      I am beyond frustrated and dismayed with the Chase ATM service at the Chase branch located on - **** * ***** *** ****** ******** ** *****. Almost without fail, the ATMs are not functioning at this location. Why? I don't want to go pay another fee for an ATM when I should be able to use my branch ATM.
      Your branch needs someone to manage this location since it is the only location that I am aware in ****** ******* - there is always a backup of cars waiting for ATMs that do not work or just senseless traffic in a nightmare location. Has anyone tried getting in and out of that place? It is horrible.
      I'm a disabled veteran and I do not come into the bank that often. When I do, I am always horribly disappointed.

      Chase is the WORST bank there is. I deposited a CASHIERS check (and a CASHIERS check means the funds are there and available AT ONCE) on Monday 7/29/2024 Chase put a 7 day hold on this check. On Tuesday they called the credit union where the CASHIERS check came from and chase was told that yes the check was good, funds had already been pulled from the account since it was a CASHIERS check. Chase is still REFUSING to release the funds till the 7 days are up.
      We use to have all of our business accounts as well as personal accounts with chase, but they kept putting holds on our business checks...we finally went to ****** Credit Union (MUCH better service with ******, we don't get all the fees that Chase is CONSTANTLY charging for EVERY little thing and the people / customer service team are MUCH nicer and MUCH easier to deal with). I SO wish I had closed my personal account with Chase., They are the WORST bank I have EVER dealt with.

      Opened an account with them for 2 reasons: 1-they pay you a bonus for opening an account 2-so I could get my direct deposit early. I had to jump through hoops to actually get the bonus (my job was depositing it as an ACH not a DD...it has to be a DD so it looks better to the people Chase owes on the 1st ??). Now my check that is actually scheduled for the same time every month that actually is a DD is showing up later than the 2 days early that it was before. It's been getting pushed a bit at a time. Now it's ON THE FIRST, rather than 2 days early. I called them and they SWEAR they don't hold onto money...as long as you have the right account. You have to have a SECURED checking account, not a TOTAL checking account. (They will take the time to tell you this) The craziest thing is they expect it to make sense that they basically speculate on your money for an extra couple days if you aren't paying them a lil extra to get YOUR money when the agency ACTUALLY RELEASES the funds. THIS is the definition of a shady business practice...you are using my check to pad your books, and you want me to pay you in fees to get my check "early". I'm sorry but no... I'm closing my account as soon as the money hits, there are so many other options that aren't being sued. They are basically insolvent anyway ????.

      Locking me out of checking accounts for everyday expenses. Send to 5 different ppl on the phone Went to chase branch said my account would unrestricted in about 2 hrs Called customer service Sent to 5 departments no help and said 24hrs my account will reopen Have my paycheck for DD is coming through they reject it Dictating ppl money *** was terrible At least they lock me out of account over everyday expenses ( gas, groceries etc ) Want my account open unrestricted so I can go back to *** chase is a joke

      I have been with Chase for decades. Payments always on time, early and above minimum paid. Suddenly they start putting holds on payments. It's July 30th. My bill is not do until the 16th of August and they are holding a $300 payment. They said it was my bank holding it but that's a lie ...as the amount was already been deducted from my account several days ago

      Opened a CC account and after 4 payments that have cleared my bank the DAY I make the payment they are still withholding funds 6 days later when they have the money!!
      No supervisor wants to help and I’ve never had a CC company do this before. I’ll be closing this card and going back to **** bank where my payments and money they have are posted by the next business day!!!

      I do not trust this bank. They closed my account, I had no access, everytime I called I couldn't understand customer service, they said they would transfer me but they hung up on me. I finally spoke to someone for them to tell me they closed my account and the balance on my account should be in the mail. The mail? I never got a letter, a phone call, an email, no notice about my account. I am a veteran and a broke one until I get the check in the mail.

      JP Morgan’s “identity verification” is extremely ineffective. I have called them probably close to 10 times to try and access an account left to me by a late relative. Every time I call, they try to text or call me to verify my identity and for whatever strange reason my phone number is blocked on their system. This meaning I have to go into a branch to verify my identity with a banker any time I need to get something done. I have tried this process for over a year and it has yielded little to no results. JP Morgan’s system is incredibly flawed and inefficient and they need to fix it. I am unlikely to ever use them again for anything else.

      Chase bank has the absolute worst fraud/customer service department of any company I have ever done business with. I had fraudulent charges made on my account when I called to report them I was told stop payments on the charges had been issued and specifically asked what it meant for my account and where there any next steps. I was told no and that everything with my account was fine since the stop payment charges were made. Come to find out my account was actually restricted and I had to drive two hours to the closest branch to open a new account. Two days spent on the phone with speaking to many different people and I have received many different answers to my question about my direct deposit paycheck that I was supposed to receive today. I do not have my money and no one can give me a straight answer as to what happens next.
