      I deposited a check from the law offices of ****** associates in ***** on Saturday October 05, 2024. My account stated I still had $90.00 deposit.
      On Monday October 7 2024 I called and was told my accounts have been closed and I could not get my money out. I was told the check had to be cleared on the 17th October and the only way I can recall my money was by mail.
      If my account was closed I should not have been able to deposit anything but I was.
      This is very poor customer service on there part and I want my money back.
      I had gone directly to my branch office and was told that they could not help me.
      ***** was hit with two hurricanes and I could not withdraw my money which I was in need of.
      Whatever happened previously was not in question and I definitely should have been told of the closure and was never informed.
      I am $75 years old and need my money that I am entitled to.

      When I opened my account was supposed to get $ 300 Now they said they needs a coupon code. I never received one. I have been pursuing this issue for two weeks. Now they said I waited too long to qualify for one. I keep getting the run around. No resolution. Tried on line but it has to a new account I already have an account, I feel like I have been lied to and misled. I have a workmen's comp settlement but I will probably go to another bank.

      After making on time payments for years, the one time I needed help and asked for an extension due to financial difficulties, and they denied me for any more than 2 weeks. I asked for any reasoning and they said nothing other than "extensions are a courtesy, and we do not give our reasoning". I can only take that as they didn't care that I was struggling and have children that depend on me and a partner that is making less money recently.

      This loan was not low interest, the car is worth more than the loan now. With crippling debt, asking for a 2-3 months of a break doesn't seem to me to be much to ask. In fact, chase auto could have made more money from me with interest.

      After the complete dissatisfaction from their customer service and asking me personal questions about my financial situation which are indeed dire, and then basically saying we don't care, I will be more motivated to pay off everything I own from my chase car loan, and credit card debts, close all accounts, and never deal with this business again. They have taken enough from me.

      Horrible company. They must be using a computer program to evaluate credit. Have a credit score over 800 and make 5 mil a year and I am denied a credit card. *** is wrong with this company.

      Chase let 30k of my money get drained from my account by someone who stole my identity while i was in rehab... and they won't reopen the case!

      As a senior citizen I got confused and used my chase card instead of my debit card , I simply asked if they could treat the cash advance like a purchase and flat out was told no. I've had a card with these guys over 30 years, never ask Ed them for anything and this is what I get. Nice way to treat the senior citizens

      Chase closed my account and did not tell me why. I went to withdraw money to pay for my dad’s funeral and it was a hold on my account.When asked why, they told me that chase wanted to close it back in 2022, but forgot to do so. WHAT IN THE ****? So because they forgot, and all of a sudden they remembered, my money is held up. Forget that I need to pay for a funeral. The people were so rude and didn’t care at all. I’ve been banking with chase since 2013 and this how they treat people. HORRIBLE…..

      I would give 0 stars if it were an option. They allowed me to open an account in good faith and after trying to do a domestic wire transfer (in branch) they decided to close my account without notice or explanation. In doing so they held my money hostage and told me it would be returned via a check within 20 business days. This didn't happen. I followed up and was told that there was additional "verification" they had to do on my own money in my account and that is why it had been delayed. I was assured that the money was on its way and I would receive it in 7 to 10 business days. I waited that period and during this time I received a statement saying the check had been issued almost a month earlier and my account balance was $0. I called after the 10 business days and was told that the money had not been released and would not be released as they couldn't "verify" where I had transferred my money into the account from. This is absurd. I transferred money into this new account from another account I own that is my business account. They said they only verify business information via their "internal database" that couldn't find a phone number for my business in order to verify I made the transfer. My business phone number is readily available via ***** **********, ****** listing, website and so on. They told me they only verify via their database. That seems like a convenient way for them to say they couldn't find the information and hold money hostage. The end result is they told me since they can't verify my information they can't give me my money back. Instead it gets hold in "suspension" for 2 years and then returned to the state. I asked them if Chase earns interest during this period and of course his answer was "I can't speak to that." This seems like a way for them to steal money and earn interest on it. I needed that money. I did everything right and waited the time periods they told me and now they have stolen my money.
