      I do not recommend going to Chase Bank u have been fraud and They will not give me my money. I have money in there and they won't give it to me. Like how can they do that. They made me pay for charges that I shouldn't have to pay. They have had my SSI check since the 4th. Today is the 13. Now they want me to wait even longer. It should be against the law what I'm going thru just to get My money.

      Chase has horrible customer service. They do not answer their phone.
      The teller didn't give me back my ID, called repeatedly for 2-3 weeks trying to get a hold of someone. After calling a couple dozen times trying to get thru I ended up just taking the very long dive to go get it in person. When I get there they had "shredded it, she thinks". No record of it every being there other than a phone call left on my VM.

      I paid off my home in full and still cannot stop JpMorgan Chade from deducting automatic payments from
      my local bank account. I have made
      the request to 3 Chase Mortgage
      employees to stop the automatic
      payment. They have assured me it
      has been stopped. They drafted another payment today from my bank.
      I cannot seem to get to help me.

      I will go on record and state this issue was not resolved by the Branch Manager **** ** ***** located at Chase Bank **** ** ***** *** ***** ***** ****** ** *****.
      He was not helpful by any means and was disrespectful to me as a consumer who has come to this branch for assistance many times.
      Between July 18, 2024 and August 30, 2024 I was assisted by the bank teller ******* ***** to open a checking account and submit two flood insurance checks. Mr. ***** proceeded to assist me i and took both checks and informed me in the process that the mortgage company listed on both checks would have to be endorsed to be deposit and he lied to Mr. ***** stating he told me he would give the check back to me because of the endorsement issue when he never told me those words verbatim and still took my checks and deposited into the new account I was trying to open. Mr. ***** did not contact my mortgage company nor did he ask me any documentation from the company to properly verified the check. I was sent letters from Chase stating that my new account had been closed and reported as fraud due to verification issues. Mr. ***** was disrespectful with me when I tried several times to explain this issue and what I have endured because of this issue instead of properly handling this issue in an appropriate manner and should have understood my point of view as a consumer of Chase for a number of years. He proceeded to now tell me that Mr. ***** should have returned the checks to me if they were not able to be endorsed correctly. The lack of integrity, training and empathy of Mr. ***** as a representation of Chase as well as his bank teller associates I strongly believe needs to be addressed accordingly, especially RE-TRAINING that I also strongly believe all bank tellers specifically in this location needs to be reprimanded. Including Mr. ***** and Mr. ***** strongly as I witnessed without a doubt, both need to be reprimanded accordingly. This is highly unacceptable!!!!

      Disappointd. Have been a chase customer since 2011. Recently did a balance transfer to capitalize on a 0% offer. After moving it (and paying a fee to do so), the 0% amount was then included in my monthly interest savings balance. I called to see why it looked this way and was assured that paying only my statement purchase total -and leaving the alleged 0% amount- would result in NO INTEREST ACCRUED FROM ANYWHERE. This was a blatant lie, and I was being hit for interest on a very large amount that our family planned on being 0% for a year and a half. Read the fine print.. and trust nothing you hear from their customer service team.

      Chase had gone downhill so much I’m not surprised to hear about their “glitch” where they allowed their ATM’s to assist in kiting.
      I disputed a transaction via the app, got a notification that I would see an immediate credit while they did their investigation or however they phrase it. Waited about two weeks and didn’t see anything so I called to find out about it, they said that’s not how it works, I need to wait 15 days for the merchant to refund me, then they will reach out to them and didn’t give me a timeline after that. I said great I want it in writing because you didn’t honor the last notice you gave me. All the while the customer service rep, “*****,” is talking over me, trying to explain their policies to me when all I want is for her to give send me or show me where on my app they have their notice in writing.
      She tried to guide me through the app indicating to select options that aren’t available, then she finally gives us and says she’ll transfer me to her supervisor. She places me on hold for a while then her supervisor answers, she gets through about two sentences asking me for personal information then when I go to answer she hangs up on me. I tried to go online to file a complaint through the message center and I’m directed to a virtual assistant who keeps taking me to the message center where I “ask a question” about everything except what I need.
      Out of so many banks to choose from that have the same products and convenience of chase you’d really think it’s not the time for them to slack so much on the customer service.
      Closing all my accounts and my family’s first thing Monday morning.

      This is THE WORST BANK EVER. I opened an account online, then they flag and try to close my account. Mind you this is within 3 days I also have my paycheck direct deposited. Its been 2 weeks and i still dont have my money. I was just told it will take 1- 2 more business days till I can get my money.

      They don't care, zero customer service. Zero compassion of any type or trying to help me in anyway.

      I was with chase for 8 years there backroom team hack my account and stole 9636$ I told them it was unauthorized they keep face I login with my face I’d that just for login but the backroom team denied me even when there manger said they will but they never did I have all the proof that they stole money in black and white

      I had no issues with chase until these last few years. I have had an account with them since 2018. On Friday I paid a bunch of bills with ***** and they flagged my account for fraud. I’m a former horse owner so many of the businesses that I pay are one person doing the job. The told me that Im moving my money around suspiciously. So if you get chase I suggest not using ***** too many times in one day. These payments were for my horses feed, their vet bills, the bill to have their hooves done and the transportation for after he passed. So not only did I lose my horse I lost the rest of my paycheck for 10 business days at least because my payments were suspicious.
