      I purchased my vehicle off lease from Chase Auto mid-Oct 2022. There was an error with the signing of the title and rejected by the ** MVC on Oct 31, 2022. I mailed the title back to Chase Auto to have them request a duplicate title on my behalf. Chase sent the duplicate title request on Nov 17, 2022. That was 11 weeks ago. ** MVC rejected my duplicate title request on Jan 31, 2023 due to the proper paperwork not being submitted. I have not been allowed to communicate with Chase auto title department, who overseas this. Errors, miscommunications, and lack of urgency have now presented me with a hardship. I am seeking my expenses to be covered and further expediency from Chase Auto, as there is no completion date on the horizon.

      Reimbursement is sought due to Chase Auto's negligence and incompetence with my duplicate title request from Oct 31, 2022. For two months I was unable to drive my car since the registration expired on Dec 2022. Expenses, lost wages, and aggravation damages are sought. See below for a breakdown. 

      Two months of my car payment for the Land Rover I was unable to drive:  $768.54. 

      NJ MVC Duplicate title fee:              $60.00

      NJ MVC Initial Title & Registration:  $181.50 

      Lost Wages: Dec 2022- Feb 2023   $47,802.51

      Attached is the letter that was mailed to me on March 3 from ******************** with erroneous information stated. 

      Prior to February 9, I had a conversation with a Chase Auto representative who said that my expenses may be reimbursed, and provided me with an address to send my receipts to. That call was recorded, and is on file.


      On multiple calls from November 2022- Feb 2023, I reiterated to multiple representatives at Chase Auto, and to ********************* from the Chase Executive Office, that I was no longer able to drive my car, due to the fact that the registration had expired on Dec 2022.  Chase sent me a tag extension letter which is not valid in **********. Again, multiple recorded conversations with Chase Auto are on file discussing that tag extension letters are not valid in **********, and that I was incurring cost from a loaner car for the months of January and February. 

      Chase Auto / ********************s willful incompetence on all levels, and inability to troubleshoot the error in a timely fashion is absolutely apprehensible. It has cost me lost wages, and aggravation . My stance remains the same; to be reimbursed for the following: 

      Two months of my car payment for the Land Rover I was unable to drive:  $768.54.
      Car Insurance for Land Rover I was unable to drive: $95 per month x 2 months= $190

      I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the way *********************/Chase Bank has handled my account, specifically with regards to my interactions with merchants Airbnb and ***********. The level of customer service and support I have received is unacceptable.I have been trying to resolve issues with refunds from Airbnb for an unclean booking and from *********** for a booking that I was never able to stay at due to issues with the host. I have contacted *********************/Chase Bank multiple times for assistance in obtaining these refunds, but each time I have been met with unhelpful and unprofessional responses, and a complete lack of empathy for my situation. I have also asked for proof that the merchants have refunded me, which the bank was unable to provide.I called Airbnb and was told that I already received my refund via Apple Pay, which was paid by my Chase card. However, the bank reversed the funds without fully researching the situation and the funds for *********** were reversed the next day.I have been put on hold for hours, transferred multiple times, and even hung up on by customer service representatives. I expect a prompt resolution to the issues I have been facing, a proper explanation of any charges, and a full refund of the unclean booking and the non-stayed booking.I also expect a sincere apology for the inconvenience caused by the bank's poor customer service and lack of transparency in providing proof of the refund from the merchants.I am extremely disappointed with *********************/Chase Bank and I hope that the BBB will take appropriate action to ensure that other customers do not have to go through the same experience.

      I purchased my leased vehicle from Subaru Finance in October 2022. I followed up on my title in Dec 2022 and they said they have to request for a duplicate since I never received it. I followed up again in January 2023 and it is now Jan 24 and still no update nor communication about my title. I could not get a US number for follow up. It has been 4 months and my title is still missing. I offered to retreive my title directly from NJ DMV but they said I cannot do this. I want Subaru Finance to finish the job and give me my title within the week. I believe I have waited long enough. I have received titles much much quicker than this!

      I have yet to receive my vehicle title. The vehicle was fully paidnim Ovtober 2022. The title was never received as mentioned for reasons unknown. Further delays resulted and the blame was placed on DMV.       KYC department closed my business account without notice, they impacted my business tremendously and no one wants to own up to their mistakes, I believe, this department needs to be regulated, below you can find a complaint number ECW-******-*****. Unacceptable behavior, poor customer ********************, no checks and balances, lost my checks in the mail for 2 weeks with an amount over $4,000. They cost a tremendous amount of money.

      There was check deposited by employer on 3/21/2022. I believe my employer put in the wrong name on the check, however bank deducted it from my account. I should have been paid that amount however it had a wrong name therefore bank should have returned the check

      I received a call from Chase's customer service number from an individual claiming to be a Chase representative notifying me of fraudulent activity detected on my account and that they were working to restore my account. They asked me if I made Zelle payments of $1.00, $999.99, and $807.65 to an individual I recognized from my contacts. I told them that I did not, and they asked if the receiver could be added to the call. After the receiver was added to the call, the supposed Chase representative asked the receiver to send the funds back to me. However, when the receiver attempted to do so the funds were not placed back into my account. Since the event, both parties have been cooperating with the financial institution involved to provide as much information as we could to what happened to reach a resolution and be reimbursed our funds. Multiple claims have been opened, multiple calls have been made, and multiple supporting documents were faxed in to cooperate with the investigation. However, to reimburse my funds the institution took the money of the involved individual leaving the individual with a negative balance. Since, we have been continuing to cooperate with the institution to resolve the issue, yet have not reached any resolution(s) thus far.

      I was a victim of wire fraud on January 5, 2023. I was called from a spoofed Chase phone number and it was somebody posing as a chase employee. Not only did this person access my account but they instructed me to wire all of my money into a new account for security reasons. Hours later I called Chase and found it was actually a scam and I reported the fraud. It is now January 20th and there is no resolution. Chase tells me I can only discuss this via electronic secure messages and they only respond once per 24 hours. Not exactly ideal when we are talking about over 12,500 dollars. Most recently, their secure message system told me to contact the recipient myself (the scammer). Not possible. They also passed a message which certainly seems to be fake from ***** *****. Apparently ***** ***** is requesting a hold harmless indemnity letter from me yet nobody can provide one. I called ***** ***** myself and they have no idea what this even means. This feels so intentional at this point and they are making this difficult so they don’t have to help. I have filed a police report with the Meriden CT Police Department and complained to the CFPB. I lost my all of the money to my name that day and would gladly accept any type of assistance in dealing with this.

      I have been having multiple issues with chase recently the biggest one is FRAUD. How chase bank handles fraud is ridiculous they don’t really look into the case and quote on quote solves the issues within 5 days which to me is very little time for a fraud case . I have had a total of 4 fraud cases for one from 08/08/2022 in the amount of 158.70, September 9, 2022 in the amount of 260$ , 10/03/2022 in the amount of 150$ , and one on 1/09/2022 in the amount of 160$ . All of these were “solved “ in 5 days which is one not enough time, 2 they ask for more information to be sent through the mail which takes 2 days to receive so that alone is not at all fair . All of these were ruled as not fraudulent which chase has allowed 728.70 to be taken from me at which I have done everything I have sent them information through the mail as they request but they say they never receive the information , I have filed multiple police reports regarding this issue and still chase will not reverse the transactions and take money which results in my account being negative . I have seen I am not the only person who banks with chase to have these issues with chase not taking fraud seriously. If needed , court will be an option as this is ridiculous. I want those transactions which is fraud to be given back to me which the total amount is 728.70 for those 5 months that is all I am asking as I have cooperated and sent information it is not my fault the bank did not receive that information and doesn’t allow enough time before they make a decision on a serious issue .

      I also want all the insufficient funds fee reversed on 01/19/2022 as I got paid but those fees put me in the negative again 34$ insufficient funds fee is a ridiculous amount . You all said the limit was refused but that is not okay as you all took The total is 102$ even though the negative balance was paid off not I am negative again .

      A money order was deposited into my account Buy my mother in another cityChase would not clear the funds that day I called and asked they said they would be released the next day when the money order cleared they released money into my account A week ago today they took $400 out of my account overdrawing my account by a $196 taking every penny I had for food gas and to get to work for the next week without consulting me I was not advised or anything else the money just was gone and I had negative a $196 this was their mistake not mthey did not consult me they just took my money and left me in a very very hard spot Chase Bank does not care about people nor do they care about What they do with your money I would like Chase Bank to be recognized as the thief If I pay for a product and I overpaid the store is not gonna give me back my money and I did not know the bank Put too much money in my account they are supposed to read what is deposited and go accordingly if you work at a store or anywhere else you count what is handed to you why is it different at a store then a bank you think a bank would be more responsible with air money
