Chase fraudulently took my points under the false pretense that they would be redeemed for a season’s gift card, which was advertised as valid at ****’s. I planned to use it while renovating my house, only to discover that the gift card does not work at ****’s. I have already returned the non-functional card to Chase, yet they have not returned the points they unlawfully took from me. Chase continues to give me the run around and I am seeking recourse for my stolen points.

Is JP Morgan a trustworthy bank, is JP Morgan ethical.... These were some of the the items that popped up as I looked at this institution after I read a story on how they are treating a widow of a former employee. I can say NO to both of those proposed Questions especially when it's comes to a $331 a month pension. Business, life is not ALWAYS black and white! There are times when doing the right thing supercede any and all so called "rules". The "institute" had RECORD profits last year and will again this year. Apparently it's because they like to screw elderly ladies out of a pension that's truly, rightfully and ethically hers. Come on JP Morgan do the right thing!!! Show the world that you put people, employees, former employees and their families in the top 5 for Gods sake's. Have you no morals, values and ethics?

finally decided to open a credit card with Chase, and it turned out to be a horrible experience. It was approved with a $25,000 credit limit. So, about a month later, I decided to do a $9400 balance transfer, and it was denied. I had a balance transfer offer up to $15,000, so it really made me upset. I am an 830-credit score with less than 3% debt in my credit file. I cancelled my credit card account immediately.
Stay away from this financial institution.

Three attempts to wire funds from my CHASE account to my overseas account, all were rejected. Authentication, verification, re-authentication, re-verification by a succession of a dozen reps and one supervisor, all led nowhere. Each rep just doing small small task without any coordination. Despite the obvious failure of their instructions, hardly any sense of accountability or problem-solving. The automated system generated a call to my phone and instructed me to press #,to get security code, and that failed over and over because the system did not recognize #. I've complained about this before, and either they don't want to learn from mistakes or else they're quite content to keep customers frustrated. So much wasted time and expense.

I feel they should put the money back in my account due to their failure to protect it.

They allowed $11.75 from Amsterdam to be taken out my account. I called the fraud department and the foreign representative told me that it’s being disputed when in fact it hasn’t. No fraud alert or anything.

I use Chase Business for banking, I spoke to 10 different representatives in the last two days. They had to verify a large check from business to business, verified the check with maker and with the bank multiple times. Every time I called for an update they told me they did not get verification when the last rep I spoke to said it was all set and good to go. Same thing over and over. I will not be using Chase business anymore after my deposits clear. Horrible customer service no one is on the same page and my issue was never resolved. Multiple lies. Do not recommend them for business banking. They do not care about their customers.

I went to the ******, MA branch to alert them some fraud activities on one of their customers but the lady said I need to come with that person. I guess they don’t take fraud very seriously, I wouldn’t trust them with my money.

I have no way to buy my kids food or put gas in my car this week thanks to chase bank. They told me that I would have a new debit card in 2 business days and now today I called, needing access to my money to buy food, and turns out that they never sent a new debit card at all! I have no way to get my kids to their school half an hour away, purchase food, nothing, until I can access my money. This is such a disgusting business practice, and I will be moving my family very far from Chase immediately.
