If I could I would give them a -5 star review. I as a non member to chase tried to cash out two checks from my attorney whose account is with chase. I understood why they couldn't do one of my checks, but the other one I was charged for. Tell me why I'm being charged $10 to cash a check you all provided. That is not okay one bit, but being in a bind I took the hit. I also have my mobile I.D. and not a physical card, you all should be able to take this information legally if you don't know how it works talk with the state. It's not my problem you all decide not to educate your employees. Instead I had to waste more of my time and money to get a paper copy of my ID that the second chase we went to didn't even use as they understood they could scan the mobile ID. Last, your teller manager should not be in her position. She argued with me and refused to offer any help. Then my husband went and tried to talk to her and she started yelling at him about me in front of a full lobby. My husband was able to ask her why she was talking to him that way and explain our current financial situation. She didn't care. She was so stuck that my husband had called her an idiot she even stated he could not return, hence why we went to a different location. At this point it feels like discrimination that made her not cash the checks, a courtesy of your response is requested so we do not have to get our attorney involved.
      Regards,

I spoke with multiple claims representative on yesterday May 7, 2024. I was first told that my claim that was filed back on February had finally been resolved in my favor however I wouldn’t receive the full amount owed to me. Chase allowed a merchant to take $1703.16 that I flagged as fraud initially and told them to block from my account however they still allowed the charge. I didn’t even have a physical card because it was flagged as fraud and awaiting my new one. They still wouldn’t issue me a credit back. I then spoke to another representative and was told that my claim was not approved and that collections didn’t know what they were talking about and that my claim is still being reviewed after 3 months! I have now lost my apartment from losing my entire check and not being able to catch up on any of my bills. This misinformation and failure to process my claim has my account in a charge off status now which will affect my credit because of you all as a business. I am VERY UNSATISFIED and disappointed that I put my trust in a bank that DOES NOT protect its customers. I only left one star because I have to in order to leave a review. I do not feel Chase deserves any stars.

I love this bank! They have the most and best features! I love that I can send real-time transfers to my other accounts. They're pretty high-tech and the app is organized, functions seamlessly and is packed with useful features. I had financial trouble a long time ago and had a checking account closed with a negative balance that I promptly paid back. They have since forgiven me and let me reopen a new one. I applied for a credit card the other day and was denied due to an imperfect credit file. They gave me an opportunity to explain myself and give more insight into why my file is that way and they overturned the denial, giving me a chance to prove myself! This just solidified my positive experience with them. I just know this is the start of a great banking relationship with arguably the best bank in America! Thank you for giving me a chance, you won't regret it.

If I could give 0 stars I genuinely would. I have been going back and forth with Chase regarding a claim. After 3 months and asking them for update & providing the evidence it was denied?? Sounds like no one wanted to put in the effort. I was wrongly charged for merchandise I never received. I reached out to the merchant and the bank, neither can help.

The absolute worst bank when it comes to fraud and support. I was debating on switching banks but now I definitely as they allow merchants to do whatever with your account and offer no support.

The worst bank I ever dealt with if I can give zero star I would my client did a credit card transaction and the bank try to tell me I’m a high risk with out no explanation to how the came with that determination I would advise highly to stay away from this bank there’s a reason why on all platforms they have one star horrible customer service I advise anyone to stay completely away from this bank. Chase is out here scamming people and I believe this is a racial thing also cause I still can’t understand how the determine their findings

      Far, far from happy!
Clearly Chase stands for "Chase, chase, chase us to help you... ha ha ha!"
Anyone who has been been around for more than half a century knows that funds clear the Fed in 24 to 48 hours.
I deposited a larger than normal check to my business account on a Thursday. On Monday I called Chase and was told they'd need to confirm that the maker of the check had funds in their account to cover the check. Then they told me that *** Bank would not verify the funds availability. Fair
      enough.
I called customer service and was told on Tuesday that they could release the funds sooner, but would need my customer to confirm that they had no intention of stopping payment? They told me they'd need a good contact name and phone number for my customer.
I went to visit a regional Chase office on Wednesday with the requested contact information. Chase then confirmed that they had the received the money earlier in the week, but continued to hold onto the funds. The local manager called the Chase Deposit Review office and was told that Chase had called my customer several times and could not reach anyone. I was asked to verify that information and told to call Chase Deposit Review office again.
Once again I called Chase with that information, next they told me they needed to verify a good phone number for the customer internally at Chase. The number they gave me for verification is not even a good phone number for my customer.
Day after day the requirement changed.
They went so far as to tell me that after 30 years, I've never an amazing customer.
I'm sure they will not regret losing my business after 30 years.
Let them treat someone else like dirt.
      **** *.

My claim was denied. On March 30, 2024 I tried to withdrawal $1500 from an ATM inside the Chase Bank. The ATM sounded like it was counting the cash. ATM showed to remove my card and the receipt received however the funds were never physically received. I called over a clerk and showed her what happened. She took me into an office and I had to file a claim. Today, April 29, 2024, my claim was denied. Chase claimed the ATM funds all matched up, with no overage of $1500 so that meanst the fund were withdrawn. I kept saying I never received any funds. She advised me to file a report against the branch in order to pull up the video footage. I went to the branch and was told to file a police report. I went to the local police station, filed a police report and went back to the branch. They said the police must request the video footage in order to prove my case. I called ******* PD and an officer came. The branch manager then said a report should've never been filed as this issue is between me and the branch. He then filed an executive complaint but I'd still need a subpoena for the video footage. ******* PD sent me to ******** Courthouse to file a small claims civil case - ******** doesn't handle these cases. They advised for me to try **** ***** or *******. I called **** ***** and they don't handle these cases either. I have to go to *** ******* Superior Courthouse and file a small claims just to get that Subpoena to pull the video footage. It took me a whole day and I still have not gotten this issue resolved. I now have to go to *** ******* Courthouse tomorrow. Any day off to handle this issue. BTW there were several lawyers I spoke with who didn't want to handle my case due to the amount of the issue. I'm sorry but $1500 is alot of money for me! It's not chump change!

I just want all of Chase customers to be aware that on the morning of Friday March 29th 2024 I received a notification from Chase app that there was a transfer from our checking account to an account in a company called '******** ***' in the amount of $49,800.
I subsequently contacted Chase Customer Service line to report this unauthorized transfer. They told me that they will investigate and get back with us. We have since gone to two different Chase branches near hour house and called their Claims department numerous times.
We received a credit in the amount of $23,995 on 4/8/2024. We have been told since then that this is the amount they were able to recover and they don't know when/if the rest of our money will be credited back to your account.
At this point 4 weeks after this incident, Chase is telling us that, they are denying our claim because they determined that the item(s) being disputed were authorized or you received benefit from the item(s). We will not reimburse your account.
