      We deposited a check on 9/27/2023. The amount is $15,000. And the money is released to my account on 10/2/2023 But chase debit this money from my account at 10/20/2023. I called chase and they told me that they returned the money to the makers account. But the maker show me the bank statement there is no return money. I want to know where is my money now. I try to contact Chase everyday but no any help.

      This company is forcing required payments when no payment is due.On 12/12/23 I made a purchase for PIA VPN in the amount of $79.On 12/14/23 ***************** chase posted this payment On 12/14/23 ***************** chase updated my balance to showing a payment is due with an additional pending charge of $79 for the same transaction I contacted PIA and they confirmed only one payment was made ***************** chase blamed the additional payment requested on *** and stated it might fall off by itself In the meantime a payment was required of $35 to clear out the remaining balance While the balance showed positive a payment was authorized through ***************** to debit in the amount of $35 from US bank On 12/12/23 an additional payment was authorized as an offline transaction in the amount of $70 to cover the single $79 charge the night of 12/15/23 Chase updated the account balance to show this payment and are now holding with processing the $35 payment I was forced to make which I did not wish to however I don't allow my credit companies to show positive balances for me as that is not the best way to bank.I am filing a complaint for ***************** forcing an additional payment to be made in order for their system to reflect my balance accurately that now is pending to be an additional negative balance (*************** owes me not I owe them)

      Have discussion with Chase on payments multiple times I'm current on all payments and the keep credit reporting saying I was late have call over and over a keep getting transferred from one department to another all saying that's not my department can't help you let me transfer you have made multiple disputes that the do even look at cause there still pending on my report say in review for weeks now

      My name is *************************** and I have a complaint against JPMORGAN CHASE BANK. I have been with Chase for over 20 years. With that being said on December 8th 2023 I noticed my account had a hold on my checking and savings account for ******* and some change. I called the bank to see what was going on I was told ******* Court Receivers had placed a hold on my accounts and in under to get them to fix the problem I had to get ******* to send the release forms for Chase to unfreeze my accounts. I spoke with an young lady name ***** from ******* and I end help making payment arrangements with her and she said she was sending the release forms to my banks.I spoke to her around 3:30pm it was before 4:00pm. I was told to have my signed copy in before that time. And it was done. I also had my ***** ********** account frozen as well so when I checked my ***** ***** account they had placed my money back onto the account. So I checked my Chase account and it still was frozen. I called around 6pm and ***** with a gentleman and he said they had not received my release forms. He also said it was going to take them 1 to business days to review the release forms and they will unfreeze my account. So I had to go the entire weekend without any money and no access to my money in my Chase account. By the way in my Chase account I had over ******* in my checking account and over a ****** in my savings. So on Monday December 11th I called the bank to get an update on the release forms. I spoke to a young lady and at that time I was told they have received the release form and the processing team needed to review and it could take them 1 to 2 business days to review and process. I asked if they can escalate she said that they had to send a check to *******. So on December 12th I called and spoke with another young lady and was told at that time they had to mail ******* a check for ****** and it could take up 3 days for them to release my account. The first time I heard about this procedure. She told me that I may get my account release the next day or by Friday the 15th. So I decided to call on today December 14th and spoke with another young lady and today I was told it has been delayed because I only had ****** and I didn't have enough in my account to pay ******* the ****** and because of that my account is still frozen. I told the person I could that be possible when before they froze my account I had over ******* in my account. I asked to speak with a manager and for them to escalate my account it is going on a week with me having no money and payments her being denied and sent back because my account is overdrawn. This has been a difficult situation for my self and husband I have not been able to sleep or eat because I have no access to my account and no answers. I no longer want to continue to do business with Chase and will not recommend anyone to bank with them. This has been a complete nightmare.

       After 2 weeks of going back and forth speaking with legal department  and the executive office which was not helpful at all. Chase was finally able to resolve my situation that had with them. In reference to complaint ID ********. After this experience with Chase and being a customer with them for over 20 years I will not keep doing business with them.

      What happen was chase they charged me a $34 fee for an unauthorized car max *********** and I want my money back please . I never authorized car *** to chat any amount from my account knowing that I dot have funds

      I have fallen victim to identity theft, encountering unauthorized transactions and suspicious activities associated with my identity. While I have taken the step of filing a police report, I am seeking assistance to address and resolve this distressing situation. My primary objectives are to recover the financial losses incurred, restore my tarnished reputation, and request your support in expediting the removal of the fraudulent inquiry from my credit report.       I was a customer of ******************** for over 15 years, over that time I had multiple fraud claims and issues, particularly in the last year. To the point where I closed my account in August 2023. My account was hacked, someone logged in and changed my password and then used it to also hack one of my "contacts' to send $2,000.00 from my account to theirs. After seeing this I immediately called Chase, taking screenshots and verification that this was done from a different device than mine and submitting. This not only caused my account to be shutdown, but my friends actual account (that did NOT receive the money). I waited through the process, submitting the requested back-up, speaking to claims and fraud. I finally had resolution and the claim was closed in my favor, at this point I had closed my saving account and was awaiting confirmation on my claim before closing my checking account. Once I confirmed with all necessary Chase departments I was told there was nothing outstanding and I could close my account, The process at this point, approximately ***** days and countless hours on the phone. Approximately a week later Chase sent me $2,000.00 from the claim that was closed in my favor. Thought that was the end and could move one, but on 12/11/2023 I received a collection notice from Chase stating I owed them $2,000.00. I, of course immediately called Chase, spent over three hours on the phone and spoke to Collections (4X), Claims (3X), Fraud (2X), and ************* (2X). ********************* told me they could settle for $800, another person told me $500, and another person $1200 (do they get commissions??!!) In the meantime Claims told me that it was in my favor and the refund was accurate. Collections is now refusing to remove the balance, thinking that after all this a multi-billion dollar organization would stand by their word and close this out. Based on what I know and have seen Chase, especially lately is swarming with bad stories like this. PLEASE REMOVE ME FROM COLLECTIONS.

      I made a deposit on December 08,2023. They emailed me saying it would not be available until December 19. I called and asked why. Called several times and was giving different answers. The afternoon of December 08, a chase employee guaranted. E it would be available on December 9. December 10 they closed my account. Even told the ************************ office they closed my account. They put a restriction on my account where I couldn't use the funds that I had in account. They then processed charges after this. That put me in negative, after THEY closed .y account! Then they tell me it'll be after the year when I get the .only I deposited on December 08,2023. They are STEALING! They talked to my boss to verify the check. My boss is a former Grayson County Judge.

      Hello,I have a friend who is currently outside of *****************. He was trying to reach out to Chase but unsuccessful. He then requested me to contact the Chase since I am also a Chase customer. After I got his authorization, I contacted Chase. However, the customer service of ******************** refused to assist me. The customer service gave me several phone numbers, but my friend said his was unable to reach out by this phone numbers. My friend is in an urgent situation and need the help, so I ask Chase to give me a phone call and access my friend's account and let him now his account status.
