Chase is in league with ****** to uphold fraudulent charges. In December ****** charged me again for a return from almost 3mos prior. In October I returned a set of foam brushes along with two other sets using ******'s QR code and their preferred method of return, The UPS Store. ****** acknowledged return of two, but not the third. They refunded for all three so I thought it was done and dusted and disposed of the receipts. Now I know why ****** prefers that method- there's no way to prove it. I tried what I could through ****** to no avail. So I turned to Chase. They wouldn't even listen. They just kept spouting officious rhetoric about the vendor's rights and demanding I provide proof of the return. Who keeps receipts for almost 3mos after the fact? After continued phone conversations and 'secure' messages (no way to retain a copy of them, just like ******) I finally paid the fraudulent charge and closed my account. Many years ago I closed all other accounts with Chase- fool me once, shame on you; twice, shame on me. Happy to say I won't be fooled again. Chase should be sued for 100Mil. My real bank, an honest one, has always upheld me in light of the honest facts. I guess there's nothing honest about Chase.

Well I’ve had a really bad experience with Chase I got desposited a check on my account on Saturday morning 1/20 of 5,000 and they notified me that it would be issued on Monday morning on 1/22 Monday morning I deposited a check of 3,000 from the same issuer since the checks are both from the same union I assume I’ll get the money faster so I called the customer service line and the bank notified me that both my checks are under review that it’s going to be available next business day cause Monday it’s technically the day the check is processed so then Tuesday came around still nothing is still under review and they assured me that Wednesday so Wednesday morning I saw that it was cleared that both checks were posted to my account so when I try to make a purchase and was declined I called customer service and they notified that my card is restricted as it’s block and I asked why and they said that they need verification from the issuer and I was like ok so I called the issuer and let him the problem he went to a chase branch near him and they let him know that everything is fine So I went to a nearby branch of chase and they let me know that the number he has in his account is not correct that they try calling him to verify so he went to the branch and had his number updated after that the supervisor was able to help and verify with the issuer thru phone and he was able get my account unrestricted so I went to send Zelle to my other account thinking I was good it kept popping up as decline so I called customer service again and they told me that they blocked my card again cause the phone number that has in the account when they run it in there portal call tool pops as a different name and now there asking for issuer to go to his phone carrier and change it to his name and if he doesn’t do that within 10 days my account will close and they will stay with that amount of money

I mobile deposited a $92 check on Jan. 19th, 2024. I recieved the check from Apple, it was written on a Huntington Bank check. Instead of the next business day I receive an email that my funds would not be avail until Jan.30th. I have talked to about 4 reps on the phone, went to the branch, who did nothing besides write down another number to call only to tell me the same thing. They are passing the buck saying the reason is “they are waiting for the other bank to clear the check” I’m sorry, what? Since when do you put an 11 day hold on a check that is literally from another large well known bank? For $92??? Not $92,000. Completely unacceptable and makes no sense. I’ll be closing my account after this is cleared. And from what I’m reading so will many others. I’ve never had this problem with Chase in the 2yrs I’ve been with them. People are living paycheck to paycheck and they can care less. Awful.

I exp. a CS issue with the CS team & claims dept. mgmt team a couple that was supposed to have been resolved by the executive office but despite the voicemails left by the rep., my matter was not resolved to my satisfactory. I specifically asked for my recorded phone call to be reviewed & for an exp. to be provided as to why I was denied filing an internal complaint that outlined the issues I experienced on the date of the incident. In addition, I required a explanation as to why my account was denied an adj. based on the fact that the posted & pending trans made it clear that my card was charged more than once on two diff dates for the same amt. three times. I submitted evidence that the merchant was not supposed to charge me more than once as the second trans was a cred provided by the merchant that was never supposed to be charged to my acct. The cred was to be disbursed from a merchant acct not associated to my Chase acct. However, the entire team continued to argue with me stating that I needed to wait 10 bus days to wait for both trans to drop my acct. What exactly does a dispute team do if it isn't to investigate fraud activity reported? Why should we have to wait 10 bus days with evidence that erroneous & duplicate transactions were not supposed to be charged? Also, it appears that changes have been made with Chase's dispute process that I was not made aware of. In the past, they would auto add a cred to your acct while they investigate and then withdraw it if the dupe charges dropped off the acct. I see this as a good customer service angle being that the charge I disputed was under $50.00 and I do not dispute charges often. They had the audacity to cite possible fraud over a $30.00 trans when I have thousands in both accts combined to include a line of cred with them! Fraud from a customer of over 20 years? Really? I will be closing my account and moving my funds over to a bank that does not treat their loyal & long standing customers like scam artists.

Do NOT bank with Chase. They are a bunch scammers who screw you, no matter if you do the right thing and pay off your credit cards. Their customer service is terrible and unreliable, they are especially apathetic and did not care what I had to say. They never give alternate options, they just strictly say no. I am cancelling as I speak and cannot wait to be done with the worst banking company I have ever used in my life. It's so sad, I trusted Chase for over 10 years and this is how badly they treat customers.

I was robbed of my Chase Ultimate Rewards points via a computer glitch. No one on the Sapphire Reserve team was could understand the urgency of this theft. I spent nearly 3 hours on the phone being transferred around. For the $550 annual fee that we pay, this is very disappointing. There is absolutely no reason why hard earned points should "disappear." This is outright fraud being committed by Chase. I was lucky that I caught this happening. I was in the Ultimate Rewards portal when it happened and saw my points disappear before my eyes after an "error" message popped up while I was searching for hotels. I can only imagine how many Chase customers are being defrauded in this manner by Chase. I imagine most people aren't checking their points balance all the time. Given the situation, I will be cashing out all of my accounts (personal and business). Word of advice, keep an eye on your accounts, Chase is not to be trusted.

Chase banks commit Fraud and allow criminals to open accounts without showing proof of residency or that they own my residential property! Charges need filed against this corrupt company and it should be shut down for illegal activity allowing Althea Hall and Eric Warden Markely, wanted criminals by Illinois, Louisiana, and Texas police for elderly, child, and women assaults'. I get info and bank cards for these criminals at my address and never authorized the use of my property to anyone for such matters.
chase checking ends ****  Chase card sent to my home: xxxx xxxx **** **** ***** *****
This is fraud and highly illegal allowing criminals to use my personal address without my written consent for their bank accounts at your financial establishment so will seek full legal damages, file state charges, and seek any possible lawsuit against your business for unethical and unauthorized activities! Please remove my personal address from this illegal account immediately now! After talking with police this individual is wanted for multiple felonies in several states for assault on children, elderly, women, and myself so will seek full damages for your incompetence and warn others of your actions in helping fugitives of the law.
