees to deal with the situation. I have had to resolve the situation with my landlord and open a new bank account with a better bank that wont allow such service to continue in their business

      JPMorgan (chase bank ) sent me a statement saying they closed the account and that was it, very disappointing and unprofessional. No explanation of why this happened and what was going to happen about the person who was accessing my account in ********** and the copy of the check they sent to me that was from someone in ******* and it was withdrawn from my account and cleared by chase. Very unprofessional service for a bank and me being located in ******. I will recommend that nobody ever use chase as a bank. Thank you for your time and assistance

      I opened a new business account under the name Urology holding intermediate Inc.I deposited a $1,000,000.00 dollars check, even though the funds was cleared, chase have restricted my account. Because the funds is being hold by chase bank, it is causing my business considerable distress and harm. I need the funds to be release right away.I need the funds to be released right, or I have filed a lawsuit against chase bank.

      Opened a checking account with ******************** a few days ago. I never received notification my debit card was sent out and I called and was told it will arrive between Wednesday 6/12-Friday 6/14. I was attempting to move money from my other bank account to my new ******************** account thru zelle and Chase kept canceling the transaction and not telling me why. I called customer service and the person I spoke with wouldnt listen to anything I was saying its very obvious she was playing with someone in the background cause she was even laughing during our call and nothing was funny about this. She told me fraud had flagged my account and I needed to speak with them. She transferred me over to fraud and the person I spoke with wouldnt help me either. She kept saying the transaction had to be reviewed and wouldnt tell me why or if it would be approved or not. I told her Im requesting to move the money so my Chase account would have funds available once my card was received. She refused to help me, let me speak or offer any assistance. I had chase in the past and have never been treated like this. I requested to close the account which I really didnt want to do . The account hasnt even been open a week and Im being treated so poorly.

      I have several transactions that need to be disputed. I have Zelle payments that were sent for tickets and I never received them and I requested it back and they have not sent it. Lastly, I realized that my card was charged a total of $800 at an atm machine and I did not authorize those transactions. I would like to have those disputed with hopes of recovering those funds

      My check from my employer went into my bank but what I didn't know is the bank closed the account and now won't let me have my money they won't let me transfer or anything
