      Chase Bank is holding my money from me when the cashiers check has cleared and the bank has the money they are refusing to deposit my money into my account

      Reading the BBB complaints & I hate that I am another victim of fraud. I allowed someone to use my card ONE TIME. I cut ties with this person & she created a fake name & charged my card for charges that summed over $750. Chase said it’s my fault for allowing this person to use my card ONE TIME. Preeti is the person who denied my claim. I asked to be escalated & was transferred to Faina who was helpless & kept saying, “Sorry to cut you off ma’am” THEN STOP CUTTING ME OFF!! I asked for her manager & apparently they are so busy that it can take up to 7 business days for them to call me back.

      Chase bank is HORRIBLE! Every deposit I make to them is placed on a 10 day hold!! My account has NEVER been in bad standing or overdrawn and anytime I get someone from customer service on the phone they hang up on me!! The absolute WORST ban I have ever dealt with!!!

      I am writing to inquire about the status of my mortgage assumption.  I first submitted documents to Chase on 10/6/23.  I was told at the time that this process typically takes 3 months to complete.  It is now 7 months later and I don’t feel that I’m any closer to completing this process than when I first started.  I have complied with every request for additional documentation.  I have been paying my mortgage on time for 20 years (including the two instances where I refinanced the loan).  I have an 800+ credit score.  I have enough liquid assets to pay the loan in full 3 times over, not to mention a significant level of assets in brokerage accounts.
      I am now being asked to provide copies of blank pages that are included in my personal checking and savings account bank statements from another bank. Since I don't get paper copies of my statements, I have to make a request and pay for these statements to meet this ridiculous demand.
      My primary interests in getting this assumption completed is to clean-up my finances after divorce, and remove my ex-husband, who has never made a payment on this mortgage in its history.
      I have been assured by representatives in the assumption department that this lengthy process/delay has nothing to do with Chase’s desire for me to refinance at a higher interest rate, as opposed to assuming this loan at its current rate.  Coming from a banking background, I understand that a bank would much rather have a high interest rate loan on their books as opposed to a low rate loan.
      Given all the reasons above, I now believe that I’m being discriminated against simply because I’m a single female, in a one income-household.  I very much hope this is not the case, but I’m not seeing much to make me believe otherwise.

      As a new Business Banking customer with Chase and not a lot of money in my account as a start up, I expected to be overlooked. It’s embarrassing to admit but I fell into a scam that took a large amount of my funds. I filed a complaint with Chase customer service as well as the FBI. I never heard back from Chase so I took it as a loss and was researching legal action against the scam company. To my surprise the money was returned to me in full less the wire fee, yes it took some time but I’m happy to have my money back and will definitely be more careful. I do not get this level of service with my personal account and I have been with that bank for 20+ years, I’m thinking about moving all of funds to Chase.
      Thank you to whoever within Chase managed my account I look forward to doing more with my Chase Business account as I grow

      Sneaky!
      They have been secretly charging me a $10.00 transaction fee every time I used my ***** account which was linked to my Chase card.
      Sneaky Chase Bank didn’t show it on my written bill. I happened to see it on my online statement. They say the charges are considered a ‘cash advance’ which is not correct-just a sneaky way for Chase to charge me money.
      Chase needs to be up front with their charges.

      Over 2800.00 dollars was stolen from my personal checking account. Chase refused to contact the company to speak on my behalf to reimburse me. Called multiple times and filed 2 claims. Spoke to the company that took the funds and was told only the bank could get my money reimbursed as long as they call would give me my money back. Chase refused to dispute on my behalf. They protect the thief more than the customer! I filed s police report.

      Called customer service and was told to leave leave a call back number, received a call back from regarding a service on the account, Julie was the person and during the conversation asked for her ID number was told for security reasons cannot provide ID number. I have been Chase Customer for more than 20 years, but now I think I will close the account. Chase just wants to make money.

      Chase does not care about cardholders anymore! Chase did not investigate the following and allowed the scammer to keep the money: I attempted to utilize my account for a transaction involving hotel booking accommodations. However, despite my efforts, I encountered significant difficulties in completing this transaction and ultimately did not receive the intended service.
      The transaction in question pertains to a booking through *********.com for hotel room reservation. It is important to note that my initial intention was to use the ***** website for booking. However, during the process, I was somehow redirected to *********.com without my explicit consent. I never received a booking number or any form of confirmation from *********.com, not even a spam email. Upon contacting the designated hotel directly, I was informed that there was no record of any reservation under my name, nor had any payment been received.
      In an attempt to resolve this issue, I contacted *********.com many times to seek clarification and assistance. Regrettably, my attempts to communicate with them have been met with silence, as I have not received any response or acknowledgment of my inquiries.
      Given the lack of communication and the failure to provide the promised service, I was left with no choice but to dispute this transaction. Chase didn't resolve the problem and didn't care that I closed the account with them.

      Chasae bank diverted my wire for 30,480 and have it on hold. A WIRE. I paid a feee for instant wire and they still diverted my funds to there account instead of mine. THEY ARE F SHADY !
      Don't trust them I am closing my account tomorrow. No other bank does what they do. I picked the wrong bank.
