      Trademark Regal is the business name and they were supposed to facilitate my trademark to the USPTO but I was contacted by the USPTO a few weeks ago informing me that my trademark application was not approved because Trademark Regal is a scam company and advised me to file a dispute with my banking institution which I did. I spoke a to customer representative and they informed me that they could dispute a charge up to 2 years. They credited my account and then I found out today that their was a claim reversal.
      I just want to retrieve my money back.
      I've reached out to the business and I can no longer get in touch with them.

      My stepdad and a friend wrote me a check for my post-elopement celebration on 3/25/23 (most others Venmo'd or used other methods). My stepdad wrote me a check for $2,622 while my friend wrote me one for $200. I deposited both checks electronically and discarded both. Chase froze my account while they verified the checks. After 14 days, Chase notified me that they would be closing my checking account because they couldn't verify the checks. I didn't feel comfortable providing them the phone number of my stepdad or my friend as Chase informed me I had to. After the accounts were closed, I thought the checks would be returned to the senders. After waiting another week, Chase said they would hold my checks "indefinitely" until they "verified." My friend called her bank to cancel the check and said she could just Venmo me the money, but her bank said that the check cleared and had already been deposited so it could not be returned. I finally gave them both the number of my friend and my stepdad. They "verified" my friend's after calling Chase about 3 times for this. They notified me they couldn't give me the $200 check because it was now "linked" to the $2,622 check. I gave them my stepdad's number, and that couldn't be verified. Chase somehow got my mom's number, even though they're not in the same phone plan. They said they would call my mom's number to verify. My stepdad was out of town so my mom answered, and told them to call this week. I called Chase yesterday, 5/1/23, to verify they would call my mom's number today, 5/2/23. Today, Chase said they couldn't "verify" neither my stepdad's nor my mom's number as it belonging to him. My stepdad lives in Texas and I live in Idaho, so we can't go to the bank in person to verify, according to Chase. I have a call history that I have been on the phone with Chase every week at least twice a week since end of March 2023 trying to solve this issue. I still don't have the total of $2,822

      I dont even know where to start this whole process has been frustrating! Ive seen so many negative reviews on chase its ridiculous. March 31, 2023 I received a notification that my card was suspended due to fraud because I filled a dispute I mean what is the purpose of a dispute then?? I was suppose to receive two packages that I never got one from ****** and another from a company called bloom. I also filed a dispute because I recently purchased a car from a company called auto mall a few weeks later the engine light came on, the $600 I disputed was my first car note payment I made and i refused for them to just take my money after selling me a useless car. Im guessing after seeing the chargeback the salesman finally contacted me and decided to help me with my vehicle so i contacted chase to cancel the dispute. Its crazy after banking with chase for so many years no one reached out by email or phone to discuss the problem they just immediately closed my account. Every customer representative I have spoken to has told me completely different things! I have been calling and calling and Im so sick and tired of no resolution!! Chase originally deducted my balance that I was suppose to receive in a check April 11,2023, but stated they didnt close my account until April *******. I have received both emails from both companies about not receiving my packages and said they would let chase know everything was solved on their end. Contacted chase multiple times and its just been excuses! Once my account was closed my check should of been mailed ! Its been over a month now and their just holding my money!!! Im not understanding so if they never hear back from those two companies they just continue to keep my money! They claim they havent received neither emails and I have the emails down below. Not to mention I also spoke to a chase bank manager and that was a complete waste of time. Im definitely going to contact someone of higher power.

      I called chase to file a claim for ****** which was paid in error to progressive, the claims adjuster reversed the wrong transaction for ******. And also the ****** transaction. I called to have this dialed and they said there is nothing they can do. I paid progressive again the ******. Then chase reversed my claim and debited ****** from my bank account and sent it back to progressive. So now progressive was paid 3 times. I had chase and progressive on the line and they stated to not send the funds the client doesnt owe it but they sent it anyways. I tried to get my funds back but they just said they have to escalate it. I want my ****** back immediately.

      This is a complaint about Chase's fundamental lack of security when it comes to checking accounts. In 2022, my wallet -- and many **S -- were stolen, and the theft reported to the police, Subsequently, thieves used one of my **s to forge my signature and withdraw money from my checking account at ********************. Chase closed that account and opened another. Again, the thief gained access to the second account. That account was closed and a third opened. And again, the thief gained access to that account. The total amount stolen was $6000, which Chase eventually refunded.SIX MONTHS LATER: I was appointed co-administrator of a deceased friend's estate. With my co-executor, we opened an ESTATE ACCOUNT in the dead person's name at Chase. AND UNBELIEVEABLY, once again, money was fraudulently withdrawn from that account via a forged withdrawal slip (using my stolen **). The branch in question, as before, was in the Bronx.CHASE has not yet refunded that money although their fraud department is working on the case. But I want to know WHY this bank fails repeatedly to protect account ******'s money and how thieves repeatedly get access to NEW ACCOUNT NUMBERS. I also want CHASE to hand over the image of the ** used at the branch so I can turn that over to the police, to whom I reported this latest theft.

      While Chase has refunded the money stolen from the account I opened in the name of a deceased person, the bank refuses to explain how it came about that the thief obtained the account number.  In the past, I have had multiple problems with Chase checking accounts: new account numbers, assigned by Chase, were somehow obtained by thieves.  In other words, Chase accounts associated with my name are clearly not secure.  Chase claims there have been no security breaches, but the facts indicate otherwise.  Chase should be transparent about why and how it has failed to protect accounts which bear my name.

      Repeated denials of security breaches at their bank.

      BBB may publish my account of how Chase failed to protect three personal checking accounts and one estate account which I co- administer.  By refunding the stolen money, Chase acknowledged its negligence. But the company repeatedly refuses to disclose to me how the thefts occurred,  who the thieves were , and how the thieves obtained three distinct account numbers assugned by Chase " to protect my money."

      On April 1rst I woke up and noticed 2 charges on my account. One for $208.60, another for $18.40. I called Chase (my bank account) immediately to report a fraud transaction, the claim was filed and I received a temporary cash back. A week or so later the cash back got reversed due to the transaction date being past the 60 days. I called chase again to notify them that the transaction occurred on April 4th and it has not been past the 60 days. They filed another claim for the correct date on April 14th, I got the temporary cash back and it is has yet again been reversed. They’re now saying there’s nothing they can do even though I am well within the 60 days of the transaction & it is true fraud. They can see my transaction history on their end which supports my claim. I have also google CGTrader and no phone number or email address appears, it even says the company is permanently closed. I’m just hoping to get my money back from a fraudulent charge.

      I use Chase Merchant services for my small business. In ********* 2021, we had 4 transactions where Chase Payment Tech collected funds and never deposited to my account. This was reported in Dec 2021, but there was no resolution. No funds have appeared since then, and there was no communication from Chase to get the money back to me. They still owe me in excess of US$7,000.I spent 3+ hours with them today to try to resolve the matter, but after being bounced around and even being hung-up on, or rude to at times, ultimately they said they cannot do anything about it. They stole my money!

      I don’t know if it’s my account or card. Transactions were being made on my account even though I had my card in my possession. Even shows my pin was being used as well as Apple Pay. I’m out of almost 3,000 dollars. This was money I was saving to get a house. I wanted to show I was good with my spending. Food lion purchases are still being made on my account even though I reported last card as fraud. I seen online and social media that Chase is selling people information. I explained to each agent my card was left at McDonald’s and went back to get it, the card was never lost!!! Honestly it’s transactions before then that I didn’t make either. Someone tried to get a credit card under my info and I had to lock my credit scores. Also showing there’s accounts under “lenders” that have access to my account and attached everything below. I haven’t applied for any loans because I’m trying to get a house. I don’t want my credit score to go down.None of this started until I got an account with chase. I’m also looking into getting a lawyer. I’m not paying any overdrawn due balances and my deposits have been changed. I asked to close the account and open another one and was told no it’s just the card. Now I just want the account closed. I’m really disappointed.

      I wrote a check and took a photo of the check in 6.28,2022 to my friend.The amount is$5000. My friend tried to deposit it to his account but failed.       On January 17th of 2023 I purchased my existing leased vehicle with Chase Bank and immediately resolved all payments. At that point the vehicle was paid in full and I was the sole owner of the vehicle. Since that date I have repeatedly requested the vehicle title to complete the transaction. The vehicle title is not only a legal requirement to own a vehicle but it is also necessary for me to sell the vehicle which was my intention. For months Chase Auto has failed to deliver the title document after weekly check in calls and constant communication with multiple Chase Auto contacts. I am now left with a vehicle that I own and is paid for but am unable to sell leaving me in a state of limbo and costing me potential buyers as well as a new annual registration fee.
