Lost Check. I am having a problem getting a replacement check from an account that ******************** Bank closed. 2/21/2024 call Chase ***************** The Representative name ******* from *******, ***** was very rude and condescending. She refused to refund me all my late fees due to the fact I felt like Chase charged this fee unfairly and unjustly. After going back in forth I decided to speak to a manager, she then transferred the call to an employee named **** from *************** in ******. **** had an amazing customer service touch and was humble down enough to explain why he could not refund the fees in association with my account and explain the process to the dot. Furthermore, I was not aware of this process (Savings *********************** Fees). However, as a long-term banking relationship member, I should be able to trust ***************** ************************** with my money and what they do with it, because I was charged a late fee when my savings account met their criteria, and I find that unethical on their behalf.Business Response

On February 16th I deposited a cashiers check, which is equivalent to having cash in hand, into my chase account and was told that it would not be released until February 27th, which is beyond unacceptable for the type of check that it is, and that if I called into customer service that I would be able to have it released the next day being that they would be able to verify the authenticity of the check. I called today, February 17th and was met with complete opposition. I was informed that the check cannot be released due to Chase having issues the Truist and other excuses that were given to me by a supervisor. I even asked them to call Truist to verify the funds and was told that even if they called Truist that due to limited information they still wouldnt be able to release the funds. I have had it at my **** end with this financial institution and its inability to adequately serve my financial needs. I feel as though I am not trusted as a client and my integrity is being questioned. Again, I deposited a cashiers check which is equivalent to having actual cash in hand. At the moment of my deposit, the entirety of the check shouldve been released into my account. I have no issue going to the press/news to let them know exactly how chase distrust their customers to the point of not verifying and depositing cashiers checks into their clients accounts.Business Response

My Chase bank account kept getting hacked for fraud. I received most of the money back except for a few charges from ************ in *********. Around $4,117! Even after I provided them with proof that I wasnt in ********* at the time of the charges, they still said it was out of their hands and there was nothing they can do. I dont feel its my responsibility to have to fight ************, they took my money from Chase who I trusted with it.Business Response

Started doing business with Chase bank *********** and *****************************. Was referred to the in house *** advisor. He advised he was a fiduciary and would assist ** with our funds. We were interested in a cd it similar . He placed us in a fund that paid little or nothing when I requested liquidation he said theres/ big penalty fee and f 8 percent. I asked he. Check further he ran stopped returning my phone calls and e-mails completely. I had to attempt to contact t *** directly they advised that I was out in funds with large fees upon exiting u need To leave the funds 8 years ti real out even were in our 70s. On 2/14/2024 at 2:10pm I deposited $1400.00 into my Chase bank account using Terminal #******* After the *** took my money the screen produced an image that stated this *** is not currently taking deposits and printed out a slip for me to call Chase to make sure my deposit went through. I called the 1800 **************** number (located overseas) and was told I could file a claim and I would have a credit on my account between ****** and 2 days until the investigation was complete. The bigger problem is that this was my property tax money. So the big question is, since Chase Bank is responsible for there machines, services and products; will they be held responsible for my property tax payment penalties, overdraft and late fees issued by my county? This is ridiculous and as soon as this issue is cleared up I'm finally moving to **********************.Business Response

On December 22, I was unexpectedly charged $181 by ********* which wasn't reflected in my bill. I promptly filed a claim with ********* then with my bank, Chase. Despite being assured by Spectrum of reimbursement, my Chase account remained negative, leading to overdraft fees. Today, Chase informed me the charge was reversed, yet I received no notification, contrary to what I was told earlier. Chase's lack of communication and resolution is concerning, leaving me in a financial predicament. I request immediate assistance in resolving this matter and preventing further fees. On September 27, 2023, I Immediately called Chase ******************** and others that I received a telephone call from my Promove agent, ***************** that my ************** leasing agent committed fraudulent access to my Chase checking account, committed ID Theft and other fraudulent behavior, on July 16, 2023, during my application process for an apartment. I found that hundreds was missing from my checking account. *** *** *******, the Drift leasing agent used fraud to gain access to my checking account, explaining that new rules and the pandemic caused a change in rules, and that I would not get an apartment in ******* unless I abided by the rules and allowed her access to my chase bank account. I was told that the only way she could have siphoned hundreds from my account, which by-passed Chase bank's security measures was to have downloaded a "Bank Trojan" into my account when she had complete access to my phone Chase Bank app. I made many calls to Chase Bank, and followed instructions to report the fraud and theft of money from my Chase Bank Account to the ********, ** police department. I have heard nothing from Chase Bank ; never received confirmation that my complaint had been filed. Each time I called I was told, "If there is no evidence of a transaction, we cannot help you." I repeatedly ask if I can receive something in writing or a message from my online account. I have received nothing by mail or by any other means of correspondance. My money has not been replaced. I have not been able to pay all my bills, and have been depleting my reserves. No one at Chase Bank will acknowledge that the only way hundreds of dollars was stolen from my bank account was that a Bank Trojan was downloaded onto my checking account on July 16, 2023, when ************** Apt. leaseing agent *** *******, fraudulently accessed my Chase Bank account.Business Response

I made a purchase last month December 2023. I purchased a ************************** bag from a Company Joli Closet. The purchased amount is $1146.92. The company is saying I received the merchandise. They have no proof. Other than a date and time they allegedly delivered my merchandise. No signature for the merchandise. I contacted Chase for a refund of my money. Chase did refund my $1146.92. After Chase contacted the company, Chase took their money back out of my account. Now ******************** is telling me theres nothing they can do to help me get my $1146.92. Chase has always stood behind me. Other than the company saying they delivered the merchandise, Chase has no proof from this company. But Chase sided with this companys words over mine.Business Response
